After setting on SSO and configuring it like in the docs and all other SAML apps the whole company can’t login anymore. We where about to migrate from lucidchart with 3 companies. We now try since 1 week to reach someone at miro, but don’t get any answer. We’re paying at the moment for something we don’t get and even don’t get any help. Does anyone know except via Mail, via Form on the Website and now over this forum we can reach SOMEONE from miro? The only next step I see is to contact my bank to block the bookings from miro on my creditcard and migrate to figjam. Is this a normal customer experience at miro?  PS: This account is made with my private mail because I even can’t contact the support and the helpcenter telling me “Unknown error” with all browsers with this account. Amazing :D 

I am the owner of multiple boards for students on a course.  I want my team of faculty to receive notifications from Miro every time a student updates their portfolio.  Right now only I get notifications when the board is updated.  I can't find out how to do this.  Does anyone know how to help? 

Our Team admin was going on for vacation, so he tried to me the team admin, but somehow it didn’t work out.Now when we are trying to open the Miro board it is showing the message as " Team account subscription is expired. Please ask the account administrator to re-subscribe” .What need to be done ?Please guide !

How to change text color? White on yellow doesn't look good. 

Every. Single. Time. I log in to my board I am hit with a little tutorial window at the bottom right. It’s clearly a bug as there is no need to remind me how to use the app. Can you let me know how to fix this? 

I hope you guys use any chatbot for customer service. Other than that, customers have to spend too much time finding this board. It took me 30 mins and it was really time spending.Any chatbot will solve this kind of problem, and it doesn’t cost too much.Here is the thing!I was using free account and I deleted a user and all the board are gone. I just wanted a user from my team. I did it because I was about to subscribe paid version and I have no idea but it just keep showing me to pay for TWO users, not for ONE. And the worst of all is the payment button is NOT activated. (Below is the image captured).Anyone, any idea?

As a process improvement professional, I create flowcharts (aka value stream maps, workflows, process diagrams, etc.) all the time.  Miro has been a great tool in this regard.  For instance,  it is very useful to be able to use the Swimlane template.  However, once you’ve created the board, with various shapes, objects, arrows, sticky notes, text boxes etc., you cannot LOCK it.This presents a problem because the typical process for process improvement is to capture the current state and then ask people to identify problems within the current state-- as a precursor to then brainstorming ideas to create a future state.I want to be able to create a current state swimlane process map and then lock it (notes and all).  Then I can ask participants to label the current state where they detect problems occurring without messing up the underlying map.Current functionality in Miro uses a table as the underlying structure for a swimlane map. Previously I’ve used Settings, Preferences and Navigation to choose between mouse and trackpad however I discovered today that this has been removed in favour of a right mouse click or 2 fingered tap pop-up menu within the board.I can’t find this communicated anywhere and indeed the Miro Help pages still show a video of the old process.Has communication of this been completely overlooked or have I just missed something?

Hi, we recently acquired Miro's corporate license here at the company and we have the mission of migrating the boards of some free accounts to our corporate account, but the people who were Team Admin of the free accounts left the company, as we have access to the email of them we are trying to reset the password and receive the email in the mailbox, but the email does not arrive. The e-mail account receives external e-mails, but does not receive from Miro's password reset. Has anyone had this problem?

We’re having an issue with some of our Miro boards where we have them locked yet participants are accidentally duplicating the content anyway. We have all the content locked down but then participants are placing sticky notes etc over it - somehow the content that is locked is being duplicated. Just wondering what would be causing that and how we can fix it? 

Why doesn't Miro download my whiteboard on my mobile phone, but everything beautiful works on my computer? The board contains a lot of important and useful information, but Miro always reboots on the phone, and everything works fine on the PC. I tried to reinstall Miro and download new versions, nothing helped. Tell me please.

Can I save all of my whiteboard notes in full? I have been writing a large whiteboard and want to fully export it to my computer and other devices. Help me please. Export as PDF or Screenshot does not help, it only selects a small area, and I need the whole document offline, because for some reason Miro does not load this board from my iPad and iPhone, why? I would really appreciate your help!

Hey, everyoneI have the problem with my mobile app. It seems that it loads but in the end it just reloads again and again and never shown me the board. What could it be?  I'll be thrilled to hear about any ideas 

Hi,I’m a game designer and I want to use miro because I’m stating to go freelance. I use it with other studio I work with and it works like a charm but I can’t create my own free team right now.I saw that for me to create my own free team (I have no money to put in miro atm), I would have to quit all teams I’m in. But I don’t want that, I’m working with these studios AND I want my own free team that I might expand later if I can afford it.Why can’t I do that ?I saw a lot of people complaining about that, complaining about the pushy way to make people pay and I don’t have an issue with have something paid, I just don’t understand the false publicity about free account and use of miro. At the moment I can’t, so maybe if you fix this issue I’ll come back. Thanks.

esencially when i click the bookmark or search the website it just does the loading screen however it seems to load immmediately on incognito mode. please any assistance is appreciatedkindlyJai

I am just starting to experiment with the Miro app for Zoom and in the collaborative mode, Miro keeps presenting a message “your session has expired”, then it refreshes and I can keep working again for a few seconds before it pops up again. This is very disruptive. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or does anyone have a resolution?  

The help topic on this states “In the bottom collaboration bar, you will find cards panel.” I can’t find it anywhere. What am I missing? 

I am creating an enterprise application, my use case is user should sign-in into Miro App and import Miro all the boards into the application. For example:User => Sign into Miro => Import the Miro dashboard information Is it possible? What are the apes should use? Any special license required?

I’d like to be able to draw attention to specific zones in a diagram in chat, when I am mentioning an area that I’m working on. It’s particularly difficult on large and complex diagrams with dozens of working zones and multiple collaborators.Being able to @X,Y or @label in the chat and hotlink that back would be awesome.
