Hi,Anyone else who finds the Mouse and Trackpad navigation modes confusing. Both modes seem to require that you have both a mouse and a trackpad at the same time for full functionality.How, using a mouse, am I supposed to “Slide with to fingers or pinch to zoom”?How, using a Trackpad, am I supposed to “Scroll vertically with mouse wheel, horizontally with mouse wheel+Shift” or “Zoom using Ctrcl/Cmd + mouse wheel”?BR/Björn

I’m looking for a way to link to a Youtube short, but limit its play time to 1 min. Can I set this up using Miro, or would I need a different setup?

I’m having an issue where if I’m in a kanban board, type something into a card and press ‘enter’ it makes a new line instead of jumping to add a new card. The same issue also happens with mindmaps, etc. I’ve tried shift+enter and cmd+enter without luck. Any ideas?

I have several individuals that can no longer share now that we have moved to an Enterprise account.  The user is only able to share to other users with a License.  Do I need to update something on our account?Any guidance is appreciated.

I have created a board using miro lite however, when I am trying to access it I am getting the below error message. I have signed up (saha.anushka@gmail.com) however the issue still persists. Hello Miro Support Team,I’m reaching out regarding the ADF Product workspace.The current Team Admin associated with this workspace is no longer with the company, and as a result, our team has lost the ability to manage users, roles, and security settings. This workspace is actively used by our product team, and the lack of admin access is now blocking our ongoing work.I am an active member of the ADF Product workspace and represent the team that owns and operates it. I would like to request a transfer of Team Admin rights to my account so that we can continue managing the workspace properly.We are also planning to upgrade this workspace to a Starter or Business plan, however, we would like to resolve the admin access and user management issue first to ensure the upgrade is done correctly.Please let me know what information or verification you need from my side to proceed with this request. I started getting a blue box popup today every time I open a board or go back to home. It’s the “Catch Up” popup. I find it very annoying. I tried looking in the notification settings and don’t see an entry that references this popup that I can turn off. Anyone know how to turn this annoying feature off?Thank you!

Hi I have a data set that i wish to populate in the org chart. The data fields in CSV look like this  Column header = Revizto Stamp - WatcherColumn Data = DR30, PI30, ST30, EQ30, EL30,AU30, TE30, FI30, SF30, DR60, PI60, ST60, EQ60, EL60, AU60, TE60, FI60, SF60, DR90, PI90, ST90, EQ90, EL90, AU90, TE90, FI90, SF90As the image show the data is being truncated  Is there a character limit to the data field? 

I’m using the free version of Miro.I’ve just created my first and only board, and now I’m trying to share it with my team.When I invite colleagues by email, I usually get this error:Sharing restricted please contact supportI’ve tried inviting people 10 times, with either a single person with a single email address or several people with a list of several email addresses. 9 of those 10 times, I’ve gotten that sharing restricted error and no one is invited.1 time it worked and one person was invited: they now have access to the board.  But I can’t invite anyone else, in spite of all of them being my colleagues behind the same firewall.What’s going on here?

The client could not open the board as the site shows error on behalf of the client. What should they do?

Hello, on our team account we had 3 own boards + 1 that was shared with us by a friend.After he deleted it, we still can’t access the oldest of our 3 own boards, because Miro is telling us we’ve got too many boards and need to upgrade.
