Hi everyone,I’m looking for some advice on how to best manage a workshop on Miro with about 80 participants, all working simultaneously on the same board (mainly adding and moving sticky notes).I’d like to understand: Board performance: With this many users at the same time, should we expect any lag or slowdowns? Are there best practices to avoid performance issues? Admin accounts: What type of account or license should facilitators/admins have to properly manage the board (permissions, moderation, frames, timers, etc.)? Participant access: Is it enough to invite participants as Visitors so they can write, add, and move sticky notes? Are there any limitations we should be aware of for Visitors? Any tips or recommendations for running a workshop of this size would be greatly appreciated.

hiI can't access Miro files from Google Drive. It takes me to the dashboard

 I changed my mind and don’t want to use the miro app anymore. I want to use it in the browser. I have wasted so much time trying to find out how I can change the default application for the url back to the browser not the app! anyone? I get this alert everytime I open a link.I’ve trieddeleting miro appresetting browser settingsBasically I don’t know how to access a miro url to say “always open in browser” 

I was offered a free trial of the Business plan which I took. Now that it’s finished, my boards are locked as my account is paused until I choose a plan. Hey, two years ago I got a Miro educational plan. However, few weeks ago it has expired. I’ve applied two times since then, without any success. I’ve filled in all my correct information to apply. After I’ve applied, I haven’t received any emails like like “Pending educational plan application” or something.  Does anybody know how I can fix this issue?

Hi, we are having two data tables on a Miro board but out of a sudden, the data is not loading anymore, only showing the pulsing loading for about 30mins. Already tried different browsers, the app, etc. 

I can't pay for a monthly subscription for starter plan, i’ve tried to use 2 different cards (Visa, Poland and Lithuania) and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me.

I cannot write or do anything on my whiteboard. It is completely empty - there are 0 objects on it, absolutely nothing. Yet whenever I try to write something, I get the error ‘Widget Limit Reached’ at the bottom of the screen. My other boards (which have things on them) work fine. This issue just came up randomly while I was working with a student. Perhaps a metadata error? Please give tips on how to fix this issue or how to get the Support team to resolve this. Your help is greatly appreciated.  

I was using Miro's free trial. Miro attempted to bill me, but the transaction initially failed because my card limit was too low. A few days ago, I increased the limit, which allowed the payment to process. However, after being successfully billed, the business features I paid for have not been activated. Does anyone knows how to contact support directly?

Hi everyone,Has anyone else noticed that Miro’s vector export option has stopped working? Over the past few weeks, the export settings seem to have changed, and now I can’t export any boards in a usable vector format. I keep getting the error message ‘An error occurred while exporting the board. Please try again.’Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, how to transpose Table widget in Miro ? I need the columns as rows.

There used to be a ‘Re-organize Frames’ button that automatically sorted the frame sequence based on their positions, but now it’s gone. Help!

I’m trying to count days from a start date to an end date to compare length of project to a standard that we try to stick to.  That way when calendar dates start to shift, I can quickly see if the project is going to be at risk of completing.
