Is there a way to convert a team created with Developer team setting to regular standard team? 

My employee started a Miro Board (as a Team Admin). She left the company last year, no longer works for us and I don’t have access to her email. We would like to transfer the Team Admin role to my email and also purchase a paid subscription going forward. What are my next steps or What options do I have to do this? Thanks I’m currently on the Free Plan

I used my Miro boards to sort and arrange pictures in the past to than process them further in photoshop.My whole workflow suddenly broke because the “Copy as Image” function is not working correctly anymore… In the past it produced the image exactly in the resolution like it was on the board and now it lowers the resolution down to around 1000px… Downloading with the frame is no option for me because I need the exact resolution and the download option does not offer custom size or exact size… In my case I have a 3x3 grid of 9 1024x1024px. That is not even 4k or any super resolution. I need to be able get the correct size back, so I can throw it into my photoshop slicer. Since I process hundreds of grids like this, manual resizing is no option and a pain in the but. I have a paid consultant plan.Left original and right is the outcome… 

Hello Miro team, I started a diagram, I though I was signed with my Google account, but I suspect the page did not start my session because I restarted my lap and now I do not find my work.I was working on it on Dec. 23, 2025.Can someone please help me to retrieve my work? Regards,María.

good afternoon, I can't log into my board because I didn't know that I was on someone's team and the team administrator deleted or blocked my board, and there is very important information that I have been collecting for 3 months. I can't get in touch with the team administrator in any way, because I do not know who he is and I don't think he still works at miro at all. Please tell me how can I get my board back? I'm really looking forward to your response and I'm counting on your help.the whole problem is that I'm afraid the administrator of this team doesn't have access to the mail to which his account in miro is registered and won't be able to return the board to me. The last time I logged into my board was yesterday, 12/25/2025. I also have a link to my board, perhaps you can restore access to me without the team administrator? I still have a link to my board. 

hello! I was removed from the team and my boards were deleted, how can the boards be restored?

as described.  widows 11 App.  Simple mindmap.  Align objects OFF.  Snap to Grid is OFF.objects still snap to grid and self-align in a not helpful way.  Ruins the layout.  how to disable??

Dear support,I have Starter Team plan and my AI feature isn't functioning well. For a couple of months I'm struggling with background removal. I have all credits availiable. It sometimes takes 10-30 minutes of wait until the pic background is being removed. Sometimes I ends up not having it revoved at all. I really need this feature. I have a few Jira cards on my Miro board. I enabled more fields, for example a custom field called Synopsis (type Paragraph) and another one called Area (Select list)I dragged the cards into a table.I can’t see my custom fields as columns in the table although I see them on the Jira cards.The only supported fields for a table are the default ones?I’m not asking for syncing, just displaying the Jira fields into a table.Thank you

Hi,I have lost access to a board due to leaving a ‘class’ that I was a part of 4 years ago. I no longer have easy contact with the admin. Irritatingly, I have hours of work stored on a board I made and am the admin of and even have the board stored on my own google drive. Despite the board having access permissions for ‘everyone’, upon leaving the class I no longer have access to the board. This feels like a bug and I would greatly appreciate some help/support.Samuel

Hey! When I am trying to embed notion page onto miro via iFrame, it shows as it’s loading and then suddenly disappears. I have managed to do it before and it was working all fine now no matter what I do it’s just not working. Any ideas what could it be? Regards Matt

Hello everyone! As the title suggests, I’m looking for a way to get the sections of a space.We need to show a list of boards belonging to a space outside of the Miro dashboard, and I’d like to organize them into folders or sections the same way they appear inside the space.

Hello,We used to have a miro admin who left the company. Now I’m the admin. When trying to delete the user of the previous admin (who is not admin anymore) I’m getting an error saying that I need to have another admin instead. We currently have 2 other company admins set.How can I delete the old user and release the license?

Hello! Is there a way to save my most used templates to allow for quick access? My most recently used templates used to pop up whenever I clicked on the templates tab. However, starting today, this no longer happens. I’m only seeing the option to create a new template. I don’t want to do that. I just want to use a template that is already available. “4x4 Left Header Black” is basically the only template I use regularly. I see this post mentions the ability to sort templates. In the post, “most used” was an option. But now the only options seem to be “recommended”, “popular”, and “newest”. Just thought I’d check in. Thanks!

Hi All, I am trying to figure out how I can create a new group within the Project Timeline widget. I found an article on how to edit a group and add fields to that group, but is there a way to add a brand new group?

I am attempting to test a simple Web SDK 2.0 app that listens for changes to rectangles and makes calls to a REST API.  I cannot get the app to appear on the Tools, Media and Integrations menu.ATTEMPT #1:I figured that, since I did not create any UI elements, I did not need anything as heavyweight as Vite.  So I just wrote index.js with my code, wrote a simple index.html (that loaded miro.js in <head> and index.js in <body>) and served up index.html as a static from an Express server.  After a couple days of struggling, I reverted to …ATTEMPT #2:Fine, I’ll carry the overhead of Vite.  I used create_miro_app to create a template Vanilla JS app, and I overwrote the sample index.js with my own.  The only other change that I made was switching the port in vite.config.js from 3000 and 3001.  My app still does not appear under Tools, Media and Integrations.  What could be missing?

Hi, how to transpose Table widget in Miro ? I need the columns as rows.

Trying to upgrade my account but Payment method fails. Changing browsers didn’t help. Also, cannot contact support ​​​​​, since support is only for Paid plans. 

I’m experiencing some strange behavior or bug in one of my miro boards this week. Text wrap is breaking when I copy/paste from a Miro text block to any other text (in and out of Miro). So if I copy text to another text box inside of Miro, or even another application it seems to treat the copied text as a continuous string of character and I have to re-do all of the spaces between words.Any help or advice welcome!

Hi, we are having two data tables on a Miro board but out of a sudden, the data is not loading anymore, only showing the pulsing loading for about 30mins. Already tried different browsers, the app, etc. 

The sidebar does not fit into my work flow, there fore I close it every time I use Miro. Every time I log in to a computer and open up Miro the side bar is open.Why does using Miro necessitate closing down an unwanted side tab, how come the work space is not how I left it? I close down the sidebar, sometimes multiple times a day, when jumping between meetings and computers. How do I stop this being a part of my day?
