Is there a way to export a list of users in a single Miro team to a CSV or similar format? Or a potential workaround? 

Hi All.  I can’t seem to create a frame in the location I want anymore.  I have to drag and drop.  I can’t create custom frame dimensions anymore, I have to modify some default frame that appears now.  I can’t create a frame with the frame grid feature off anymore, and I can’t turn the grid feature off either.  Is it still just me?

I copy pasted elements into a new board to re-use certain templates. What I found is a whole batch of elements, stickies shapes etc. can be selected but that's it, I cannot move them delete them or unlock them. I can still write in the stickie though

I just signed up for a Team plan and wanted to share a board via public links. However, I couldn’t find an option to do so. Below is what I see when I click on “share” This is what the guide show (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017730813-Sharing-Boards-and-Inviting-Collaborators):  

How do I rotate images and PDFs?

Hello,For a few weeks now, the Frames have not stored metadata when the board is reloaded. Is an update planned at this level, as we have several plugins that use this functionality?Thank you!

I am conducting a workshop and want to be able to move sticky notes into the shape (a square), then move the shape and the sticky notes that are in the shape to another place.  When I try to do it, the shape moves, but all the sticky notes and text stay behind. Can’ I “lock” them in place so they become one object that I can move? Or should I be using a frame? 

Hi, is it possible to carry a working spreadsheet into Miro where the formulas carry as you add additional rows, i.e. you retain the formulas and can use as a working spreadsheet?orIs it possible to create a link to a working spreadsheet?  Would that be a better solution?Thanks, Ciara

I was using emojis in different colors to mark and better understand a table. I somehow made the emojis turn b&w and now it’s kinda useless and annoying. Does anybody know how to bring my colors back? Thanks!

Hoping someone can help me with this - I keep getting random  invisible cards appearing on my Kanban board. I’m not adding any cards, they just appear when I refresh my Chrome browser. If you look at the attached screenshot the column says there are 11 cards ,but there’s actually only 9 cards. And I can’t delete the invisible cards underneath the cards I’ve actually created.  

I am making a Learning Management System, E-learning platform. I need to embed a Miro board with some exercises for my users. I need to give them the possibility of editing the board and possibly save it on their computers. At the same time, I need the original Miro board to remain untouched for the other users that will access it. Is it possible?

We are testing Miro. My colleague invited me in her free Miro, she has three boards there already. I cannot test Miro by myself in my own team?Thank you

Hi All,I’ve been using Miro for a while on my Mac / iPad combination and have had zero issues with it.My original setup was use the Mac laptop viewing a Miro board and share that into a meeting, whilst using my iPad to actually do the drawing (I couldn’t draw directly onto my mac screen). Performance on the iPad was perfect, albeit with the occasional network dropout.I’ve recently migrated to a windows machine and have connected a touchscreen monitor so I can draw directly on the screen (rather than using the iPad as a secondary device). I’ve noticed that using the Miro app on windows adds a fair amount of latency for me (viewers have the same experience as previously as this is still being shared via a meeting which adds it’s own latency).Issue: When drawing via the Miro app (downloaded directly from Miro.com, not via MS Shop) I experience drawing latency of about 500ms. This makes it difficult to draw accurately and if I’m writing, means a lot of the letters become malformed.I tested

Hi,I have an issue where items in frames becomes locked without any action being taken. This issues related to this previously register question. DescriptionI have multiple frames on my board, in which I have various items such as shapes, sticky notes and tables. These items have been locked by me but later unlocked such that collaborators can edit the content. However, after just a few minutes the items revert back to being locked. This has very negative consequences as it limits the collaboration possibilities. Furthermore, there is no event registered in the board history of any of the actions (active choice of unlocking/non-active choice of locking). I am using the web app with Safari - Version 14.1.2.

At the moment we only have one Team, I would like to have a few different teams, but can I add the same users in different teams without having to pay for an extra license for the same user?I tried to open a new team, and tried to add someone who was part of the existing team we have, but is asking if I want full license or not for this person who already has a license. I hope this makes sense and someone can help. 

I’m loving Miro. I have ADHD, and I’m using it as an extension of my mind.I want to make boards to share with my neighbours for discussing things like disaster prep.I made a board that has a floor plan of my house with all of our regular chores on it for planning a day of cleaning with my family.I am struggling to understand if there’s a way for me to get a paid subscription of Miro that works with this. My family doesn’t really want to use Miro themselves, so a paid subscription for each of us is overkill. But I want to make sure my neighbours can edit and participate freely on those shared boards.I can make new emails on my custom domains, but 1) I want to actually support the product/team, and 2) I don’t want to be juggling multiple accounts. Hello folks, i have a tricky questions and challenge for you. Background: I am building a very complex hive model inkl. links on a board. Special roles in the company should edit on the board, while it is in status - public - edit - password All other colleagues should just access with status - public - comment - passwordI have not the possibility to create a team in the project, that teammembers are “administrated” and have access by Team permissions.  So my Idea was … I have a board to edit. I backup the board (designer board), restore a board  (public board) and set it to public with comment persmissions. So I have a second to just show and navigate in it. Challenge:My issue is, that when I backup and restore a board again, the link is changing. But i need a static link of the restored board, that it is continously accessible.Any ideas (without increasing the licences - as i have no authority about that )Thanks for sharing RgdMaik   

We would like to embed Miro as a component in one of our enterprise level tool. We would like to know if we can create a board for a Program Manager and give access to the Team Members to edit and collaborate. In this case, are the following things possible?Can the team members edit and collaborate the board without having an Miro Account for their own? Can the team members download and share the finished board in a publicly viewable format (PDF)? Is there any limit in the number of users who can collaborate and work on a board?

On an iPad with the Miro app, I tap the icon to login with Office 365.This takes me to Safari, and I can login successfully. I then end up at a page that says, “Great now return to the app” and has a button to do so. I touch the button and the page just reloads.If I manually go to the Miro app, nothing has happened, and it is still asking for a login.I have tried logging out of my office 365 account on Safari and doing the process again and I get the same result.I have also tried force quitting Miro after the login has taken place, but this does not work either.Any ideas on what to do or is this a bug?Thanks,Richard

Hi, apologies if this has been asked countless times - I have searched for the answer but no luck. We have a team plan (with 3 users) but I cannot see how to create boards so that the other team members cannot see them (via all boards etc) - I tried projects - but no joy. I tried creating a separate team for each member, but you can just go an join that team without any authentication. What I want it for the 3 of us to be able to create boards without the others being able to see them by default - I just can’t see a way Thanks in advance  

When I export my Miro board has a PDF or Vector. It does not show the images in the saved file.This is also only 1/3 of the Miro Board.Is there a different way to save large Miro Boards? 

I am getting this message while trying to add a domain to my SSO settings.  Cant find anything on what this means or how to fix it. Business plan is in place etc  How do i resolve?

Same as the topic, Is possible to move “Yes - Pass” down for ignore gap? (without move other objects)I tried many time but when I moved some object, other object on the line will move to other line.Thanks in advance
