HiI tried several times to reach out to Miro support but never got an answer back, I’m desperate!I took over the Miro account at our company, but the only Admin person is a colleague who left more than a year ago…We can’t access her emails as her inbox doesn’t exist anymore.How can I take over the Admin rights?

Title:Hi everyone,I am using Miro with an Education plan and I am a board owner. I can upload videos to my boards without any problem, and members of my Education team can also upload videos.However, when I share a board publicly via link and allow editing access, people who open the board through that public edit link cannot upload videos. The upload option is visible to them, but the upload itself does not work.So my question is:Is this expected behavior in the Education plan?Are users with public edit access treated as visitors, and are visitors generally not allowed to upload video files?Or is there any setting or workaround that would allow video uploads on publicly shared editable boards in an Education team?What confuses me is that the feature appears in the interface for those users, which suggests that it should be available, but in practice it is not.I would be very grateful if someone could clarify whether this is:a plan limitation,a role/permission issue,or possibly a bug/U

When attempting to connect the Azure Cards app, an error occurs when Connecting the Azure Organization with Miro. The user login goes well, but when the organisation is linked the error “TF400813: The user 'ad8be917-ad24-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is not authorized to access this resource.The guid for that user is not found in our Entra ID and does not match the user id selected for the user account. Our DevOps environment have recently been connected to our Microsoft Entra ID.  I have been through all the steps listed on page “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033799934-Azure-Cards” and made sure, that all steps and rights are set as specified.  I’m a bit at a loss on how to further fault seek this, has anyone else seen this behaviour ?  Best Regards, /Sverre Eplov

HiSometimes I (or better: the other person) have the problem, that someone I share a board with is asked to log in before being able to see the board. Though I chose “Anyone with the link can edit”. Luckily this happens only a few times. But why does that happen? Not all of my guests have a miro account.

We use the Miro table to track my team's goals. Once a goal is completed, we need to paste that goal from our active/upcoming goals table into the archived goals table, which has the same columns. We need to have a place for our archived goals outside of our current goals table to ensure that the current goals table isn’t getting overwhelming for the team to find the goals they are currently working on. 

When in present mode, if you change the size of the pen mark using keyboard arrow keys, this is also changing the slide you view. 

My team and I have been using the Roadmap Planning Template for project management, and the synced view between the Kanban board and the timeline has been extremely helpful.However, today we noticed an issue: the information has stopped syncing between views. When we create a new ticket in the Kanban board, it doesn’t appear in the timeline, and vice versa.Is this a known bug, or is there something we can do to fix it on our end?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi!I have a Miro board that contains several internal links between graphic objects. When I create a copy of the board or import from backup file, some of these links stop working. What’s strange is that only certain links are affected—others continue to work just fine. I haven’t been able to identify any pattern that explains why some links break while others don’t.How can I solve the problem?

Please help me, I’m devastated((( I’ve been using 3 Miro accounts on Miro for years. All 3 accounts had 3 different active boards each. On Sat i tried to create a new board but now all 3 of my accounts have all the same *very very old) boards and all my relevant boards from my accounts got deleted. Have no idea how that happened. Would be very greatful for your help!!

I wanted to ask if there’s a way to use or insert fancy/custom fonts in Miro boards?Right now, the default font options feel quite limited, and I’m looking to use more stylized or branded fonts (for example, for headings or visual content on canvases).Would love to hear how others handle this 🙌Thanks in advance!

I’m running MIRO on Chrome on Windows 11 with a fairly big board - it’s crashing constantly.  I mean every few minutes.  The desktop app is stable, but I need to run multiple MIRO sessions at once - this is very necessary, it’s extremely inconvenient to have to move around in a single board. Any suggestions ? I’m on a fibre to home network, so that’s not the issue. Thanks!

Hi, everyone! Recently, I encountered some strange cursor behaviour. There is a significant distance between the cursor and the working area (the actual click/selection position). I'll add a screenshot for clarity. I noticed this behavior in the web version. I haven't checked the app yet. Could anyone tell me if this is a bug or if there is some strange setting that changes this distance?
