When you use Miro what features or techniques help you work with others more effectively? Do you focus on templates, integrations, presentations, or something else? I’m curious what parts of the platform others find most useful for collaboration.

Images suddenly don’t load onto the board. They are PNG images and not big in file size. If I batch upload images, only a few will actually load up. Extremely frustrating.  

Dear community,I am desperate for help. For my master thesis I kept all my thought and notes on a very huge miro board within my educational account. I went on maternity leave before finishing my thesis and when I reopened my board again after a bit more than a year I found almost all the content gone (see screenshot). I am obviously desperate to get my months of work back. Since my board is locked I reapplied for my educational subscription (3 weeks ago) but haven’t heard back yet. (But I have the problem also on another account on a free plan). I also contacted the Miro Support team (sorry for not respecting the request to not double post!) but I haven’t heard back also and I am on a tight timeline.My idea now would be to pay for an upgrade and to then try to recover my data. BUT I also read that history doesn’t go back that far and in my case it has been like 17 months or so. I use Board Miro to teach my students, it is extremely useful tool.  I would like to ask if it’s possible to get a free or discounted plan for Ukrainian teachers. For some time now, the ‘object dimensions’-feature keeps turning off all the time when I open/close a board. It used to remember my choice and always be on. Is there any fix for this?

Dear Miro Support,I accidentally upgraded to the Business plan while I actually intended to choose the Starter plan. The payment has already been charged from my account, but I noticed immediately afterwards that I selected the wrong subscription.I would like to ask if it is possible to change my subscription from Business to Starter and, if possible, receive a refund or partial refund for the difference. Currently having an issue with the Miro planner and Jira integration where it will not load/connect to our Jira instance. It has been working fine and just recently I went to update and I get a failed to load or a failed to retrieve data error.Is anyone else encountering this? Hello,this might be a silly question …I am trying to get line jumps to work but so far have no luck in doing so …I have tried them with existing and new boards (just to make sure) but no availI am selecting the line type , enable line jumps and been trying various shapes/options but none seem to work. Anyone has run into this ? Figured I would ask in case it is something simple :)  

I was using Miro AI to create a 10-year schedule for planning various items. An error occurred midway through. After that, even when I  asked to AI to add some milestones settings to the schedule, AI  generated an object for a different table instead of the schedule, and the original schedule was no longer updated. 

When grouping several postits according to their tags, I cannot undo the grouping in one step. Instead I have to delete every group’s frame manually.  So, how do I delete the groups so the post-its are “loose” again?  Thanks.

Resizing a single image to half of its original size was a very useful feature (for example a pasted screenshot @2x). This features is now only available when multiple images are selected. This makes sense for resizing by matching height and width, but why not keep it for single images as well? Now I have to duplicate or hunt down another image to select just to resize any image to half its original size (or back to its original size).
