Hi everyone,We’re having a problem with our Miro board. We use the free version with 3 users and 6 visitors. However, over the last few days, the board has been automatically moving boxes or deleting content and replacing it with other content that was entered days ago. This is completely disrupting our planning. Can anyone help us solve this problem?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the new talktrack features confusing and not as good as the legacy talktrack?I like the fact that I can change screen views, for example, from currnt tab to complete window in a screen capture session. But once I stop sharing I can't reshare a tab. which seems strange.Also the audio and video quality are really poor and the interaction of a viewer with the presented board seems more convoluted. I like the legacy features where you could wander around a board that is being presented and then be brought back to the presenter's pointer.It feels like there's a lot more features, but at the cost of doing the basics very well. I find it easier to use a third party screen sharing tool now than using talktrack, which for me is disappointing.

Hi!Miro used to offer some great “getting started” resources for people who have never been on a Miro board. Tutorials to practice doing basic things like navigating on a board, writing text, adding a sticky note, or adding a shape. You could watch the instructions and then practice the skills.It’s been a while since I shared resources like this with new users and none of my old links work anymore. I’ve been searching in the Academy and the help database and cannot find anything that is designed for this entry-level user to help them feel more assured in using a board. Because Miro is super intuitive - only once you’ve learned how to use it. The resources I’m finding that are for “getting started” are about creating and designing your own boards and upselling the AI features.Does anyone have practical resources to share with new guest users who may be technologically hesitant or unfamiliar with using much beyond basic word processing and browsing online?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, I am done messing with this unless it can be done for me or there is a dead-simple process. If the latter, please provide step-by-step instructions. If neither, refund now. No questions. If am directed to go to some forum instead of getting actual assistance, refund with no questions.Here’s the situation:I signed up and started paying for Miro Business plan as an individual, but with my work email. This was the death kiss, I think.  Got laid off, so there is zero possibility of me either accessing the email or even talking to anyone about getting into it. I  want to stay with Miro, on the Business plan as an individual (for the AI mostly), but my email has to be changed ASAP. Email I wish to use going forward and which should be tied to my Business subscription If the new email doesn’t work, I have backup options.

Hi, so when I click ‘Add Sub-Record” on a record in table view, it appears as a RECORD below the selected item, sometimes at the bottom of the table. The only workaround is to go into the target record, go into ‘Children’ field, search and add the record. Could this please be fixed? I’d love to transition away from ClickUp to Miro, but this bug is hampering my ability to do so.Addendum: This is the case on both Google Chrome (MACOS) and the MACOS desktop app. Also, clicking and dragging the intended sub record into the target record does nothing; the dragged item simply appears under the target record.

I would love to continue using it, but at the moment, purchasing a paid subscription is difficult for me. Hello Miro team,We urgently need help with upgrading our Miro workspace to a paid plan.The problem seems to be connected specifically to my main account. When I log in from another account, the payment page works and the card input fields appear. But when I log in from my main account, the payment form does not load.I see this error:“Error loading payment session”The card fields do not appear, and the payment section is inactive.This happened after I removed other members from the team and left only 1 member. Before removing the members, the payment page was loading correctly and payment was possible. After removing them, the payment session stopped loading for my main account.Also, the Billing section has disappeared from my account. I can no longer view previous payments, invoices, billing settings, or payment methods.We need to upgrade the correct workspace where our boards are located and restore editing access. At the moment, many of our boards are locked because of the Free plan

I cannot select elements underneath bc there’s too much noise!Why can’t I hide these until I need them? 

I am currently creating a roadmap with a list of projects. Each project has a start and end date. I want that to be my baseline for the projects. I want to know if there is a way to adjust the roadmap if a project starts sooner or is delayed? I would like to reflect the updated dates but at the same time keep the original baseline. Is there a way to do that?

Hello all,I’ve been using Miro as a visual way to view ideas, usually dropping images in for various sources. However, a few days ago I’ve been reciveing a new message stating “Sorry, this file type is not supported”. I’ve been using the same file type for nearly a year now and not recieved this message till now. I’ve deleted my history/cookies, but this has not helped. I have a small work around, but this has reduced my effieceny, and do not know why this has occured.

Hi there,I’m trying to share a board with guests. I have already created a board-link and want the guests only to view my board. I know how to do that, but my problem is the following:As soon as the guests try to use my link, the background of the board is being loaded and then the guests are immediately asked to sign in instead of seeing the board. If they use the “back” button in the browser afterwards, the board is loaded correctly. Somehow that doesn’t work for all guests. So, I think my link is correct, as it is possible to finally access the board, but there seems to be some kind of redirection issue…Can anyone help?Thanks in advance.Simon

Trying to get the batch copy paste from .xls data to stickies on a board and Miro creates stickies that disappear in a second. I had success doing this earlier on the same board and it keeps occurring, even when using another browser (chrome). Please advise.

Trying to upgrade my account but Payment method fails. Changing browsers didn’t help. Also, cannot contact support ​​​​​, since support is only for Paid plans.

We would like to switch from free licenses to Starter licenses. According to the pricing model, invoicing is available for the Starter plan starting at 10 licenses. However, when I select this option, the only payment method shown to me is still a credit card. As a Swiss municipal administration, we do not have this option. Does anyone know how I can select the “invoicing” payment method?

Hi,I created a board using Miro Lite without an account. After 24 hours, the board became locked and shows this message:“This board is locked. Boards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 5 days. Sign up for free to unlock it.”I have now created a free Miro account, but the board is not visible in my dashboard. I am new to Miro and still learning the ins and outs of it, and I think this is a long shot, but is there a way to link objects so that when you change the text of one object it would automatically change the text in any linked object? Sort of like having different excel cells contain the same value. Appreciate and feedback.

I've permanently lost access to my email and am paying for a membership. What can i do?Is there a way to change my email connected to this miro account without having access to it?Should i just cancel and accept my loss? Can i even cancel without verification?

I want to create a Miro board but my email address is associated with the account of an organisation/team I am not part of (they have invited me to their boards in the past). How do I make my own account?I have looked at other answers which suggested the organisation could unlink my email, but they said I am not part of their team so they are not sure what to do.
