With this new update, how do i download the boards to my computer?

Backup board download limitRight now, Miro limits downloads from backup boards to 1,024 MB. Would it be possible—perhaps via an upgraded plan—to raise that cap to 5 GB+? This would be genuinely essential for my workflow. I’m happy to pay for the upgrade. I use Miro with real enthusiasm; it’s excellent. At the same time, it has the potential to grow beyond a simple whiteboard, and expanding this limit would support that growth.Greets-Patrick

is there any way to export the prototype, or allow the other party to play around the prototype

I've given up searching for existing conversations about this issue, so I'm creating a separate post.As a teacher, I wanted to make educational game boards again, but discovered that the icon library selection has been significantly reduced — no animals, festive icons, nature elements, water objects, or many other categories that were previously available.The absence of these elements drastically reduces my productivity. I used to create engaging game boards for my students in just 30 minutes, but now I'm forced to find images elsewhere, remove backgrounds manually, extending the process to several days. Teachers are already overburdened, so why make our work even more challenging, especially for educational accounts?I'm willing to switch to alternative platforms if the previous library isn't restored. Does Miro have any plans to bring back the full icon collection for educational users?

This icon keeps appearing on the board. Can not delete it. Can not click on it either. Need to delete it. Can someone suggest what to do. Additional info: I am the board owner

When you click present in top right corner, you get full-screen. When you select a slide, and click the present option that appears above the specific slide, you do not get full-screen. (still keeps browser URL, bookmarks, etc..)

Hello together,i created a business miro account today and received a 14-day trial version. I also need the AI Prototype feature for my work, but I can't purchase it with a trial version. Now I wanted to convert my trial version to a full version, but I can't find any way to do this. It also don´t work to cancel the trial version and upgrade the plan - i have always to use the trial version.Unfortunately, I can't test the AI Prototype either. 

Hello,I am able to link my miro boards to the company's azure devops instance and am also able to add cards from existing work items.According to the documentation, the context menu should include the ability to make a sticky into an azure work item. I am not seeing this icon or in the context menu (three dots). I am able to manually create a card using the Azure Card icon.Is there something that I missed, or a setting that i need to ask that the admin's create?

Hello, good morning, I am working on a MIRO Board, specifically with an Org Chart. The idea is to keep adding layers by Roles, that is, so that every time a user selects a specific layer, all the people in the organization with the same Role are shown and selected. The other day it was working fine, but since yesterday, every time I try to move a contact to a specific layer, it modifies the organizational chart, either deleting contacts from the branch below the selected contact or moving other cards, and honestly, I don’t understand where the error is.
