I have 3 boards with a number of formatted tables designed to move shapes in and out of them to designate production processes. My problem right now is that the font in some of the cells resets every time I close and load the board again. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is what it looks like normally. This is what happens when I close Chrome and open it again. If it is relevant, the issue fixes itself when I double click on any cell in the table, set the font size, or otherwise interact with the table. Thanks,Jason D
I clicked on the Miro Next email and viewed it in my Windows application. Usually there is a “Return to Dashboard” button or link on these type of announcement screens. There isn't one and I had to exit the application to get back to the “Boards” tab
I installed Miro Web Clipper, used it to capture a full screenshot of a retail/eComm website homepage. But Chrome shows error. No screenshot has been saved to my Miro team library. Chrome showing error. Does anyone know what’s going on? Tried many times, not working. Very frustrating.
Hello,I can’t Embed an HTML link from WordWall site. When I do it the follow error appears:"Sorry, it looks like the URL that you are using is incorrect. Please check the URL for typos and try again"Can you tell me what's going on? Some weeks ago everything was OK.Thank you.
Hi! I downloaded the plugin first time couple months ago, but couldn’t get the login working, so I avoided using it, but now I really could use it in my project. I tried again today and it is still not working. So I tried logging out & in to my Sketch, I removed the plugin and installed it again, but nothing helps.I have co-workers in the same Miro team who have created their Miro accounts separately to Miro (instead of using Google) and for them the plugin works. I wouldn’t want to have to create a new account just because this, especially as there is an option to use Google login, so it should work. Can anybody help? Version info:Sketch: Version 86 (142512) Plugin: 1.6.4 OS: macOS 12.3.1 (21E258) Steps:I choose the plugin & login I select “Use Google account” from the popup It asks me to choose an account and give password Then it shows Miro sign up / sign in, I choose sign in and get this: I click the sign in with Google, and then after a short processing I get this:
I am creating this post to track some inconsistent behaviour regarding pasting spreadsheet cells on to a Miro board. The expected result is that the cells appear as Sticky Notes on the board. However, there have been some reports that Text objects are being created instead. My test data as two cells in Excel, Excel web app, and Google Sheets:I then pasted a single cell (the one with “one” in it) and then both cells at the same time.I did this in both the latest 64-bit stable Chrome and Miro desktop app from Windows 11.From my tests, I consistently got plan text when pasting a single cell from Google Sheets. Results:Chrome Desktop app Tagging @Kerrin and @JonoB here as they had reported the issue in an older post.
Just curious to know how to navigate Miro mindmaps using only the keyboard. For example, right now I’m at a UX conference taking notes like mad. But each time I want to add a child node I have to click on the parent node and then hit the tab key. Is there a way to navigate to the parent node using only the keyboard? This would save me a ton of time and effort if so!Thanks for your help!
Our company is going to be changing domain names. This means that my old email address of firstname.lastname@example.org will be changing to email@example.com. Currently we log into Miro using Google Login. How do I change my login from my old email address, to my new email address, and still use Google Login? I would like to preserve our team, and the content that I have created, if possible.
Hello! Please help me with the character limit of the text-boxes (especially with lists it’s reached with only 500 characters) because it really disturbs my whole workflow with miro every day, over and over! I can't work with my clients because they can't use it on their own, they get stuck too.I can't understand why you put such a low limit on text-boxes, it make no sense. It make no sense to put a limit at all in a tool like miro! And I have seen a lot of other people in the community with the same issue and they all are very disappointed and are willing to change to an other software only because of this issue. We need a solution! So pleeeease help us and get rid of this limit or set it up to a much higher level.I know the limit is 6000 characters but with a list I reach the limit with only 500. Maybe its a bug but it happens every day over and over so but please solve this problem!!! I can’t work like that and my clients neither!Thank you very much!Marcus
Just exported a fairly simple frame. Lines of text were multiple lines, broken within lines, and within words. Shapes, like circles, were turned into line segments and strokes were separate from fills. Shapes where embedded in clipping masks that had no visual effect.I need to clean up Miro files for presentation, since it lacks decent control on curved lines, text control like padding and margins and tools to get more than basic alignment. So, since I can’t get those capabilities within Miro I would like the resultant PDF to be as clean as possible so that I need to do as little clean up as possible to style the result.
Hi, I would like to lock the location of some components on my board (roadmap template) but still allow people to edit the text inside the component (of which the position should be locked). Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
If I am zoomed out using “fit to screen” so I can see all of the frames on my board, is there a way to zoom IN to a specific area or section of a frame (or anywhere, really), instead of just zooming in, and then moving around to the spot I want to get to?In other apps, this is usually done by grabbing a magnifying glass tool and then outlining the area you want to go to, and you jump right there.Thanks.
