Hi!I’ve been building a custom Miro app with React, which includes drown-down selections (using <form>, <selection> and <option> tags). When testing this in browser-based Miro (both Chrome and Safari), all is looking right. However, when testing it in the native Miro app (on Mac), suddenly the dropdown menus appear in a completely wrong position, see two screenshots for comparison.What might cause this issue and how to solve?  

I recently found two boards on my account that weren’t mine and six users I hadnt added. One user I had added to view a board a year ago, closed down the board, but didn’t knew I also needed to remove her as a user. When I found the security glitch, I removed all the users she had added from the account. They then proceeded to request access, which I denied. Later they somehow reaccessed the account and their boards. I then removed all external link access, as well as the users, once again. They no longer can access their boards.The external users have since claimed this was unintentional access to my account. My question to the Miro community is how this could’ve actually been unintentional, and how after I removed them as users they were still able to reaccess the account (before I removed all link access).Adding that this is a free account.

Hi,ich set the company security settings to invitations to teams from company admins only.Now i noticed that board owners can invite non-miro-usrs from our company.They get an info-text that they have to make a request, bute when they click it away, then the user is invited as an free-user without licence.Can i prohibit this kind of invitation?Is this an error?ThanxSven 

I have uploaded a Miro template into my miro board and the background has disappeared so some of the content you can no longer see how do i get change the background colour so you can see everything.

When I load a Board in Miro’s Windows Desktop App (quite a bit of content, sidenote… a Feature Request would be to report Memory Size of a Board in the Details Dialogue Window) it takes forever.But the same Board in the Edge Browser takes no time.Anyone experiencing this?

When sticky notes have a lot of text, auto sizing of text with very small limit of options, maybe size 4, are also available. However there is a lot of wasted border space on the sticky notes and it would be great to be able to choose what size of text I want and not be limited. The only way around this is using a text box and over laying it on the sticky note but then they don’t move together. 

Hi miro community,I’m desperately looking for a tool that can provide the following functionality, and maybe the venerated miro can help me with this, but I don’t know how:I need a timeline on which I can add text blocks (each with a heading and a (possibly considerable) body of text. So far, so good - many tools provide that.But then I need the functionality that text blocks automatically move to “make room” if I squeeze another one in between, be it a new one or because I move stuff around.A nice bonus would be a functionality to also directly switch two text blocks around. This is intended for ideation in story writing and unfortunately the tools for that purpose thoroughly lack text blocks “moving out of the way” when moving them around.FinalDraft for example offers something where you can assign time slots to text blocks, but the blocks themselves don’t move, creating chaos. Normal MIRO Stickies also don't make room, they just overlap.But is there a possibility to make miro work f

I believe the bug that is preventing some invited guests to join the video chat is not going to be resolved. Which other video conference tool do people recommend?

For the last couple of days I’ve been seeing this symbol at the bottom of my boards after only typing a few words. I have to exit and re-open the board to be able to type again. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to resolve it? There is no information with the warning, just a blank warning. Very frustrating. This occurs in all browsers and all versions of the apps on both android and IOS.

Hello,Sometimes Diagrams get quite complex, especially when it comes to visualizing processes.This causes the User to create a lot of lines that get intertwined.It also makes it difficult to move parts of the diagram out of the way, because that would cause very long lines across the board.The solution for me would be to add some kind of box, that I can link up without lines.Clicking on the Box would cause Miro to move the view to Target Box.  I made quick diagram to demonstrate the idea. On the left you can see a complicated diagram. As you can see there are lines crossing other lines and there are some very long lines as well.On the right would be my idea where the blue boxes show the Linked Boxes. Now I can split the diagram into two and move the one on the top right anywhere on the board with messing with the lines. It also make the diagram much cleaner.(This is more of a wireframe kind of prototype. Of course the are cases like how the User actually links the boxes together, where

I have a company account and i am part of a team ZT with the free plan, while some of my colleagues have the paid version and have the PE team where i can only see the boards that are share with me.Since ZT team is on the free plan, there can only be 3 boards and everyone sees them.But if i use another account (eg personal email) i also have the 3 boards that are private and i can share them eventually.So I am not understanding why with the company account i don’t have those 3 free personal boards that every base account have, but only 3 board shared with everyone.Shouldn't I have, say, a personal team where i can have 3 personal boards? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻 

Hi,I started using the Miro mobile app recently and everything worked very smoothly until yesterday when my team mate and I were no longer able to click on comments and read them.We can see the comment icon but it’s just not clickable. This was not the case when we started using the app.We already checked for updates in the app stores and we tried uninstalling and installing again. My team mate uses the Android app, I use the iOS.Have you encountered this problem and do you know how we could solve it?I would really appreciate any suggestions! 🙏

Hello, I have problems with my boards. Some of them don’t open but yesterday it was fine. I can create new board but unfortunately my previous are not opening now. I can’t see any information there. Can you help me and fix it, please? In Miro I have a business account 

I’m new to Miro and using the free version. I want to use Miro for retrospectives.  Do I need to create a new board for each retro or can I just use 1 board for all of my project retros? I plan on using one of the templates.

I am hoping to link a certain cell (or text within a cell) in a grid to a different place on the board.  It seems like I can only link the entire grid/table… is this correct?  

Здравствуйте, сегодня 4 ноября мой файл в Миро перестал грузится ,затем он загрузился но вся информация в файле стерлась😟😞😞😞Я даже не успел ее сдубдировать- файл был очень объемный и ценный для меня и я проделал много работы и завтра у меня презентация проекта- и все коту под хвост из-за Миро,черт, прошу помогите,как мне восстановить файл и содержимое в нем-сделайте пожалуйста что-нибудь ….🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am wondering what benefits there are of being a member vs guest that you guys personally found useful? I don’t want to hold back my team by leaning too much on guests licenses. But also if I can use guest users for most of our organization and and just have a few users create boards I am thinking why not. Why do people in your organization opt to become members after being guest users and is being a guest user usually enough?  

Hello - in the Monthly Planner template, it shows a number for the amount of tasks that day, is there any way to delete that or not show it? 

Hi,I had an account set up in my old work email address. I no onger work there and have managed to lock the account so can’t reset the password or anything. Is there a way i can get access to my boards or have i lost them forever?!

I am opening Miro in chrome, i havent had issues till now, none of my miros load or spend too much time loading and cant work either because its laggy. someone has solved this ?

As everyone enjoyed sharing with anonymous gues editors, this feature doesn’t work for me since this week (Since around Monday 18 May 2020). The description of the feature is here https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012524559-Collaboration-with-Anonymous-Guest-Editors and it worked as stated. But this week, after noticeable UI update (still kudos to the team!) my sharing screen has changed to this:     Does anyone else experience the same problems? Any idea what to do with that? I really need to share a board with my workshop participants :-(

Hello, Miro community! I need an idea on how to automatically move an object to another location using a hyperlink. The reason is that I want my team to be able to move an object to an archive frame without using copy and paste. It would be very helpful if this function existed or if you have a good idea on how to this, I would love to hear it. Thank you in advance!

I have two frames, one positioned entirely inside another. I’ve realised that some of the objects that are positioned within the inner frame are actually associated with the outer frame. How do I change the frame with which these objects are associated so that all the objects positioned within the inner frame are actually associated with with the inner frame and therefore allow me to move the inner frame along with all of the objects inside it? Thanks in anticipation!
