I can’t open my miro on my laptop. 

 I am sharing my screen and really don't need my students seeing all of my boards. Not sure if this is a bug or a “feature”. I am on a paid plan.

The newest app update introduced a search bar at the bottom of the screen. I will not be using this in my workflow and want to be able to close it. It being at the center bottom of the screen gets in the way of the visuals and work I am completing. P.S. When adding new features, please consider the ability to turn off the new additions for user flexibility and preferences. New features should never be a one-size-fits-all solution in such a dynamic application as Miro is, or should be.

Is there a way to turn off this Teams left side panel that really wastes a lot of space and just recently appeared?I cannot for the life of me figure out why Miro keeps encroaching on screen real estate. This completely useless side bar takes up a significant amount of vertical and horizontal space. Is it possible to collapse it? Or better yet hide it completely? 

​​​​​​There is a new default navigation bar on the left side, it shows up on every Miro board I have open by default - allowing you to access Spaces, Home and other areas outside of the Miro board.I want to be able to turn this off just like the previous navigation board because this cuts in the Board canvas real estate.Is that possible to disable?

Good day Miro team!Im reaching out to you in regards to ask if it's possible to get a free plan? I heard of such possibility from a friend, and it would help me a lot, Im on the last year of my teacher degree and would love to have more opportunities to study and practice my work 

The pdf’s I loaded seem to have disappeared from my board.  Is there a way I can find them?   They were not deleted..

Hi everyone! From 5 days ago I am no longer available to copy things from one of my boards and paste them to another one of my boards. Can someone please help me with this problem?Thank you in advance! 

One of my Miro boards is pushing over 100 frames which I currently manage navigation via text links, then returning via a ‘Main menu’ or ‘Back’ button which has links to the prior frame.This has worked okay(ish), but I now want to create links to frames whereby they jump around more, but are able to return to their previous frame (not necessarily the logical ‘back’ button.   I know Miro doesn’t do breadcrumbing, but curious how others do customised menu navigation. 

Six months ago, I developed a python app that uses the Miro MCP server to generate an Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). On trying it today, the the MCP board search tool is OK, so I have a connection; however, app fails on calling 'diagram_get_dsl' and 'layout_get_dsl' tools. I never use the sidebar in Miro. With the newest app update, the feature to close the sidebar is gone. I would love to be able to close it and if possible, for the setting to stick and not reopen every time I open the app.

Hi, I’m planning to upgrade to the $8/month subscription. Before proceeding, I’d like to confirm whether all my existing data from the free plan will remain intact after the upgrade, or if there is any possibility of data being deleted or reset.

I tried Miro for the first time several months ago and signed up with a free plan. At the time I was able to use the AI to construct and edit frames from the chatbox. When I try to do the same thing now, the AI tells me it can’t access frame construction but not why.Is this still a functionality of free plans, or was it removed in the last few months? I thought I had 10 tokens per month and have not used Miro in the intervening months.

Hi Miro Support Team,I am writing to request assistance with regaining access to my Miro boards and migrating them to my current university account.I previously had an educational account registered with my former university email addresS. Because I have transferred to another university, my previous student email has been permanently deactivated by the institution.Currently, I cannot log in because the system requires a verification code sent to that defunct email. All my academic projects and design boards are stored within that account.Could you please assist me in migrating my boards or updating the primary email address on that account to my new university email?
