Hello,I would like to apply for the student license. Unfortunately, my institution does not provide me with a .edu email address or any alternative institutional email. We simply do not have student email accounts.However, I can provide official documentation to prove that I am currently enrolled at a university.I would like to know how I can access the student license by submitting my information, or who I should contact in order to proceed with the application.Thank you very much.

Images not getting saved after selecting ‘Copy as Image’. Miro board showing ‘Copying’ status and then status closed. NO success message for copied done. It is completely working fine for the other members of the org.Solution:Verified system clipboard settings. It is not getting saved to clipboard. Verified browser permissions. Hi everyone, I need help with a Miro board issue.I accidentally left a team/workspace and selected the option “Delete boards connected to this team.”  The problem is that I had created an important board inside that team without realizing it was linked to the workspace.Now I can still access the board through a link, but only in view-only mode, and I get an “Ask to edit” option. So the board still exists, but I lost editing permissions after leaving the team.I also don’t remember the name of the team/workspace, and I don’t know who the owner or admin is. It doesn’t show how is de owner now Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to recover edit access, identify the workspace owner, or move/copy the board to my own account?Thanks in advance.

Hello, I recently (past Sunday) received a message that my education plan expired. I have been trying today to reapply for the educational plan (still a PhD student), but regardless of how I try to access the platform (whether through the link sent through the expiry notification email, or manually through the webpage), I am stuck in a perpetual loading mode (see picture). I have tried different wi-fi/internet networks and different browsers, but nothing worked. Has anyone experienced the same issue? I really need access to my boards as they contain an important part of my research work, so if anyone has some insights on how to go about this, I would appreciate it a lot. Thank in advance, phren

I deleted a different account and now cannot create a new account with the same email, but I also can’t access the old account. how can I reset this so I can create a new account from a deleted email?

Hi,I’m having an issue with editing a board in a team that was previously on a paid plan (the subscription expired on May 2). I’m currently the only user in the “E-commerce” team.I have a few questions: I’d like to switch the “E-commerce” team from a paid plan to a free plan. Is that even possible? I want to keep creating boards within this team, but the option to add new boards has disappeared. Does this mean this team can no longer function on a free plan? Do I need to delete the “E-commerce” team and create a new one to regain access to these features? How many teams can I belong to on the free Miro plan as a user? I would really appreciate any guidance here. I feel a bit stuck and not sure what to do next.At the moment, I can’t edit the existing board, and I’m also unable to create new ones unless I switch back to a paid plan.   

I signed up for a free trial of Miro, but it never actually “activated” so I wasn’t able to use it.  After a few days, not the full month trial, I cancelled and deleted my card info.  Cut forward to today, well beyond the free trial and I have a bill from Miro. This needs to be cancelled and refunded.  Any idea how to go about this? I can’t seem to find a way to contact support. 

Hi everyone,I’m honestly quite frustrated at this point and hoping someone here can help.I’m trying to cancel a Miro Business plan associated with my account, but I’ve hit a complete dead end: I’m an admin, but I don’t have access to any billing settings There is no option in the UI to cancel the subscription The contact emails I found on the website bounced back as invalid I can’t find any valid support channel to handle this request At this stage, it honestly feels like once you upgrade to a Business plan, there’s no clear way out.Has anyone experienced this or knows how to actually cancel a subscription in this situation? Is there a working contact or process I’m missing?Any help would be really appreciated 🙏

Is anyone else experiencing this too - I copy something from one board to another and the content I’ve copied vanishes from the board I’m trying to copy to. It appears for a sec and then vanishes. How can I fix this? I really need specific materials on my other board taken from my personal one 😥

Hello. Is it possible at the moment, using the web SDK or REST API or something else, to copy a pencil-drawn line (a "curve" type widget) from one board to another?

My colleague shared a Miro link on the account we use, but he simply created a MEMBER INVITE on LinkedIn so people could view some materials. These people became members, resulting in a charge on my card. What can I do to resolve this? This month's bill was over R$2,000 and next month's will be R$1,500. My card was even blocked by the bank because of the bill. Isn't it possible to cancel this charge and have the amount of R$45 refunded?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

I didn’t know it was public space, I delete the board

Miro is refusing to load on one of my computers (an M3 Mac Mini), showing a "Hmm... There's been a glitch (1 ongoing incident)" message.  My other computers are not having any issues.  Both Miro and my macOS are updated.  I tried uninstalling Miro and reinstalling it.  I tried restarting my computer.  Nothing is working. 

Hello,I received invoice SZNWJP0X-0002 for 2 Starter yearly seats, but I did not intentionally change my subscription plan or add an additional paid seat.Could you please explain why this extra seat was added and charged automatically?I would also like to request a refund for this unexpected charge, as I was not aware that my account had been upgraded to 2 paid licenses.Additionally, could you please let me know how I can prevent this from happening again in the future (for example, how to disable automatic seat additions or restrict member access)?Thank you for your help.

I want to print an A0 poster of a map I created. I export as PDF, but the file is so small and low fidelity (62KB). I have the paid solution and export as ‘Vector’. What am I doing wrong?
