Dear Miro Team,My name is Yuliana Ivasyk, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I have recently started using Miro to create interactive lessons and learning activities for my students, and I have found it extremely helpful for making my classes more engaging.I am currently building my teaching practice, so paying for a subscription is difficult for me at the moment due to the  war and the country’s economic situation resulting from it. Therefore, I kindly want to ask if there is an opportunity to receive free access to Miro or to join a support program available to Ukrainian educators.Having access to Miro’s full functionality would make a real difference to my lessons and allow me to create better and more exciting learning process for my students. I would be very grateful if you could consider my request. Please let me know if you need any additional information.Thank you for your time and for supporting Ukraine.Best regards,Yuliana Ivasyk

Hello Miro team!I hope this message finds you well.I’m a beginner English tutor from Mariupol, Ukraine, and I’ve recently started using Miro for my lessons. I’ve utterly enjoyed using the platform — it has made my lessons much more interactive and engaging, and I really love the way I can organise my materials and activities on the boards. As a tutor from Ukraine, I would be really grateful if you could provide me with a free version of Miro. It would mean a lot to me, especially as I’m only starting out as a tutor and trying to build my teaching practice.I would really appreciate your support and the opportunity to keep using Miro for my lessons. ❤️Thank you so much!

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue when exporting a Miro board to PDF.I have a Block Arrow shape between two elements. The shape is displayed correctly in the Miro board, but when I export the frame/board to PDF, the Block Arrow disappears, while the rest of the elements are exported correctly.I’ve attached two screenshots for reference:Image 1: PDF export — the Block Arrow is missing. Image 2: Miro board — the Block Arrow is visible correctly.Has anyone experienced this issue with Block Arrow shapes? Is there any specific setting, layer, object property, or PDF export limitation that could cause a Block Arrow to be visible in Miro but not included in the exported PDF?Thanks in advance for your help..

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Olha Shumakova, and I am an English teacher based in Ukraine.I actively use Miro for my daily work and projects, but due to the ongoing war and difficult economic situation, I cannot afford a paid subscription. Access to advanced features would help me enormously to conduct interactive lessons for my students.Could you please let me know if my account is eligible for a complimentary upgrade or special support program for Ukrainians? If necessary, I would be happy to provide proof of my Ukrainian citizenship or any additional information that may help with the review of my request.Thank you for standing with Ukraine and supporting our community.Best regards,Olha Shumakova

Dear Miro Support Team, My name is Sydorenko Anna, and I am a teacher from Ukraine.  I wanted to kindly ask if this policy of providing free access to Ukrainian educators will be extended into the upcoming year. Having access to Miro’s advanced features has been a tremendous help in delivering quality education, and I would be deeply appreciative if this initiative continues. Thank you once again for your support and for making a positive impact on educators like me. I look forward to hearing from you. With kind regards,Sydorenko Anna

Goal is to operate Miro on a large 55” touhscreen TV.  Has anyone done this and can offer advice on specs to make sure I keep in mind.

Hi everyone,I accidentally deleted my Miro account twice, and now I can't create a new one with the same work email. Every attempt returns the error: "The allowed number of accounts has been exceeded. Please use a different email address."What I have already tried:- An alias of the same email (with "+"), which returned the same error.- Direct login, sign in with Google, a private browser window and a different network. The error persists in all cases.Has anyone been through this? Is there a way to unlock the email or restore a deleted account? If only the support team can fix it, could someone point me to the right contact channel?Thank you!

I just got billed again after unsuccessfully trying to cancel my subscription.  I am looking for a refund. Thank you

I can’t login on Miro: I use email and password (currently unavailable) but now I’m not receiving the magic link to log in.What can I do?

Hello Miro Team!My name is Adriana, and I am a Ukrainian educator.I run an independent educational project focused on helping Ukrainian students prepare for theNational Multi-Subject Test in Biology. I use Miro to create interactive lessons, visual explanations, diagrams, and educational materials for my students.I recently learned that Miro provides special support for Ukrainian educators, including the possibility of free access to Miro Education.I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether I am eligible for this support and whether I could receive free access to the Education Plan or premium features.Thank you very much for your help and support! 🤍Best regards.

