Hi All,Every one of my members are showing First_Name and First_Name instead of First_Name and Last_Name. This seems to be an SSO/SAML mapping issue. I can’t get a hold of anyone from Miro to help me with it.Any ideas? Thanks!
Somehow I only have one shared team left in my Miro account, although a colleague of mine has his own Miro-Team and our shared team. Why is my own team gone and how do I get it back?!
After restarting my computer, trying to use my Miro board on Google Chrome, clearing my Cache, and using a private browser, I still cannot use my keyboard in my Miro board. I see my classmates able to use the board fine. I can click and drag text boxes with my trackpad, but anything involving the keyboard - it will not work. The two menus on the top left and right of the page are not able to be clicked on, however, the sidebar tool menu can be clicked on just fine. What is the best way of proceeding? I feel like I have tried everything.
Today I logged in MIRO, and there are 20+ additional boards showing on my Home screen. None of them is created by me, I think I might be added by someone. I am unable to leave them. Please help. I myself created just one board and that is important but this thing is restricting usage. Please guide how I can remove these boards. In my team there is no one added. Thanks
Hello everyone,I’ve read that you can drag cards into the timeline, which would be very cool if it worked for me. However, whenever I drag cards into the the timeline, theybriefly appear as a record in the timelinea message pops up saying that a record has been createdand then everything disappears again. :(I’ve tried clearing my cache, using different browsers(Opera and Edge), refreshing, checking for updates, disabling my extensions and the holy grail, turning my device on and off. None of it worked.Thinking the cards where the problem, I fiddled with them as well to the best of my ability: Filling out each category, adding a blank card, making a copy of the full cards and dragging that. I’m not using Jira cards either.I would be very grateful for any advice to help me.Thanks,V

I have a Miro Table I am using to capture feature ideas. As we decide to proceed with these I want to turn them into Miro Cards (and then eventually into Azure Work Items.)I have tried dragging and dropping these from rows onto the canvas and it appears to create a card but I cannot actually do anything with it. The context bar has no useful items like on other cards. Is there anyway to achieve this? Or do I need to create cards and add those to my table instead?
It helps us because we want to software this app to create a new app
I would like to create templates from existing boards but the option is not active (greyed text). What prevent me from creating templates from these boards?
Hi!I'm planning to use Miro in my development workflow, and since i have noticed that the API doesn't support a simple and quick way to “screenshot” or export a fast overview over a section of the board, I'm thinking of building a small bot that can browse the board and do this automatically (by acting as a user/browser). I'm not planning to execute any actions or let this bot act in rapid succession, just taking a image like this, no more than once a minute. This wouldn't put any more strain on Miro's servers more than another human user would.But, I want to check if this is something that could get me into trouble, or if this would be okay?If this was something that existed as a feature in the API, i would absolutely use that instead. The enterprise “export” feature is overkill for me. I want something quick and i don't need the high quality.Thanks,/Alfred

I am the owner of the MIRO blackboard at the Science and Technology Museum in Milan.Until some time ago I was able to upload files from my Google Drive (ilabsistemi@gmail.com) without problems, but now I can't do it anymore: when I try, the error message “403. That's an error.We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know."I tried to follow the instructions of the Help Center step by step (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731253-Google-Drive), but without appreciable results :-(Best regardsEnrico
Spent weeks on working on my roadmap only to open it today to find no data and this disclaimer instead I wonder if someone has the same problem with their boards and actually got their data restored after migration?

Hi everyone, I see this question has been posed in the past but apparently there wasn’t a surefire fix. When I try to log into my Miro account or access a Miro board the Miro logo continues to show loading, but nothing else happens. I can’t access any of my Miro boards. Please help!
I somehow was trying to hide all the UI ...cz its annoying and distracting and i wanted the cleanest look.. SO i was looking for solutions and then i just went back to miro to try out some trick but when i hit ALT + TAB (to go back to miro) it was all clean ..zero UI and everything running correctly … But after i restarted miro it obviously went back to default mode.. Can someone Please help on how can i go back to that state??

I have created a JIRA Planner board which seems to work well with a scrum boards I’ve tested but when I use a Kanban board, it shows totally wrong information (it shows features from a project that is not even on that board query). Just wondering if there is a limitation regarding types of boards it supports?
I urgently need your assistance. I’ve paid for a plan, but my account still shows as “Free.” I am unable to use the features I paid for, I cannot cancel or access the paid plan, and I’ve received no way to contact someone directly for help.I’m currently trying to prepare and deliver a live workshop, and I’ve already lost over an hour trying to resolve this issue. Hi it seems since 14/08/25 a number of devs across our teams are experiencing an issue with pasting gifs:When pasting gifs through the Miro app the gifs are automatically converted to images rather than gifs. When pasting gifs through the Miro browser the gifs appear like images until you refresh the page. This is better but its quite time consuming to have to refresh boards every time you need to paste a gif.Some more info:We’ve tested pasting into empty & non-empty boards. The gifs we are using are below 30mb.
Hi,I’ve seen this happen for weeks now. I will export a PDF of a board and some of the frames/pages in the resulting PDF will have parts missing - either an image or some text, or both. There’s no pattern whatsoever: sometimes the frame in question will only contain some text and that will be missing. Very infuriating. When I go back to the board, right-click the frame and choose ‘Copy as image’ and paste it somewhere, it works alright. However, the PDFs end up messed up.
Somthing suddenly happened with my GRID in Miro. I Think i moved it…. And then suddenly all the shapes changed size. Why does this happen? This is what is was privously: I can’t undue it…. and now need to reconstruct it as a whole… wasting my whole day.Edit: I did copy it from an older restored version.is there something i am doing wrong using the Grid?
When I use a pen, I write in one place and after I stop writing, everything that was written is suddenly transferred to another place and so on with everything, with text, with what was written, etc.

I have an educational account, and every semester I onboard close to 100 students to work with Miro.When the semester ends I take them out of the team to make space for the next cohort.Many students leave boards in projects, or not within a project. The result is that I have hundreds of boards that I need to delete and dozen of projects I need to delete too. So far, the only way I found is to click each board, click delete, confirm deletion. To clean my account would take countless hours. Is there any way to select multiple boards and delete them at once? Much similar as you delete files in you computer.
