Ok, so I want to switch off ALL AI features in Miro. Is this even possible? I did a search on the support site, and what I found didn’t work.  FWIW, I have a paid starter account.

I can't pay for a monthly subscription for starter plan, i’ve tried to use 2 different cards (Visa, Poland and Lithuania) and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me.

Hi,I’m using the Mind Map tool in Miro In the past, when I worked on my mind maps, I remember being able to control the text more fully (including alignment and a larger text toolbar, similar to the regular Text object). Now, when I select a mind-map node, I only see the shortened toolbar (color, bold, link, highlight etc.), and there is no option to change text alignment (right/left/center) for the nodeswhat happned?

I would like to cancel my subscription but it seems to not be anywhere on your website on how to do it which is really quite poor on your part. How do I go about this please?

I have a table that I use to monitor the activity of the team. We create cards for each subject, drag them down to the table, or sometimes drag a line from a table to creat a card and then move it to a Miro Kanban. Recently, we wanted to add some visibility to other people in the company and have made synced copies of the table. We also agregated cards coming from various miro boards and dragging the to our now ‘main’ table to aggregate all activities. We also moved the table to a specific layer. This is where things started to go wrong and I can’t find how to sole it : I no longer have the dots appearing at the left of a line to drag it and convert it to a card. This is a big issue for us. Copy and paste of the table in a fresh board with no syncing does not solve this. Any idea about how to go back to a normal behaviour ? also less annoying but still an issue the table is saying we have like 10 synced views now while in fact there is only 1 remaining. Hey Miro Team,I am planning to include screenshots of a Miro board that I created in my Master’s thesis, which will be published on a university platform. My university has asked me to seek formal permission for the use of these images. As indicated in Miro Community discussions, users retain ownership of the content they create; however, my university requires explicit confirmation.Could Miro’s legal team please provide written permission or direct me to official documentation that confirms I am allowed to use screenshots of my own Miro boards in an academic thesis?In addition, I would like to ask about one specific image that is based on Miro’s “User Journey Mapping” template. Hi everyone,I’m looking for a way to secure my board content while maintaining interactivity. I have two specific scenarios I need help with:1. Visitor Access (via link): I want to grant Visitors editing access (so they can move elements and write). However, I need to prevent them from: Duplicating the entire board to their account. Downloading/Exporting the board (as PDF, image, etc.). Copying individual elements to other boards. 2. External Facilitators: If I invite an external Facilitator to the board who is not part of my team/workspace, can I also restrict them from downloading or copying the board and its elements, even if they need full editing rights to run the session?My questions: Is it possible to separate "edit rights" from "copy/download rights" for these roles? Which Miro plan do I need to access these granular permission settings?  If this is not officially foreseen, can you think of any workarounds? Thanks in advance for your insights!

Hey support, I need some help canceling my subscription, and I’m running into two issues: random users: there are people in my business team I didn't invite. I think they were added by mistake. unpaid fees, because of those extra seats, the system says I have unpaid fees and won't let me cancel. Since the cancellation is failing, your system keeps retrying my card almost daily.Could you please clear those users and cancel the subscription for me? Thank you for your assistance!

My employee started a Miro Board (as a Team Admin). She left the company last year, no longer works for us and I don’t have access to her email. We would like to transfer the Team Admin role to my email and also purchase a paid subscription going forward. What are my next steps or What options do I have to do this? Here is my case:I have used a Miro board as part of a scientific research project (dissertation) which I am about to publish as a book via the publisher SpringerNature. In order to document my research approach, I would like to include screenshots of the Miro board I created and used in the publication for illustration purposes. In an other thread in the Miro community it says that material which "users create in Miro is their property and they can use it for their benefit." (Here is the thread). However, this answer was written some years ago and it would be best to have an official source and/or signed permissions document proofing that the material in question is allowed to be published (Third-party permissions).Hence, I would like to ask the responsible department at Miro (e. g.
