Unanswered questions

I’m having an issue where if I’m in a kanban board, type something into a card and press ‘enter’ it makes a new line instead of jumping to add a new card. The same issue also happens with mindmaps, etc. I’ve tried shift+enter and cmd+enter without luck. Any ideas?

I have several individuals that can no longer share now that we have moved to an Enterprise account.  The user is only able to share to other users with a License.  Do I need to update something on our account?Any guidance is appreciated.

Hello Miro Support Team,I’m reaching out regarding the ADF Product workspace.The current Team Admin associated with this workspace is no longer with the company, and as a result, our team has lost the ability to manage users, roles, and security settings. This workspace is actively used by our product team, and the lack of admin access is now blocking our ongoing work.I am an active member of the ADF Product workspace and represent the team that owns and operates it. I would like to request a transfer of Team Admin rights to my account so that we can continue managing the workspace properly.We are also planning to upgrade this workspace to a Starter or Business plan, however, we would like to resolve the admin access and user management issue first to ensure the upgrade is done correctly.Please let me know what information or verification you need from my side to proceed with this request. Hi I have a data set that i wish to populate in the org chart. The data fields in CSV look like this  Column header = Revizto Stamp - WatcherColumn Data = DR30, PI30, ST30, EQ30, EL30,AU30, TE30, FI30, SF30, DR60, PI60, ST60, EQ60, EL60, AU60, TE60, FI60, SF60, DR90, PI90, ST90, EQ90, EL90, AU90, TE90, FI90, SF90As the image show the data is being truncated  Is there a character limit to the data field? 

I’m using the free version of Miro.I’ve just created my first and only board, and now I’m trying to share it with my team.When I invite colleagues by email, I usually get this error:Sharing restricted please contact supportI’ve tried inviting people 10 times, with either a single person with a single email address or several people with a list of several email addresses. 9 of those 10 times, I’ve gotten that sharing restricted error and no one is invited.1 time it worked and one person was invited: they now have access to the board.  But I can’t invite anyone else, in spite of all of them being my colleagues behind the same firewall.What’s going on here?

Hello Miro community!  I would like to ask for your advice regarding my Miro account and team. Currently, my main Miro account and the team are created using my university (corporate) email address. This email will be permanently deleted approximately six months after I graduate, as it is managed by the university. At the same time, my team already includes my other personal Miro account (with a private email address). I would like to clarify the following points: If the university email account is deleted, will the boards and the team still be preserved? Will my personal account remain a member or owner of the team, or is there a risk that the team and boards will be lost? If there is a risk, what would you recommend doing in advance to ensure that all boards and the team remain accessible? Hi Miro Community! I’m using tables more and more in my workspaces. And I really like the columns that utilize tags.  How can you edit or delete a tag? For example I misspelled something and hit enter before I edited and now it is listed as an option. I’ve made a new tag that is spelled correctly, but I’d like to remove the first option.  This is also helpful because of when the AI within Miro creates a table based on a prompt, it creates tags that I don’t want to use. Any info on how to edit and delete tags within a table is much appreciated! Andrew

Trabalho em uma empresa onde sou membro do time em dois boards do Miro. Ocorre que, nesses dois boards, os administradores foram desligados da empresa e não temos acesso ao e-mail que está cadastrado, sendo um deles conta profissional já excluída e o outro um endereço de e-mail particular. Preciso transferir a titularidade desses boards para o meu e-mail, para depois ajustar a conta da melhor forma. Como devo proceder?

Hi!We are the development team at ONLYOFFICE, and we submitted our app for Miro on November 18, 2025.According to the Miro documentation, submitting an app for review should trigger the creation of a Jira ticket by the Miro Platform team to track the review process. However, we have not received any notification (via email or otherwise) regarding the creation of a Jira ticket.Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a direct way to contact the Miro Platform team, so we’re reaching out here for assistance.Could you please guide us on how to get in touch with the Miro Platform team or help us understand why we haven’t been assigned a Jira ticket yet?

I just created a new free plan. I’m trying to use Miro AI, but everything is greyed out. The plan says that I have 10 AI credits per month on a free plan. The bot told me that I have to enable them, but can’t do that on my own, but also can’t create a help ticket on a free plan….. How do I get access to my 10 credits?

Is it possible to create a branching scenario that has depth rather than being flat, such that as you zoom in you see more detail (which is possible currently) but you can also see the branches/lines joining the bigger idea to the smaller idea and “follow the lines” to greater depth? It’s like a flat branching scenario but viewed “on its side”.Using an education context, let’s say I have a summative assessment “Essay” at the top level, then I want branches that show how that summative assessment links to formative assessments at the next level, which has branches joining to learning activities at the next level, which has branches joining to learning resources at the bottom level.All the levels fit visually within the top level but as I zoom in the lower levels become more visible and I can zoom along a particular path to reveal more levels. Hope that makes sense. I can’t find a visualisation of it on Google images.

HI all, I am really keen to use Miro for Case Management. I am a HR manager, and want to be able to track investigation cases my team deal with.For example Disciplinary. Each case would have a record, and a neat way of logging basic case details, tracking case notes during the process, reflected each stage of the process, e.g Preliminary Investigation, Disciplinary Hearing, Appeal. Would also be great to have a timeline view of each case if I wanted to do this.Anyone have any experience with using Miro for this type of case management?

Hello, I’m newbie and going to test miro app, but unfortunately I cannot go into dashboards. I cannot open dashboard in chrome, edge.I delete all caches, temp files, and I disabled all firewall, vpn. And it stopped at same position when I enter my dashboard.
