We simply do not have student email accounts.However, I can provide official documentation to prove that I am currently enrolled at a university.I would like to know how I can access the student license by submitting my information, or who I should contact in order to proceed with the application.Thank you very much.

How to stop Miro from adding a text block to a document while dragging it?

When in present mode, if you change the size of the pen mark using keyboard arrow keys, this is also changing the slide you view. 

Images not getting saved after selecting ‘Copy as Image’. Miro board showing ‘Copying’ status and then status closed. NO success message for copied done. It is completely working fine for the other members of the org.Solution:Verified system clipboard settings. It is not getting saved to clipboard. Verified browser permissions. Hello,I cannot proceed with the Education Plan application because the form only accepts an academic email address (*.edu or similar). My university does not provide such emails, and there is no option to continue with a regular email or manual verification. There is no option to choose anything else; I can only enter an email address, and a regular one is not accepted.As a result, I am unable to submit the application at all.Could you please advise how I can proceed or enable manual verification for my case?

I name my Spaces with prefix numbers: 01 Blah, 02 Blah, 03 Blah, etc. Yesterday (and before) all was ordered as intended. This afternoon I now have 99 Blah at the top followed by 15 Blah then 04 Blah and randomly so. There is no discernible order. This happens in the Miro app and in the Brave browser.I have not changed any Spaces names. I have only edited board contents.   I know you can pin Spaces, but my numbering prefixes eliminated pinning. I searched online: 

I have been charged for the whole year without any email suggesting renewal. I was on the startup discount plan. I would have preferred monthly but I didn’t get any advanced notice. Hi everyone, I need help with a Miro board issue.I accidentally left a team/workspace and selected the option “Delete boards connected to this team.”  The problem is that I had created an important board inside that team without realizing it was linked to the workspace.Now I can still access the board through a link, but only in view-only mode, and I get an “Ask to edit” option. So the board still exists, but I lost editing permissions after leaving the team.I also don’t remember the name of the team/workspace, and I don’t know who the owner or admin is. It doesn’t show how is de owner now Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to recover edit access, identify the workspace owner, or move/copy the board to my own account?Thanks in advance.

Hello, I recently (past Sunday) received a message that my education plan expired. I have been trying today to reapply for the educational plan (still a PhD student), but regardless of how I try to access the platform (whether through the link sent through the expiry notification email, or manually through the webpage), I am stuck in a perpetual loading mode (see picture). I have tried different wi-fi/internet networks and different browsers, but nothing worked. Has anyone experienced the same issue? I really need access to my boards as they contain an important part of my research work, so if anyone has some insights on how to go about this, I would appreciate it a lot. Thank in advance, phren 

I want to publish a screenshot of a miro board that I created in a publication (it is a dissertation and will not be published via publishers like Springer, but through my university library). I used basic features of Miro like rectangles and arrows and lines. Do I need to attribute Miro? Thank you very much.

We are experiencing a sudden issue with the Miroverse "Marketing Campaign Timeline Template" that worked correctly until yesterday. The board contains a Miro table with 222 rows and 5 columns. When clicking into cells in the lower part of the table, the viewport jumps back to the upper part of the table. The selected cell/cursor is no longer visible, which makes editing the table impossible. We already tested the usual troubleshooting steps: different browser, desktop app, zoom levels, cache/app reset and duplicated board. The issue persists. Since the table is far below the official table limits, this looks like a regression or a problem with the Miro table widget/template behavior.Could you please check whether there has been a recent update affecting Miro tables or Miroverse templates?

I deleted a different account and now cannot create a new account with the same email, but I also can’t access the old account. how can I reset this so I can create a new account from a deleted email?
