Hi everyone!First time starting a topic in the community! Hope you’re safe and well.Has anyone used Miro for musical projects apart from embedding YouTube and Spotify? I’m curious to see if composers can work together in a board to create a group song! Wondering how we can push the limits for collaboration within a virtual workspace.Maybe that could be a jingle or anthem for Mironeers. 

 One of my tutoring clients has started having a strange issue with the standard Pen tool on Miro.When she writes with an Apple Pencil on an iPad, Miro will sometimes automatically draw a straight line from the end of a word/stroke back to the beginning, creating a line that basically scores out the word or working and makes it really hard to read. (see attached image).A few details:She is definitely using the standard Pen tool, not Smart Drawing. She's been using Miro weekly for nearly a year, so this isn't a case of getting used to the app. The issue only started yesterday. It isn't consistent. Refreshing the board will sometimes stop it for a few minutes, but then it starts happening again. It happens in both iPad app and the browser version on the same iPad. It even happens when making a very quick scribble, so it doesn't seem related to holding the Pencil down for too long. Because it only happens on her device, it's difficult for me to do deeper troubleshooting remotely.The image

I’m a huge fan of the Spinner Wheel widget. I use it with my students all the time. However, I’ve recently started experiencing problems with it. I can add it to my boards, copy existing ones, and delete options I’ve previously added, but for some reason I can no longer edit the options. Whenever I add a new option and try to type what I need (typically numbers like 1, 2, 3, etc.), nothing appears.I can still copy existing Spinner Wheels, of course, but I’d like to be able to create and edit new ones. Can anyone help? 😞

I received an email stating there were going to be changes to the object.id value returned from the /v2/audit/logs endpoint.  The value is changing from the numeric ID values of the board to the boardKey. The change is supposed to happen sometime after September 1st. Is there any official documentation for this change with additional details not included in the email?Specifically it would be helpful to know if this value will change based on when the data is retrieved or when the data is recorded.

Hello! I can add Spinner to the board and I can spin but it doesn’t allow me to edit and add my own option. What can I do? Thank you in advance

I have a Miro account with the email which has “@xxxx.jp”. Then we changed the company domain to “@xxxx.co.jp”, and I tried to change the email settings from “.jp” to “.co.jp”. However, the Miro app shows the error message: "Sorry, this email is already registered. Please use a different email address.”Additionally, when I try to log in to Miro with Microsoft SSO of “.co.jp” on Safari, I can log in, but the email value in the settings page shows “.jp”.Do you know how I can change my email address to the new domain? We did not change the Microsoft account which set “.jp” or “.co.jp”

Helo, I’ve added a licence to my business plan by mistake and already remove it, this was a 30 minutes error, so do I have to pay the licence although I’ve removed immnediatly or is the billing going to be updated?

However, when i tried to change the email address for the older arq.group profile, i got an error.

I would like to request a refund so that I can change my subscription to a monthly plan for one user and just visitors as i don’t own a team and the people editing my board are my students, I’m not willing to pay for their subscriptions.I could not find a direct way to contact the subscription or billing team, so I am reaching out through this request.

Hi we have a single Miro user that cannot embed Azure Devops ticket info into their Miro board despite Azure Cards being set at and Organisation level and the user is included in relevant groups both on Miro and Azure. It seems to work as normal for everyone else and up until recently it also worked for the user in question.  Any ideas as to why ?? Thanks Gary 

Enterprise plan. Using the board export API: POST /v2/orgs/{orgId}/boards/export/jobs (boardFormat: PDF) The job is accepted — HTTP 200 with a jobId. But when I poll: GET /v2/orgs/{orgId}/boards/export/jobs/{jobId} jobStatus stays "CREATED" and never advances to IN_PROGRESS/FINISHED.The /results endpoint returns 404 the whole time (expected, since the job never finishes). What I'm seeing:- A batch of 52 boards (a 50-board job + a 2-board job) both sat on "CREATED" for the full 15-minute polling window — 0 completed.- Reproduced by hand with curl on a single small board: created fine, still "CREATED" across repeated polls minutes apart.- Earlier the same day, identical requests returned "FINISHED" in ~30 seconds — so it appears to be intermittent export-queue degradation, not a bad request. Questions:1. Is there a known issue / degradation with the board export processing queue? Any SLA for job completion?

For security reasons I removed all Apps from the Miro Admin console and among them was Atlassian Links.When I try to add it again, it says not found.The only way that I found to add it again is when a users requests it (including me as user) directly from Confluence.Is this a Bug? Or it is intended to work like that?

As the titles states, I use the Miro desktop app, and it (almost always) stays logged in if I use it very frequently, but if I don’t use it for a day or 2, it logs me out and I have to sign back in, which is a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.This has happened on my previous pc, my current pc, and my current pc after I reinstalled Windows (for unrelated reasons, but noted that that still was an issue)
