I studied on a bachelor degree programme and had my education plan for a while. However, now I’m moving forward onto master’s programme while also combining it with working at my university. When applying for the renewal of the account, I now chose “Educator” plan because I suppose that 10 members can be not enough for the amount of plans I have for this wonderful app. However, I just got my “Education” plan renewed. So the question is - is it possible to switch it and if yes - how?Thank you for your help in advanced!

Hi everyone,We’re having a problem with our Miro board. We use the free version with 3 users and 6 visitors. However, over the last few days, the board has been automatically moving boxes or deleting content and replacing it with other content that was entered days ago. This is completely disrupting our planning. Can anyone help us solve this problem?

Hi -  I set up a Miro board using my work email many years ago.  I changed companies several years ago but kept using the same old work email and using password login for the Miro board, which was not a problem.   But now when I try to log in it prompts for a code which is sent to the old company’s email address.   The old company no longer exists.   I have a valid login and password but the email address where the code is sent to no longer exists.   Can anyone help?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the new talktrack features confusing and not as good as the legacy talktrack?I like the fact that I can change screen views, for example, from currnt tab to complete window in a screen capture session. But once I stop sharing I can't reshare a tab. which seems strange.Also the audio and video quality are really poor and the interaction of a viewer with the presented board seems more convoluted. I like the legacy features where you could wander around a board that is being presented and then be brought back to the presenter's pointer.It feels like there's a lot more features, but at the cost of doing the basics very well. I find it easier to use a third party screen sharing tool now than using talktrack, which for me is disappointing.

Dear all,I have a specific question regarding copyright permissions to publish boards that I have created in Miro. Here is my case:I have used a Miro board as part of a scientific research project (dissertation) which I am about to publish as a book via the publisher SpringerNature. In order to document my research approach, I would like to include screenshots of the Miro board I created and used in the publication for illustration purposes. In an other thread in the Miro community it says that material which "users create in Miro is their property and they can use it for their benefit." (Here is the thread). However, this answer was written some years ago and it would be best to have an official source and/or signed permissions document proofing that the material in question is allowed to be published (Third-party permissions).Hence, I would like to ask the responsible department at Miro (e. g. Hi!Miro used to offer some great “getting started” resources for people who have never been on a Miro board. Tutorials to practice doing basic things like navigating on a board, writing text, adding a sticky note, or adding a shape. You could watch the instructions and then practice the skills.It’s been a while since I shared resources like this with new users and none of my old links work anymore. I’ve been searching in the Academy and the help database and cannot find anything that is designed for this entry-level user to help them feel more assured in using a board. Because Miro is super intuitive - only once you’ve learned how to use it. The resources I’m finding that are for “getting started” are about creating and designing your own boards and upselling the AI features.Does anyone have practical resources to share with new guest users who may be technologically hesitant or unfamiliar with using much beyond basic word processing and browsing online?Thanks in advance for your help.

During presentation mode, the words “You are Presenting” remain permanently visible on the screen. It would be better if they could disappear automatically after a few seconds or stay hidden, as they distract from the presentation.

Hello, I am done messing with this unless it can be done for me or there is a dead-simple process. If the latter, please provide step-by-step instructions. If neither, refund now. No questions. If am directed to go to some forum instead of getting actual assistance, refund with no questions.Here’s the situation:I signed up and started paying for Miro Business plan as an individual, but with my work email. This was the death kiss, I think.  Got laid off, so there is zero possibility of me either accessing the email or even talking to anyone about getting into it. I  want to stay with Miro, on the Business plan as an individual (for the AI mostly), but my email has to be changed ASAP. Email I wish to use going forward and which should be tied to my Business subscription If the new email doesn’t work, I have backup options.

I can not able to access the sign up page.It shows "This is a private page".But i have already signed up earlier and just few minutes ago my event got approved on the calender.now i wanna go furthur. But the decline my access.

The recent board updates are not loading, and the board loading process never completes. Everything remains gray, and I am unable to access any options, even though I am the owner of the board.

Can you PLEASE cancel my membership? I can’t find anywhere to cancel my membership. I don’t have an Admin Portal on my profile page. PLEASE just cancel it. Don’t tell me how to do it because I’ve tried everything. Thank you in advance.
