My most important Miro board won’t open - neither in the browser nor in thedesktop app. I already tried clearing the cache and opening it in an incognito window, but nothing helped. My other boards load normally, only this one gets stuck loading. The problem started after I tried copying an HTML code snippet generated by Claude AI into the board. What should I do?It looks grey like this

Hi, I created an integration with miro that I just want to use it myself. I don't want to publish it. I have my own git repo and developed a codex skill. I think I had to create a developer team for this, and now I'm dealing with this developer watermark. Is there any way I can get rid of the watermark without having to publish my app? I have a paid plan. I want use Miro to work with my clients and I don't want them to deal with this huge Developer Team Watermark.

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

I must be pressed some combo of commands that disconfigured my Text function.I used like 2 mounths without a problem, but someday using it, i tried to type something then textbox became strange… When I start typing, the letters don’t mantain position and only when I finish and click outside of the textbox I can see the full message.When I use Sticky Notes, for example, it write normally. As I type, the all text can be seen, not only last letter typed.The problem is only on Text. I recorded my screen to show better how it is, but I can’t find a way to upload it here :(

When creating a diagram the shapes are defaulting to a really large font.  How do I update the default so that I don’t have to change the font size for every single box (and yes I realise I could copy and paste but I am looking for a default setting.

Hello,sometimes not always the board won’t load. It’s always stuck at the Miro logo or the site isn’t fully loading.We also get a lot of erros in the browser dev tools. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey,When I move a board from private user to company organization who gets access?Do I as creator retain sole access or does the entire organization get access or maybe only the administrators of the organization? Do I lose ownership?Thanks.

Hello, since yesterday suddenly, in presentation mode, the presentation stopped animating from one frame to another and now displays one frame at a time. Now, anything outside the frame appears black in contrast to the day before when the whiteboard was visible.

Whenever I open a board, it opens this annoying side panel prompting (haha) me to check out Miro’s AI companion tools or whatever. I can close it manually, but doing so every time and having it show up when I really will just close it every time is frustrating and tedious. Other help tickets have resolved a similar issue by clicking the three dots and disabling “run on board start up”, but since I’ve never used Sidekick and never will, I don’t have that option.The panel on the right is the one I’d like to get rid of. I am struggling to understand how to update/refresh Smart Screenshot from Miro that I have embedded into a word Document. I thought this might be a great tool to publish internal SOPs, by designing those The Microsoft marketplace for add-ins mentions “Refresh visuals in one click to keep content aligned with your latest updates”, but I see nowhere to click to do this.On Miro’s website, they mention this:Content embedded through the Miro side panel maintains a connection to the original Miro board. While it doesn't automatically sync, you can refresh the embedded content to ensure it reflects the latest version of your Miro board.https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/28926464707858-Smart-screenshots-for-Microsoft-OfficeYet it does not explain how to refresh the content….Does anyone knows how to do this? Or is this a bit a of a lie, and refreshing means to re-embed each time? In which case, this is hardly a better tool than Sniping tool imo.

Hello!I’m on the starter plan and have many boards of my own that I share in public with some people.They’re “visitors” on the Miro sense and now some of them cannot access the board anymore and are seing this message: What is weird is that on the starter plan no limit is set on visitors: Any Ideas on what’s the problem and how to proceed ?Thx!
