Dear Miro Team,I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to receive free access to Miro.I am from Kherson, Ukraine — a city that has suffered heavily since the beginning of the war and continues to be affected by constant attacks. Like many Ukrainians, I have been forced to rebuild my life while continuing to support others.I teach English to Ukrainian refugees and displaced people who are adapting to life in new countries. Learning the language helps them communicate, find jobs, integrate into their new communities, and regain confidence during an incredibly difficult time.Unfortunately, I cannot currently afford a paid subscription, but Miro would make a huge difference in creating engaging and effective lessons for my students.I sincerely hope you will consider my request. Hi - apparently I need access to the Enterprise Plan to bulk adjust public access to Boards. We have many existing Boards, some of which have old unchanged public access which we need to be turned off. Rather than do this one Board at a time, I'd like to do it in bulk. Is this something that can be done without me having to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan? Currently on the starter plan.

Hello Miro Community Team,I am a Miro Meetup Ambassador, and I need help regarding my Ambassador account being deactivated 3 days ago.I originally scheduled my meetup for August 16, but because of my college internal examinations, I had to postpone it to September 6.I have now successfully conducted the meetup “Miro Essentials: Learn, Collaborate & Create” at GCELT, Kolkata on September 6. Students and creators learned about Miro’s whiteboards, AI tools, templates, and participated in a hands-on activity.I had also contacted the Community Team earlier to explain my situation and request reconsideration.Could a Community Admin please review my case and consider reinstating my Miro Meetup Ambassador status? However, paying for a Miro subscription on a permanent basis is unfortunately difficult for me at the moment.I discovered Miro as a teaching tool and was genuinely impressed by how much it can transform the learning process. Is it just me or does anyone else find the new talktrack features confusing and not as good as the legacy talktrack?I like the fact that I can change screen views, for example, from currnt tab to complete window in a screen capture session. But once I stop sharing I can't reshare a tab. which seems strange.Also the audio and video quality are really poor and the interaction of a viewer with the presented board seems more convoluted. I like the legacy features where you could wander around a board that is being presented and then be brought back to the presenter's pointer.It feels like there's a lot more features, but at the cost of doing the basics very well. I find it easier to use a third party screen sharing tool now than using talktrack, which for me is disappointing.

Hello!I am a student at an accredited university in Ukraine. However, my university does not provide students with an educational email address. I only have a personal Gmail address.I am trying to apply for the Miro Education Plan as a student. The application form requires an educational email address ending in .edu, .k12, or an institutional domain, and it does not allow me to continue with my Gmail address.According to Miro’s Education Plan guidelines, students who do not have an educational email can provide proof of their affiliation with an educational institution.I can provide my valid student ID and any other documents necessary to verify my student status.Could you please tell me where and how I can submit my proof of student status so that I can apply for the Education Plan without an educational email address?Thank you!

Hello!I cannot create a Developer Team or an application on my Free plan account.In Profile settings → Your apps, the “Create new app” button appears briefly and then disappears. The page says that an Enterprise Developer Team must be created.Developer Hub offers to create a developer team, but the button redirects me back to Your apps. The official link below causes the same redirect loop:https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?createDevTeam=1My account is both an organization and team administrator and has the MANAGE_APPLICATIONS, WRITE_APP_SETTINGS and ACCESS_API_KEYS permissions.The Developer Platform documentation says that Developer Teams can be created on subscriptions other than Enterprise:https://developers.miro.com/docs/create-a-developer-teamAre Developer Teams and REST API applications still available on the Free plan? In my profile setting i can see a create app button for 1 second and then it disappers, i cant create an app or create a dev team to use rest api. Why is that, tried various methods, nothing works

Hello Miro Team,I am a teacher at a school in Ukraine and I would like to apply for the Education Plan.Unfortunately, my school does not provide teachers with institutional email addresses, so I only have a personal Gmail address. In the middle of the day today, my Miro display changed.  In the past, when I clicked on a space, the right-hand side of the screen would list all the boards in that space.  I could sort them various ways -- recent, name, etc.Today, the display suddenly changed.  When I click on a space, I now get the boards listed down the left-hand side, and some AI-generated (I think) content on the right.  There’s even a small tag that says “Beta” at the top of my screen.This new layout is useless for me.  It’s particularly bad because I can’t sort the boards on the left-hand side of the screen.Have I accidentally enabled some beta feature?  And how do I get back to the display I know and love?  Thank you all!
