Here’s everything you need to know on how to submit ideas to our Wish List and help make Miro better!  What's the Community Wish List?It's where we gather ideas to make Miro even better! ✨How to Submit A New Idea Go to community.miro.com/ideas and log into your account Click Submit an idea under the search bar OR Create Topic in the top right corner  Select the post type “Wish List Idea” Write out your idea Add product area tags  Hit 'Create’ and voila a new Idea is born  Our team will process your new idea in 1-5 business days and determine if it is open for new votes ✨How to Vote on An Existing Idea Go to community.miro.com/ideas and log into your account Browse the Wish List by your desired product area categories {New} Once you find an Idea you like, click the blue ‘up-vote’ button to vote   Add any additional feedback or ideas to the existing idea by sending a reply ✨Understanding Idea StatusesOnce you submit an Idea, our team will take 1-5 business days

How to add a new template idea 💡 Check if your template idea already exists. Review the list of available templates in Miro Template Library and Miroverse to check if the template you have in mind already exists. If you would like to suggest an improvement idea for an existing template, use the template feedback form.  💡 Focus on one idea per post. If you have multiple ideas, submit them separately so that we can be clear about the status.💡 Provide a detailed template description. Do I need to contact the Miro Support team or ask the community?

Hi Miro Heroes,As you all know, the Miro Online Community is the place where all Miro users can connect, co-create, share knowledge and expertise, and get inspired. It means, here you can get help from your fellow community members and share your own expertise to help someone else. Mironeers (Miro employees) also participate in some discussions, but please note that they are not the primary responders, as we want you all to learn from each other. If you are looking for official, in-depth support (regarding billing issues, technical questions, features, etc), or you have run into an issue (lost content, features not working, other bugs), please try searching in the Help Center or reach out to the Miro Customer Support team directly.   If you have already submitted a support ticket, please do not duplicate your question in the community, and vice versa, if you’ve already created a community post, please do not submit a ticket to the Support team.
