We recently received Miro Credits via the Miro Startup Program. I received details that showed the following screenshots.But when I try to do this, I get the following, with no option to use the credits.  Is it because I use euro? I didn’t use the credits before. I just received 10 days ago (they say I have 6 months to use them.

Hi there, My old business partner has logged me out of my email address that was linked to miro. I was just charged $500- even though we dont use miro anymore (for about a year). I wasn't aware of our biling or that we were still subscribed! I need your help 1. logging back in + 2. request a refund. I recently signed up for a Miro free trial. Unfortunately, I didn’t get warning to cancel the trial before it ended, and my account was subsequently charged for a paid subscription.I would like to cancel my subscription immediately, as I no longer plan to use Miro's services. I work best if I can see the whole year in an Annual Planner which is organised horizontally. So January stretches from left to right, then underneath is February, etc. I need this to sync with Google Calendar. So when I make an entry into one or other of these two tools, it syncs to the other. Ideally this would all link up in some sort of project management software like Asana or Monday.com or Trello. I'm finding it difficult to figure out if this is possible. Can any experts help me figure this out? Even if this is not a current option, this could be a useful functionality to develop, to put one of the innovative project management software platforms ahead of the competition. Who can help?!?! hello, i cant change profile setting from team to single and payment process fail : how to keep boards for single subscription please ?

I am trying to automate replacing hundreds of images on our Miro boards via PATCHing the image.This works correctly for images that maintain their original aspect ratio, but for those that are cropped (e.g. to a circle, arbitrarily or otherwise) there is no mechanism for me to access the existing crop information and apply it to the new item.Please could you provide either a crop API or a mechanism to replace an image in-situ while preserving its crop data.

Hi, I have a problem with subscription. I had a subscription for one member (myself) and shared the board with the guests who ARE NOT paying members. I’m a tutor and use boards to create lessons, so my students are supposed to enter my boards as guests. But each time I share the link with them, Miro adds them to the team members list, and now because of that my subscription is not 10$ but 38$?? Deleting the students from the members list now doesn't help in decreasing the price, but I’m absolutely not paying 38$ for the subscription that I used alone all the time. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I don't know how to contact Support either 

Hi, How do I change the fields on display when using the inline editing screen in Miro (not the jira card fields). The jira platform field Team is missing, we use Team to plan and allocate work as part of our planning process in Miro but this field is not visible. Thanks

I’m unable to create a PlantUML diagram in Miro.I have tried using a paid account as well, but I still cannot find the PlantUML option under Tools or in the Marketplace.Could someone please guide me on where this option is available, or confirm whether PlantUML is still supported in Miro?

I am curious if this is a bug, or a setting issue. The odd thing, if it is a setting, is it works for most shapes in the diagram, then suddenly refused to work for others. The only two things that I can identify that might be responsible for breaking the alignment of the connectors is copy and paste and zooming in/out. The diagram below explains the issue. The two on the left would not align properly to the central or external geometric positions.

I have a task have multiple deadline and repeat over year so i need to make a task in table that have 3 set start date and end date and i don’t want to “renew” the date so is there anyway to make the date repeatable and have multiple deadline for table ( so that when i switch the table to timeline, it’s better visualised ? )

Is it just me or does anyone else find the new talktrack features confusing and not as good as the legacy talktrack?I like the fact that I can change screen views, for example, from currnt tab to complete window in a screen capture session. But once I stop sharing I can't reshare a tab. which seems strange.Also the audio and video quality are really poor and the interaction of a viewer with the presented board seems more convoluted. I like the legacy features where you could wander around a board that is being presented and then be brought back to the presenter's pointer.It feels like there's a lot more features, but at the cost of doing the basics very well. I find it easier to use a third party screen sharing tool now than using talktrack, which for me is disappointing.

Hi. I use Miro mostly to create mood boards, so lots and lots of photos. This often leads to boards that havé a lot of heavy files on them, thus making it slower or hard to access, especially from a tablet (not desktop). Is there an easy way to find the biggest files on the board, so I could replace them? Thanks so much!

In the face of current events, I believe that the role of an educator has never been more challeging than it is now. Being constatly under the attack by the neigbouring country, we still long for knowlegde and self-improvement. Therefore, Miro has become an indispensable tool for me and my studnets alike. I cannot imagine using any other platform as it doesn't offer as many great tools as your platform does.
