Hi,I am trying to recover access to my boards on my educational plan. I cannot login anymore, because somehow it does not accept my password anymore and I can’t reset it, because it seems like the boards were on my old account. That account is linked to an email, that does not exist anymore, because I switched universities. I am using my new account now, but need these boards on the other account. I don’t know how to regain access to these boards.Would really appreciate any help.Thanks!

Literally what it says on the tin. I try to log in through the desktop app through the magic link but it gets stuck on the “Check your email” screen, even after I’ve clicked the magic link that gets me back to the app, but on desktop it's a matter of nothing for me to log in. Hello, could someone please tell me how I can speak with someone—an actual person—in charge of Miro support?I’ve had a Miro account for some time now. I lost access to that email address some time ago, but I’ve been able to access my boards normally. However, today I’m unable to access my boards. When I enter my email address, the password field doesn’t appear, and I see this message:Check your email: We’ve just sent you a unique sign-in link to your email: danilo.melo@prof.unibh.br.But since I’ve lost access to that email, I won’t be able to access the verification link.How can I resolve this? I’ve already tried contacting Miro support via email, but I always get a response from the AI, which doesn’t solve the problem.I have hundreds of boards with a lot of important content.Can anyone help me?I need to recover this account.

Do you ever found yourself between 2 colors for that icon, in a pair team you have a split decision, where to order food? Sometimes you cant decide, lets the chaos help. My suggestion is a simple input field where you write in a formula and send the result to the chat and the last result to a component ( sticker for example ) in the board. The most know randomizer formula come from RPG tabletop x D y +/- z x = number of attempts y = max number ( 1 to y ) z = value to increase ( + ) / reduce ( - ) from the total Example: 1d2 = One random number between 1 and 2 → Toss a coin ( to your witcher ) → Output: 1d2 ( 1 ) 1d6 = One random number between 1 and 6 → Simple die → Output: 1d6 ( 3 ) 2d6 = Two random numbers between 1 and 6 → Two simple dices → Output: 2d6 ( 4,5 ) = 9 1d100 + 10 = One random number between 1 and 100 plus 10 → Percent number plus 10 → Output: 1d100 + 10 ( 56 ) = 66

Which are your favorite Miro-apps from the market place when it comes to create games or gamification elements on a miro board? Simple random number generator?

Would there be a quick and dirty way to create a random number widget/addin which could be used for things like simulating a coin flip or rolling a dice? Text not displaying on sticky notes / shapes across multiple frames

Hi everyone, I'm running into an issue on one of my boards where text on sticky notes and shapes isn't showing upthe elements still display their color, but appear completely blank where the text should be. This is happening across multiple frames on the same board, not just one isolated spot. Has anyone seen this before? Mainly trying to figure out: is this just a rendering/display bug, or is there a chance the actual text content has been lost? Any tips on how to force a refresh or recover the text would be really appreciated. Thanks!

New Project views are just noise and functionality quantity over quality - let users switch it off and don’t force everyone to have it. Some of us just want to see a simple list of boards when clicking on a project. High volume users have significant quantities of boards, and this force-fed functionality has made access and governance harder. It’s unnecessary bells and whistles functionality that seems more geared at fun things engineers can create than useful things users want/need. If users want dashboard then let them manually add specific boards to a dashboard for insights rather than force it as a non-opt out function constrained at a project level - noting most users use projects as a folder structure and you’ve just made that simple ability painfully frustrating. SWITCH. IT. OFF.

I would like Miro to reinstate the permision for guest editors to record talktracks in the boards they are added to.We used to have ability to record talktracks as a guest editor in a board. However, it seems like this functionality has suddenly disappeared with the new Talktrack release.Currently, guest editor can only see an option to start a video call and watch existing Talktracks.

Hi Miro team, I want to flag how dysfunctional the regional account setup is for people who work globally.I regularly collaborate with participants and organisations across multiple countries. Previously, I could be invited and invite clients to a board and retain access to it through a single Miro account. Now, if a client is hosting an event on their own account, using say the Australian data-residency environment, I’m required to create a separate Australian Miro identity just to access and retain that board.That means the same person, with the same email address, ends up with multiple regional Miro accounts and fragmented dashboards purely because different clients host their data in different regions.I completely understand the need for regional data residency, but I don’t understand why that requires fragmented user identities. A single global identity should be able to authenticate across regional environments while the board data itself remains hosted in the required region.For

Having trouble applying for Miro for Students

I am a highschool student, I predominaly use miro for my online classes and colaboratory projects, I decided to upgrade, but I ran into some issues. I can provide identification for my student status but my highschool doesn't provide me access to my school email. I assume that once I finished the application and passes through a new account will be made on the email I have no access. I tried using my personal email but it tells me it's a "bussnis email". I will try to get in touch with my the person that provided the emails but that might lead no where. It would be much easier if I could use my personal email.
