Hello,The sections feature is useful but we want to access it in the main organizational dashboard. It is confusing to access it only from a submenu within a board. We would like to be able to open a Space folder, see the sections inside of it, and click into a section to see the boards inside of it-- from the main dashboard. This would make files much easier to organize and navigate. A subfolder feature like this is included in the user interface of most other platforms we use.

Hello,Recently, YouTube videos have stopped working properly on Miro. When I click on a video, nothing happens — it doesn’t respond at all, as if it were just an image. The only way to play the video now is by opening it in Focus Mode. However, this creates other problems, as my students can no longer see the text and tasks for the video while watching it. They have to open the video in a new tab and watch it on YouTube while doing the task on Miro.I’ve noticed that this issue only affects newly added videos. The videos I uploaded before last week still work fine. Is this a bug or something could be done to remedy the situation?Also, I can no longer cut videos, as the trimming option seems to be missing. Has this feature been removed?Thank you for your help.
I love the structure the Doc format brings to the canvas and use them daily.I have been using a Doc to keep notes about information on the board. However, as my board quickly grows beyond a single viewport, I am constantly needing to navigate back to a Doc to enter notes, which takes me away from the context of what I was looking at.I would like to have the Doc accessible at any time. Some examples could be:Dock the Doc to side of the canvas. A floating/pinned Doc that, when activated, zooming in/out or panning would have no effect on the Doc and it would remain exactly where it is was on my screen when I activated the pin feature.As for which formats this should work with – any where it makes sense, e.g.:Diagrams Docs Tables SlidesHere’s a screenshots that barely illustrates my thoughts (imagine the highlighted doc stays where it is as I pan or zoom the canvas):
I used my Miro boards to sort and arrange pictures in the past to than process them further in photoshop.My whole workflow suddenly broke because the “Copy as Image” function is not working correctly anymore… In the past it produced the image exactly in the resolution like it was on the board and now it lowers the resolution down to around 1000px… Downloading with the frame is no option for me because I need the exact resolution and the download option does not offer custom size or exact size… In my case I have a 3x3 grid of 9 1024x1024px. That is not even 4k or any super resolution. I need to be able get the correct size back, so I can throw it into my photoshop slicer. Since I process hundreds of grids like this, manual resizing is no option and a pain in the but. I have a paid consultant plan.Left original and right is the outcome…
This section of the roadmap blueprint is inexplicably in German, despite all of the language settings being set to english. Also this screen will not load, and I cannot see the OKR table anywhere on the menu. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated
Hi! I'm having a lot of trouble loading my project board. I'm located in Russia and have tried accessing it both with and without a VPN. I've also tested it in the Miro app and across different browsers. Sometimes the board opens, but other times it won’t load at all. I’ve cleared my cache and followed all the troubleshooting steps listed in your help articles. The board itself is not heavy, and there are only two users. Would it help if I created a new account? Is there anything else I can try? Thank you in advance!
I have hidden the text of the output but the problem here is that the AI Flow chart builder doesn’t save it’s initial outcome when the Flowchart is complex.As you can see in the above image, the LEFT Flowchart has about 40% of the content compared to the RIGHT Flowchart.The outcomes above are from the same AI input, I have a well thought-out text document that covers all basis, and before I clicked Save/Submit once it produced the final result, I copied the AI’s suggestion and then clicked Save/Submit; this results in the LEFT diagram. The RIGHT diagram is what the AI actually presented to me and what I copied and then pasted (I knew to do this because the first and second time I tried this prompt to the AI the same thing happened where most of the AI Flowchart was missing.I’d provide the data but this is sensitive.

Spec’s: MacBook Pro, 16GB Ram, 15.3.2 (24D81) Miro: V0.10.90Problem: Why does Miro App load and function so slowly on my Mac? Opening the app takes 40 to 60 seconds, and opening a board takes 15 to 20 seconds. I use other apps like Figma and Notion, and they all work quickly — so why is Miro App (Not web) so sluggish? What can I do to fix this? Thank you

I can’t play the videos and audio files embedded from Drive. I was able to do this before, but the problem started around 3–4 days ago. I’ve seen others running into a similar issue too. So I’m wondering — is there actually someone who listens and can be helpful with this kind of problem?
I have used Bitpaper until recently for my Maths tutoring. I am now looking for a good alternative and I’m wondering if Miro may be the answer.On Bitpaper I liked the feature that the whiteboard had several ‘pages’. So when I planned my lesson, I would put different questions on different pages of the whiteboard. Is the Miro whiteboard just one loooooong whiteboard? And if it is, how long is it? Can I just continue moving down the whiteboard and continue to add more and more content? The Bitpaper whiteboard had a limit of 100 pages. The picture is a snippet of the section on the Bitpaper whiteboard where you can click on a different page number and then that section of the whiteboard will show. Anything like this on Miro?Thanks for you help, much appreciated.
Hello Someone created a diagram from a group of items in a Miro board. Now I can see that menu instead of my usual frame title, leading to several usage/support problems:Problem: I cannot find the way to delete this diagram frame.When trying to do it by simply selecting the diagram frame (around the group of items)>clicking on the three dots>"Delete, I get the error "You can't delete parent node, when child nodes are in editing mode”. There is no “node” configured per se. Just someone that misclicked on the “create a diagram” button on the grouped items.People are using the Miro board at the time I am trying, but others parts of it, not the grouped items concerned here by the diagram.How can I delete this diagram thing now?I cannot ask the diagram creator to just CTRL+Z as it has been some time and many changes/actions have been done since then then. Hello, it’s us again, people from Russia who have been experiencing issues with Miro loading. Miro team hasn’t provided any information on the topic whatsoever, though for many of us the work efficiency depends on the docs we’ve kept on Miro boards. I personally have sent HAR logs to the support team, nobody has reached to me. It all simply seems as if clients from Russia were non-existent for Miro (but we - clients - do exist, at least for now).Any updates at all, please?

The pages do not load at all — there is only an endless loading screen.The problem has been ongoing since yesterday (June 10, 2025).
