Hello,Recently, YouTube videos have stopped working properly on Miro. When I click on a video, nothing happens — it doesn’t respond at all, as if it were just an image. The only way to play the video now is by opening it in Focus Mode. However, this creates other problems, as my students can no longer see the text and tasks for the video while watching it. They have to open the video in a new tab and watch it on YouTube while doing the task on Miro.I’ve noticed that this issue only affects newly added videos. The videos I uploaded before last week still work fine. Is this a bug or something could be done to remedy the situation?Also, I can no longer cut videos, as the trimming option seems to be missing. Has this feature been removed?Thank you for your help.
I used my Miro boards to sort and arrange pictures in the past to than process them further in photoshop.My whole workflow suddenly broke because the “Copy as Image” function is not working correctly anymore… In the past it produced the image exactly in the resolution like it was on the board and now it lowers the resolution down to around 1000px… Downloading with the frame is no option for me because I need the exact resolution and the download option does not offer custom size or exact size… In my case I have a 3x3 grid of 9 1024x1024px. That is not even 4k or any super resolution. I need to be able get the correct size back, so I can throw it into my photoshop slicer. Since I process hundreds of grids like this, manual resizing is no option and a pain in the but. I have a paid consultant plan.Left original and right is the outcome…
Why are the shapes I have entered text into not pulling in when I am exporting to Excel or using AI to create a document. the shapes do not show up as valid objects
I can’t play the videos and audio files embedded from Drive. I was able to do this before, but the problem started around 3–4 days ago. I’ve seen others running into a similar issue too. So I’m wondering — is there actually someone who listens and can be helpful with this kind of problem?
I have used Bitpaper until recently for my Maths tutoring. I am now looking for a good alternative and I’m wondering if Miro may be the answer.On Bitpaper I liked the feature that the whiteboard had several ‘pages’. So when I planned my lesson, I would put different questions on different pages of the whiteboard. Is the Miro whiteboard just one loooooong whiteboard? And if it is, how long is it? Can I just continue moving down the whiteboard and continue to add more and more content? The Bitpaper whiteboard had a limit of 100 pages. The picture is a snippet of the section on the Bitpaper whiteboard where you can click on a different page number and then that section of the whiteboard will show. Anything like this on Miro?Thanks for you help, much appreciated.

Hello Miro Support Team,I’m writing to report serious issues with accessing Miro. The pages do not load at all — there is only an endless loading screen.The problem has been ongoing since yesterday (June 10, 2025). I'm based in Ufa, Russia, and have seen that many other users are also experiencing the same issue.I’ve already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by your team, but none of them helped:Cleared browser cacheTried different browsers and incognito/private modeRestarted my deviceTested on a different network and disabled my VPN temporarilyUnfortunately, nothing worked.Could you please advise what else can be done? Hello.For about a week now, the Miro site with boards has not loaded at all. Although I can go to the community and status. I am in Russia, I asked about extending my account, I worked with all the boards calmly until the end of May this year, there were no problems.Now the page is loading endlessly, there is only a moving logo on the screen. As I understand from the forums about the crash of sites in Russia, many have this problem.All options with clearing the cache, switching to another browser, checking the Internet connection do not work, this was checked first.Please help to identify the problem and solve it, since I see that the Miro status site indicates that there are no problems, but I can’t find it on my side either, however, access to work and materials is lost.
Hi Miro Team,I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with a persistent issue in your slide feature. When I'm creating slides and add a new row of frames beneath an existing one, Miro automatically shifts that new row to the top of the presentation. This completely breaks the logical flow of the slide deck and severely affects usability.Please review this behavior while in presentation mode, and fix this logic so that frames are kept in the order they are laid out on the canvas — top-to-bottom, left-to-right, unless intentionally rearranged by the user.This issue is not just a small inconvenience — it's a significant blocker when working on client-facing materials or internal pitches.Looking forward to a resolution soon.Best regards,[Mạnh Life]

This was asked 3 years ago "Is there a way to make the images one imports or download more/ less opaque. It would be interesting to have as a way to “see through” one image to see someone else collaborating on top and behind" has there been any updates to Miro to be able to do this?
Is it possible for Miro to automatically capture a presentation discussion in sticky notes? Can the AI tool in Miro assist with this?
I've been teaching mathematics to students on the Miro board for the last two years. It's an excellent board with wonderful functionality. A problem has been occurring for about a month. Sometimes without a VPN, it's impossible to access Miro at all. Please tell me, is the problem on Miro's side or has the government decided to block yet another useful resource?I'm attaching a log from the browser console. At the end of the log, I turned on a VPN and the site loaded.
I am unable to open the website miro.com; it’s not loading at all. I cleared the cache, disabled extensions, and tried using another browser, but nothing worked for me. Additionally, it doesn’t work on my husband’s computer, and I can’t access it on my phone either, even with the VPN on. Interestingly, some of my students can open it without any issues. I also know that many of my colleagues have faced the same problem. Do you have any ideas how to address this issue?

Within the Lean Coffee template available in MIRO, the sticky notes from the sticky pack under discussion topics appear to turn from manilla to blue when you drag and drop. Solved this by creating a new sticky pack for that section.Whoever owns the template at MIRO should fix this template.Thanks!

Hello,I am trying to create a plugin for Miro, and it would be useful if i could have a event listener that tracks the changes on the content of a item on the board (specifically a sticky note). Going through the documentation the closest thing i could find is experimental:items:update. This event listener is triggered when the item changes size, rotates or moves. Close enough but not quite there. Is there a workaround available that I missed?
Hi everyone,My Miro board turns into a grey screen after a few minutes of not using it. I exit the app, start it again and I can work again. But as soon as I switch to another app and come back a few minutes later there is again a grey screen. Repeat…. Any suggestions?Best,Jan
Hi,I have some icons added to a board a while ago. I can change the colour of the left icon (see image 1) which is an icon that has been on the board quit a while. However when I add new icons from the iconfinder library I can only change the color of the border (see image 2) I think i am using the same icons from the same icon library, but i am not sure. Is this an old feature that got removed? Am i doing something wrong? This is my favorite feature that really save a lot of time for me.
Hi theres a banner at the top of the screen of every one of my boards that will not close even when I press the x button. I am on the free plan but the banner says “there was an issue processing your recent payment” but I’m on the free plan so there should be no payment. There is a link to “update my payment details” but that link takes me to a 404 page. There is an x by the banner but the x doesn’t work (it does not close the banner). The banner pops up on every board I open and is large and red and distracting and cant be ignored and takes up important screen real estate that I need for my work. Big picture: How can I report to the miro team that they need to fix the close button on the banner? For me: How can I get rid of this banner? More details:I’ve tried this in safari and chrome (i’m on mac) and neither one will let me close the banner. The banner WILL close on my dashboard but every time I bring up a board the banner pops up and will not close. I used to have a paid p
Hi! For a while now, Miro hasn't allowed me to copy and paste (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V or using the right-click menu) within my boards. I have a free license, so I know I can't copy elements from one board to another, but these are simple actions like copying a sticky note or an annotation within a dashboard and pasting it right next to it. I keep getting the error "Copying from a previous source board is not allowed," but it's the same board!! Is anyone else experiencing this?
