Hi There,    Anyone know how to remove a tag from a ticket or sticky. Th only option I can see is to delete the tag, but that deletes the actual tag from all elements that have it and not just remove it from the element.

Hi Everyone! I’m making a presentation that I’d like to somewhat turn into a video, but I was wondering if there’s a keyboard shortcut to to advance from one link to the next, separate from advancing through frames/slides? The idea is that I’d like to jump around in a frame/slide from one linked icon to to the next.I suppose I could create a frame for each icon, but that seems a bit tedious. I don’t recall anything in the University that showed that type of feature, but I could certainly be wrong.Edit: an addendum/idea to this would be the potential to rout-trace the arrows to each icon and/or frame. 

I’m suddenly having numerous keyboard issues with Miro. Experiencing it in the desktop and the browser. Many issues includingI am typing in Miro and suddenly lose focus in the text box and get bounced out.  I multi-click to select all and the text disappears When editing text with keyboard, it will suddenly delete what I’ve writen up to that point yet keep on entering text as I typeMy software is up-to-date. I have restarted my computer. None of our other designers are experiencing this but it’s killing my productivity. Very frustrating. Am I alone in this? 

I am really stuck on my delivery of the content of one specific board!The frames of the board are populated with a mix of standard Miro components and (cropped) images.When exporting more than one frame (in best quality) results in a PDF with changing (each time) mix of normal, empty and partial empty pages.I tried another similarly populated board, it did not have this problem I tried copying my frames to an other board, had same problem I tried exporting one of the failing frames it worked fine I tried exporting in low quality, fineI am using an SSO enterprise account, if that might influence your answer. Assistance appreciated, ​​​​​​​

We are using Miro on multiple 85inch BenQ touch screens and the tool menu disappears. We are not able to get it back. From then on you are stuck with the tool you were using when the menu disappeared. This is happening in multiple locations.Extremely frustrating. Please help

Hello Miro Developer Community! I have encountered a challenge that is beyond my current technical capabilities.  We have the Venture Map Miroverse template and have been building Hi-Res Venture Maps for clients for over 2 years through Miro. Now, we want to provide advanced Venture Maps to more users through a dedicated membership site.  Here is part of the automation flow / use case we are seeking to build: User Opt’s In through website (VideoAsk “Form”)  Zapier creates a copy of our advanced Venture Map template board assigned to the user (with editing rights)  Zapier takes the user’s name, email, Miro Board link, and sends it to Airtable, which is our database behind Softr.  Softr is cued that a new user / board has been put into Airtable and then creates a new membership page for them + sends out log in information to the user via email.  PROBLEM STEP: Through some form of HTML / javascript wizardry, the iFrame embed code from that user’s newly copied board within Miro is “pasted”

This seems to be a heated debate in the UX community, does anyone have any insight or experience to share?

When selecting a line element close to the top - the menu is hidden. I have to strategically move it around to select the formatting. Other selected items move the formatting menu around the page to still have it visible but I can’t get it to work with a line selection. Examples below. Thanks.

When I am trying to extract the data using the frame. Sometimes the data is extracting correctly. Sometimes its not. Attached Screenshots for reference. When the tags are not attached in some cards and some with the  Exported data:- 

Maybe we should verify new members before they can post. Make them participate on a Miro board or something.  The amount of spam posted and notification emails today is nuts.  Not anyone’s fault, yet I will have to unsubscribe and miss good content later.

If I’m asking something that’s been answered countless times over, forgive me… and… please be gentle with me on this first post!  What I’d like some expert advice on is whether it’s possible to enable users to complete open field sections of a document from within a Miro environment, so that this document could then be used elsewhere in our agency process. To provide some context… We use Miro to enable collaboration in our ideation and innovation process with our teams across different regions of our marketing agency. Hi everybody,I have problems with Miro on my iPad. On my desktop (Mac) I’m logged into (browser) my account and I can access several boards (I starred them) which are created by others. I can access them even when they are password protected. I get prompted with a password input box and the next time I try to access them, I don’t have to anymore, since the desktop remembers the password.Now on the iPad it’s a complete different story. There I’m logged into my account and I can see the starred boards. When I tap on them I get the screen below:It doesn’t pop me something to insert my password and even when I tap on the options for showing the keyboard or using NordPass, it’s doesn’t show me the password prompt either. There is no way for me to access these boards. What am I doing wrong?PS: I allready tried removing the app through Settings > General Settings > iPad Storage > Miro > Clean/Remove App. That’s NOT working and DOESN’T solve the issue.Please help anyone..Cheers Bjo

I'm using Miro on my web browser (Chrome) on my Mac.I have the Miro 'new user interface' version. The collaboration tools bar is now located in the upper right corner of the page.I created 'cartes' and assigned some to myself and others to other users.Where is the button/area for seeing all carts and filtering by carts attributed to me?Thanks!

I had a previous account with RealTimeBoard but (I don’t think) had never created a board. Recently a colleague invited me to one of his team’s boards and revived my interest in using this platform. Except I can’t see a way to create a new board of my own. I seem to be “stuck” in his team area. (His team’s name is all I see on the upper left hand side of my window). I’m on the free account. Any idea as to how I can both still contribute to his board for his team, but also find the area to create boards of my own? I am attaching a screenshot of my screen for clarity. Thanks! Beth  

Good Morning. I currently have a MIRO-LICENSE-FREE-RESTRICTED (Free plan) license within my company. (I access by SSO)I know that this license has some limitations. But I would like to know if there is Limit of days of use? Is there a chance that my access will expire?For example: in 15 days I will no longer be able to use my boards because my license has expired on miro

The question is in the title :) I have a number of templates I’ve made but some are saved as Personal templates and some are shared with Team. How do I consolidate them and move them all into the same location?