I’m using Chrome Version 137.0.7151.69 on a MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia version 15.4.1. The Miro web app won’t load, even after clearing my cache, either in normal mode or in incognito mode. The Miro desktop app loads, but is not responsive. My connection supports Websockets and WebAssembly. It seems like many users are complaining about the Desktop App, not sure what is wrong with the Web App, but this is increasingly frustrating!

Hi,I am trying to recover access to my boards on my educational plan. I cannot login anymore, because somehow it does not accept my password anymore and I can’t reset it, because it seems like the boards were on my old account. That account is linked to an email, that does not exist anymore, because I switched universities. I am using my new account now, but need these boards on the other account. I don’t know how to regain access to these boards.Would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

I have a full license, but the board creation features are unavailable to me.Could you please help me understand why these features are disabled and what I need to do to get access?Thank you.

Hello Miro Support team,I'm reaching out because I'm locked out of my Miro account and unable to recover access through the normal process. My account is registered under the Education plan with the email address a***a@etudiants.u-paris2.fr. My university recently changed its email domain, and this old address is no longer active or accessible to me.When I try to sign in, password login is currently disabled and I'm prompted to use a magic link instead. However, that magic link is sent to the old, inactive email address above, so I have no way to receive it and complete sign-in.Could you please help me regain access to this account and update it to my new, active email address? I'm happy to provide any verification you need (student ID, proof of enrollment, confirmation of the domain change, etc.) to confirm this account belongs to me.Old email (no longer accessible)Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, I accidentally deleted my Free Miro team and all three of my boards were deleted with it.I created and owned all three boards. I still have the URLs for all of them, but when I open them I get the message “Board does not exist” and there is no Restore option. The team was deleted very recently.Could a Miro moderator please convert this into a Support ticket and ask the Support team to check whether the deleted team and its boards can be restored from the backend?I can provide the team name, account email and all three board URLs privately.

Hello Miro Team,My name is Ekaterina, and I am an English teacher based in Ukraine. I currently teach students online and would like to use Miro for my lessons and teaching materials.I have heard that Miro offers free access to Ukrainian educators. If this opportunity is still available, I would be very grateful to receive access for my professional work.If needed, I can provide a copy of my teaching diploma or another document confirming my profession and location.Thank you very much for your support and consideration.Kind regards,Ekaterina

Layer-Feature is great. Thanks for that! What gives me trouble: The order of layers is changed if i unlock one Layer. More specific: The default layer is moved to the back. Given that the default layer should be used as a working layer because new elements are generated on it and it can`t be locked that is unfortunate. Because elements get hidden behind structure elements on other layers.Video of the behavior:  Is that intended? Also I`m not sure the “Ask the Community” Category is correct. Please move if not.

Why am I getting: “You've reached the 3-board limit. Upgrade to unlock unlimited boards, guest access, and more.” notification when I haven't created any board yet?Boards in this team underneath says: “No results found” when filtering boards “Owned by me”.Thanks for a helpMy user page says: Content created0 boards   0 spaces   0 templates

Hello,I’m having trouble accessing my Miro Education account. When I try to log in, I request the email to access my account, but I never receive it. I have tried several times and checked my spam/junk folder as well, but no email has arrived.Could you please help me understand what might be happening and how I can regain access to my Education account?Thank you very much for your help.Best regards,Cristiane Sanches

Good day, Miro Team and Miro Community!I need your support regarding my Starter Plan subscription. I would like to make a payment, but the billing system is charging me for two members instead of one, and it does not give me an option to select just one member. In fact, I am the only person on my team and the only user of the account. However, the minimum number of members available for billing appears to be two, not one as before.Could this be a system glitch or is this a recent change to Miro's billing policy?I would like to continue using Miro as a single user, as I did before. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue and set up my subscription and payment for one member instead of two?Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your assistance.
