Hi, I created an integration with miro that I just want to use it myself. I don't want to publish it. I have my own git repo and developed a codex skill. I think I had to create a developer team for this, and now I'm dealing with this developer watermark. Is there any way I can get rid of the watermark without having to publish my app? I have a paid plan. I want use Miro to work with my clients and I don't want them to deal with this huge Developer Team Watermark. 

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

I must be pressed some combo of commands that disconfigured my Text function.I used like 2 mounths without a problem, but someday using it, i tried to type something then textbox became strange… When I start typing, the letters don’t mantain position and only when I finish and click outside of the textbox I can see the full message.When I use Sticky Notes, for example, it write normally. As I type, the all text can be seen, not only last letter typed.The problem is only on Text. I recorded my screen to show better how it is, but I can’t find a way to upload it here :(

Whenever I open a board, it opens this annoying side panel prompting (haha) me to check out Miro’s AI companion tools or whatever. I can close it manually, but doing so every time and having it show up when I really will just close it every time is frustrating and tedious. Other help tickets have resolved a similar issue by clicking the three dots and disabling “run on board start up”, but since I’ve never used Sidekick and never will, I don’t have that option.The panel on the right is the one I’d like to get rid of. As you can see, there’s no “...” button by the “x” or “+ Create” buttons in the top right.For accessibility, it should be an option, but it’s notNo way to turn it off here, either… “Start view” only impacts the crop of the initial view, not the tabs presentShouldn’t I be able to toggle what options I see or don’t see on a board on startup?My preference is to not have the AI panel load on start up, but Miro doesn’t seem to think that’s an opinion I can haveAbove are all the

I am struggling to understand how to update/refresh Smart Screenshot from Miro that I have embedded into a word Document. I thought this might be a great tool to publish internal SOPs, by designing those The Microsoft marketplace for add-ins mentions “Refresh visuals in one click to keep content aligned with your latest updates”, but I see nowhere to click to do this.On Miro’s website, they mention this:Content embedded through the Miro side panel maintains a connection to the original Miro board. While it doesn't automatically sync, you can refresh the embedded content to ensure it reflects the latest version of your Miro board.https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/28926464707858-Smart-screenshots-for-Microsoft-OfficeYet it does not explain how to refresh the content….Does anyone knows how to do this? Or is this a bit a of a lie, and refreshing means to re-embed each time? In which case, this is hardly a better tool than Sniping tool imo.

Our specific HMI workflow entails creating “function cards” when we are mapping out the task analysis of using a piece of equipment. Essentially every task and function within both the physical and digital interfaces.  Then using those cards to card sort priorities with the users and then use the cards to visually layout the control placements and groupings when doing the ergonomic and human factors recommendation layouts.  Having the ability to create a table template with a corresponding custom (infographic styled) card layout would greatly save time by allowing the custom card to be assigned to the table.  Does something similar exist? 

Hi, some days ago I noticed that the text I was going to type or other elements I was going to draw started to move up. I tried page reloading and deleting cache but it didn’t help. What else can I do?

I have a custom MCP built with a custom Miro app that allows my trained AI to interact with the board and use other relevant information to assist decisions and provide insight. I just saw that my app is no longer working. What happened? What do I need to do to enable the App to connect with my MCP?

I have 3 Business plans running on my company, and I have always shared public bords for my clients so they can review our work. Since 1 week ago, every public board I share is required to log in, but this should not happen since I have the business plan. I have already double checked all the properties of sharing are correct, but the issuu persist with all previous boards I had as well.How can I fix this?

We are developing a master roadmap view that spans multiple technical delivery teams. I’d like to know if anyone has a good way of mapping cross team dependencies (not just blockers) within the Miro table, roadmap feature? 

Hello Miro team,We urgently need help with upgrading our Miro workspace to a paid plan.The problem seems to be connected specifically to my main account. When I log in from another account, the payment page works and the card input fields appear. But when I log in from my main account, the payment form does not load.I see this error:“Error loading payment session”The card fields do not appear, and the payment section is inactive.This happened after I removed other members from the team and left only 1 member. Before removing the members, the payment page was loading correctly and payment was possible. After removing them, the payment session stopped loading for my main account.Also, the Billing section has disappeared from my account. I can no longer view previous payments, invoices, billing settings, or payment methods.We need to upgrade the correct workspace where our boards are located and restore editing access. At the moment, many of our boards are locked because of the Free plan

I have my own subscription yet when I log in I land in the Team of another company (to which I was invited). Three is no left sidebar with my profile/avatar (top or bottom left) to view team/workplace options. I do not want to leave the external company team as I need access to that company’s boards. Please advise, 

I’ve been trying to import a CSV or Excel workbook, the file has start and end date columns I was wanting to create a timeline in Miro from the import.However, once these columns are in Miro in the table the date data is being imported/recognised as ‘text’, if I edit the field to ‘date’ it then strips all data from the column leaving it blank.I’ve tried importing, copy & pasting, change the date format in the CSV to match what it looks like miro is using i.e. YYYY,MM,DD but nothing seems to work.Any tips on getting this to work?  

Hi!I would like to add dates and user assignements to specific tasks inside a card. I see that you can add them on the card but I have cards that contain several tasks and I would like to be able to specifically assign each task a date and a team member. Is it possible? Or is there another tool than cards that would allow me to do so? Thanks!

I'm writing on behalf of BEIJING ACROSTAR CULTURE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD to solve an urgent payment issue. Acrostar company has been using Miro as a workshop tool for 3 years with 2 different accounts, however, the original account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )was no longer in use anymore and Miro still charged us for team subscription for two years. Please see attachments of auto deduction payment screenshot from 2025 to 2026. So we want to settle these problems with your help-- <1>Cancel subscription of this account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )immediately and delete the binding bank account for auto deduction as well; <2>We ask for a chargeback of payment for team subscription from 2025 to 2026, summing up $7296 in total, since we haven't used any service provided by Miro. Hope we can get feedback on this issue from your team soon.Should you have any further questions and concerns, do not hesitate to contact with me. Zoe, Acrostarzhouyixuan@ac

I have the pro version of Miro and took months to build out a flow chart or survey mapping out the questions I ask in a sales consultation. However when I gave Claude access in order to build out an app it responded “it's returning 500 unsupported items and no readable content. This typically means the board is built entirely with sticky notes, shapes, and connectors (which is standard for Miro flowcharts), but the MCP reader can only parse Docs, Tables, and text frames.” Where do I go from here? Is there an easy way inside Miro to revise it so Claude can read and understand the flow?

Team member has also not reached the limit. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you. Luigi
