I’m using Miro in web browser (Chrome) on mac. I have the ‘new UI’ version of Miro. The collaboration toolbar is now at the top of the page. I’ve created ‘cards’ and assigned some to myself and some to another user. Where is the button / area to see all cards, and filter by cards assigned to me? Thanks
hi there, I keep getting "Diagrams not available in your organization yet" error however my colleagues do not. Have tried opening flowchart and Incident Management Process Flowchart templates (from this link FREE Incident Management Process Flowchart Template 2025). I have a Full license and in the same ‘teams’ in Miro as my colleagues yet it seems I have different access. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks!
To the best of my knowledge, the iPad app’s “copy as image and paste” feature doesn’t work: Specifically, “copy as image” seems to work correctly showing a feedback message of the copied part. The “paste” part, instead, does nothing. The same operation on a browser on the pc works; on a browser on the iPad itself (safari), again, doesn’t work. It seems to be a problem of the iPad itself, that is not really recent (iPad air, 4 generation). Someone could suggest how to fix (…in addition, of course, to buy a newer Ipad)? Thank you very much
Currently, very large images can’t be uploaded to a board. This limits our ability to work with high-resolution graphics, posters, and process maps.Why this matters: Large visuals are often essential for collaboration and context. Splitting or compressing images reduces clarity and takes extra time. Having the full picture in one place keeps boards more organized. Suggested solution: Increase the maximum file size for images, or Provide automatic scaling when uploading large images. This would make boards much more powerful for workshops, documentation, and design work.
The current polling tool in Miro is quite limited and feels rigid. One particular issue: only participants who voted can end a poll. As the creator, it would be much more practical to close or end a poll regardless of whether you have participated in it yourself.Why this matters: Facilitators and moderators often don’t want to influence results by voting. Not being able to end a poll without voting interrupts the flow of a workshop. More control and flexibility makes polls easier to manage. Suggested improvements: Allow poll creators to end polls without needing to cast a vote. Consider expanding the overall flexibility of the poll tool (e.g., more response options, better controls).

I would prefer if Google login opened in a separate popup window. The embedded sign-in makes it hard to confirm if this is a real Google page, and I hope you can understand my concerns. Additionally, when using a browser I can choose from accounts I’m already logged into, but this interface doesn’t allow that.

When I create a synced copy and edit a record (item on the timeline) the dates sync with synced copies. However if I change the colour, it does not sync. Fix the colour syncing.
Today I logged in MIRO, and there are 20+ additional boards showing on my Home screen. None of them is created by me, I think I might be added by someone. I am unable to leave them. Please help. I myself created just one board and that is important but this thing is restricting usage. Please guide how I can remove these boards. In my team there is no one added. Thanks

I’m using the built-in ‘Roadmap Planning’ template. I have a schedule that covers the whole year, but the width is so wide. I can only see a few months on screen at a time. I don’t want to just shrink both the width and height because then the text gets too small. I just want to reduce the width.What it currently looks like: What I’m trying to make it look like: Using the left or right edge to resize it just makes it worse. I can only make it stretch wider, I can’t make it narrower so I can see more months on the same screen. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
I find interesting problem. I can select similar objects in board and add its to new layer.When i move one objects of this layer, all is okBut when i move some, its return to default layer.Move 1: Layer not change Move more than 1: red cube return to default layer
Coming from an AutoCAD background, layers are a GREAT addition. The issue is that they dont work very well yet. I have a few issues with using layers over the last 24 hours. I’ve had objects randomly (seemingly anyway) change layers. I put them on the “network” layer, go do some other work then turn that layer off and the objects are back on the default layer. I have triple checked that the things are set to the “network” layer and later they have moved. they are not part of a group and I am sure that I am not accidentally picking them with another object. Second issue is that objects on layers dont seem to understand the frame that they are in. I added things to the network layer and then go to move the frame but the objects on that layer do not move with the frame. I have triple checked that they are within the frame, I have moved them out of the frame then back in.
I’ve been using the Miro Planner app with Azure cards recently, and I’m curious what determines the sort order of items in a column in the Miro Planner? It doesn’t seem to reflect the Azure DevOps backlog order, and it doesn’t seem to update if I reorder items in a DevOps board.

I would appreciate if someone could give me an example of uploading a new image with https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/images described (not completely) in https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-image-item-using-file-from-deviceIn fact, what I’m trying is duplicating an existing image in a board into a new one. Because its url is private, I cannot use it by speciffying its url so I’m reading its content and trying to upload it in the same way if it would be an image from device. Thanks in advance!!!
Basically what it says. I’m using dotted lines, and without any input from me, some are turning solid. Yet when I click on them to change them back, it says they’re still on the dotted line setting. I can change them to dashed lines. If I delete them and try again, the line shows up as solid. It doesn’t affect every dotted line, just some.

There should be an option to bulk transfer boards from one team to another. This would be useful when users want to unify a single team. This operation could be performed by either a team admin or a tool admin.
Submitting feature request on behalf of FINRAFINRA is data driven and would like to establish metrics for measuring Miro users as well as how they are using the platform. They would like to have the Admin Analytics data via API for their own analysis. Ideally, they would like to set up an automated process. Without the API, they will have to manually pull the information and/or depend on the Miro account to provide the information.
I accidentally select objects on the board when I’m trying to to pan the board. I end up moving the objects. In a large collaboration session, it’s embarrassing because it looks like I don’t know how to use the tool. I know to hold down space and then click and drag. It just doesn’t always respond to my commands fast enough.In Mural, there was a hand icon in the bottom right corner that let me switch into a panning mode. I was unable to select any objects while in this mode. I didn’t have to hold down the right click or the space bar to pan. I really miss that feature now that we’ve converted to Miro. Please help me stop looking like a fat-fingered oaf and let me switch into panning mode.
There should be a tag or option for users to select which boards they want to keep without deleting them. They wouldn't be subject to the disposition/retention rule. Currently, we have boards that are only used for viewing/consulting, so they aren't modified.Notifications should also be sent via email or Slack via the Miro app itself. The fact that it's within the tool makes it difficult because not all users frequently log in and check notifications.
