Hi all, I created a whiteboard wihout having signed up, i’ve come back to it and it says:  This board is lockedBoards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 4 days. Sign up for free to unlock it. I have signed up, but I cannot find it and if I come back to that tab it keeps saying the same thing and does not let me do anything else.  Could someone help me unlock it, please?

I have set my font size to 24pt on a number of card, but it is being displayed at different sizes (as if it’s set to auto). This is inconsistent, meaning I have to manually faff with the font size to get things legible, and my board looking ok. Thanks

Hello, i am trying to use Miro for a Task board, and I would need to be able to notify the team members that a new task is ready by @ the groupe one of form or another, instead of specific individuals. Unfortunately, while I've read that’s it definitely feasible, I am unable to succeed in my endeavour. Thanks in advance for any help or additional info the community thinks could help me in my quest toward efficiency

I no longer am able to turn off Dark background for presentation mode. I need this as dark background disables all motion slide transitions (I’ve turned off reduce motion too). I’ve tried incognito mode and the desktop app and it seems like Dark background mode is now forced. Anyone know if this is a bug or a feature degradation?The chatbot was worse than useless about this, so hopefully someone else knows something! Thanks.

I’m running MIRO on Chrome on Windows 11 with a fairly big board - it’s crashing constantly.  I mean every few minutes.  The desktop app is stable, but I need to run multiple MIRO sessions at once - this is very necessary, it’s extremely inconvenient to have to move around in a single board. Any suggestions ? I’m on a fibre to home network, so that’s not the issue. Thanks!

Hi, we are unable to install Miro on our Google Workspace. The install option is grayed out for all users, including the admin. Are there any additional configurations that need to be checked for it to become available? Also, our Workspace settings allow all users to install any app from the Marketplace. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? 

Hi, I didn't quite understand the pricing plans on the pricing page.Can a Swedish company with 6 people use the Free Plan of Miro or are small companies required to use the Starter/Business Plan?For example, we know that Unity requires a pro subscription when the project has more than 200 000 dollars in funding or annual revenue. Do you have any similar requirements or can we use the free license?Best wishes

I have been uploading short .MP4 files for the past year to share progress with our team. In the past day or so I've been receiving an error saying that the file type is not supported when I try to upload a video. I’ve tried every video format and I keep getting the same error, the same happens when I try it in a new board or an old one. I’ve tried all steps I've found on the forum.

When you put a flowchart diagram over a frame it tries to show the frame into the flowchart diagram and breaks everything

Hello,I´m new to miro. When I create a Diagram, the connection lines disappear instantly after drawing. I tried with Chrome and Edge and also disabled Graphisc acceleration. Any Ideas on that would be freat.Thanks.Best RegardsThomas

I’m trying to create new boards and review existing boards and everytime I try and move to a board I get the continuous spinning blue circle. I’m trying to contact MIRO support to see why this migt be happpening  

I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines and text for those diagrams.I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Reviewed board history Restored an earlier version Tested in different browsers Cleared cache Opened the board in the desktop appNone of these steps brought the missing content back.

I have free account where I can crop image very easy. Now I just payed for Business Plan. Now the crop option on image is gone, there is just a few options. Is there less options when I payed?? You would think it more features

I am not able to pay with a VISA card. I am getting error saying contact your bank. I did and they said that merchant doesn’t support the strong authentication methods that credit card requires.How can I proceed with the purchase?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

This is in various places across the site, when i edit text on boards etc - the text is showing as random letters. In this pic you can see ‘home’ shows as 5XVN. It’s making the site impossible to use. I am in the web browser. Any suggestions for a fix? I can’t contact support because I’m on a free account. 

I have a default view widget on my board - if I browse to the board directly I see the default view and can go to the canvas, the widget is still there. However if I end up in another widget view (the url has moveToWidget=3458764664907209359&cot=14) the default view widget completely vanishes from the board. Is this expected? It seems very confusing, I’ve now recreated the default widget twice because of this behaviour.
