Helo, I’ve added a licence to my business plan by mistake and already remove it, this was a 30 minutes error, so do I have to pay the licence although I’ve removed immnediatly or is the billing going to be updated?

Hello,I paid for a monthly plan for 46 users by mistake. I would like to request a refund so that I can change my subscription to a monthly plan for one user and just visitors as i don’t own a team and the people editing my board are my students, I’m not willing to pay for their subscriptions.I could not find a direct way to contact the subscription or billing team, so I am reaching out through this request.

Enterprise plan. Using the board export API: POST /v2/orgs/{orgId}/boards/export/jobs (boardFormat: PDF) The job is accepted — HTTP 200 with a jobId. But when I poll: GET /v2/orgs/{orgId}/boards/export/jobs/{jobId} jobStatus stays "CREATED" and never advances to IN_PROGRESS/FINISHED.The /results endpoint returns 404 the whole time (expected, since the job never finishes). What I'm seeing:- A batch of 52 boards (a 50-board job + a 2-board job) both sat on "CREATED" for the full 15-minute polling window — 0 completed.- Reproduced by hand with curl on a single small board: created fine, still "CREATED" across repeated polls minutes apart.- Earlier the same day, identical requests returned "FINISHED" in ~30 seconds — so it appears to be intermittent export-queue degradation, not a bad request. Questions:1. Is there a known issue / degradation with the board export processing queue? Any SLA for job completion?

For security reasons I removed all Apps from the Miro Admin console and among them was Atlassian Links.When I try to add it again, it says not found.The only way that I found to add it again is when a users requests it (including me as user) directly from Confluence.Is this a Bug? Or it is intended to work like that?

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing war in Ukraine and the financial challenges it has caused, purchasing a paid subscription is currently difficult for me.I work independently and don't have an educational email address, so I'm not eligible for the Miro Education plan.I was wondering if Miro offers any humanitarian access, discounts, or other support programs for users from Ukraine. I work in  the mental health field. I have previously used Miro within a Project management role in the NHS, and everyone could see each other’s boards, when they were part of the same team.Now I am using the boards with clients in mental health field, I worry that if clients share their boards with me, they can see all the boards that are shared with me, which would be extremely inappropriate.  Also if I create my own board will everyone else be able to see that board?As I work for myself, I am only using a free plan which will remain the case. Please advise how to maintain confidentiality within the free plan.

Hi! Currently, i need to have  Education plan for my Job. But An error keeps occurring, and I can't submit the form. I am currently working as a freelance German teacher and have a confirmed tax identification number (УНП). I have been collaborating with MiRO for a long time, but recently the number of my students has increased.

I made a board on my account. i didnt realise that it was a part of some team. the team was called “Education Team”. i knew nobody from the team. i made my board and while sharing it, i saw i was a part of some team so i decided to leave the team as it was not a part of my professional practice. Now, after leaving the team, me editing rights of the board are also gone, it still shows i am the board owner/ admin butt no rights. I have been requesting access for a long time now but no response. I do not even know who the team mownr is now. How to solve this problem?

A while ago, I sent an email to support@miro.com requesting assistance under the support program for Ukrainian users (as many of my colleagues did successfully). Unfortunately, my emails have been completely ignored, and I haven't received any response.Due to the urgency of my work with my students, I couldn't wait any longer and had to purchase the Starter plan out of my own pocket just to keep my lessons going.Could a moderator please help escalate my support ticket? During my coaching sessions, I usually create a mind map by typing on a keyboard. However, I find that this prevents me from fully concentrating on the coaching itself. I was thinking how wonderful it would be if a mind map could be created in real-time based on what the client is saying. Is there any way to make this possible

I am working on Miro License automation where I need to get a list of inactive user's accounts and downgrade their licenses from Full to Free-Restricted. This automation needs to be done using GCP Cloud functions; however, I am not getting any API that can be used to downgrade the licenses. Please let me know how to proceed on this, I’ve gone through some threads that mentions downgrading licenses is not supported as of now. Is it available now or is there any roadmap related to this?

So is this a new feature or a bug?….. Cause basically how it worked before was - multi select, click out in empty or other object and it would unselect the previous selection and select that object. However with the shift selection it did work that way but now it just ONLY works like the shift selection where I have to do a drag selection to unselect or click on the empty canvas. I want it to just work how it did for the past 2 years how I have been using it which is just unselect upon selecting a new object unless shift selecting. 

So I got my card charged for no reason, there is no email, no contact information whatsoever, what do I do to get my money back and prevent them from charging me again? It happend two times alreayPlease contact me

My account is still the same, nor I have changed plans, the last time I opened this board was in May, end of May or max June first week of 2026. I want to refer to this board again for a project, I have quite a lot of work on there, did not delete anything or neither switched teams etc, I have checked all my emails to make sure any ownership is not switched or nothing has been deleted. I need my content back how do i fix this, kindly help me fix this urgently, thank you!

Trying to export a slide deck results in an error every time

Hi everyone,Has anyone else noticed that Miro’s vector export option has stopped working? Over the past few weeks, the export settings seem to have changed, and now I can’t export any boards in a usable vector format. I keep getting the error message ‘An error occurred while exporting the board. Please try again.’Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,We’re having a problem with our Miro board. We use the free version with 3 users and 6 visitors. However, over the last few days, the board has been automatically moving boxes or deleting content and replacing it with other content that was entered days ago. This is completely disrupting our planning. Can anyone help us solve this problem?
