Hello,  I recently reduced our license count from 15 to 11. When the account trues-up quarterly, will these unused licenses that were paid on the Feb invoice be refunded to the card on file? If not, how can we make that happen?

I paid for a subscription to use Prototypes but after using it for an hour I am very disappointed by what is can do. I want to request a refund because I won’t be using miro for the generation of my app. Where can I do this? I found a few links and descriptions on how to do this but those pages changed. I have had difficulty in participants being able to participate in the slides “activities”. It seems like the only way for people to be able to participate after joining (via QR code or /miro.com/join) is to give everyone “editor” permission. However this can lead to people accidentally moving or rearranging the slides. It would be best to have a special category of permission for participants to be able to participate in the slide activities, but not be able to modify the actual board. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hi folksI have been working on some mindmaps and other diagrams (built with shapes and text). There are no layers in those boards.When ready to export, I create a transparent frame (no background colour) around the area, and hit the Export as Image, then select Vector SVG.The images created have a grey background. Opening the SVG files I see a statement like this, just after the </defs>:<rect id="svg-board-background-color" width="100%" height="100%" fill="#f2f2f2"></rect>To achieve a transparent background I have to manually remove it.My question: why is Miro adding this <rect> when the background is set to “No Color”?Cheers

After my Miro desktop (Windows) automatically (forced) updated to 0.11.134, it crashes constantly when using table, both on the web and desktop versions.So is it possible to switch back to previous version ?

Hi, I’ve completed a voting exercise on a board I created, but I now cannot remove the voting results. The voting number shows in a blue disc on the board. I have tried everything and been thru the menu options many times. I note Miro don’t provide any customer service...cough cough, so can someone help me to understand this basic feature? Otherwise I will have to recreate the board from scratch simply to overcome this glitch 

I got an email today that said that someone outside of my organization, that I don’t know, wants to join my team. How/why did this happen?

Is there a way to save shortcuts to views of a Kanban board?I need quick access to different views on priority, impacted teams, timelines, etc.There are three different Kanban board views I would like to save, 2 table views and 2 timeline views, all with different filters, groupings and sorts. Meaning every time I need to switch I have to do multiple operations which takes time and creates inconsystency.A  way similar to Excel, Airtable or Notion to save different views and access them via dropdown or tabs would make it so much easier, and even be better to allow different users to see different views at the same time.
