Hi folksI have been working on some mindmaps and other diagrams (built with shapes and text). There are no layers in those boards.When ready to export, I create a transparent frame (no background colour) around the area, and hit the Export as Image, then select Vector SVG.The images created have a grey background. Opening the SVG files I see a statement like this, just after the </defs>:<rect id="svg-board-background-color" width="100%" height="100%" fill="#f2f2f2"></rect>To achieve a transparent background I have to manually remove it.My question: why is Miro adding this <rect> when the background is set to “No Color”?Cheers

Is there a way to save shortcuts to views of a Kanban board?I need quick access to different views on priority, impacted teams, timelines, etc.There are three different Kanban board views I would like to save, 2 table views and 2 timeline views, all with different filters, groupings and sorts. Meaning every time I need to switch I have to do multiple operations which takes time and creates inconsystency.A  way similar to Excel, Airtable or Notion to save different views and access them via dropdown or tabs would make it so much easier, and even be better to allow different users to see different views at the same time.

why doesnt the copy and sync option doesn’t show up?how do i get tech support for it?

Hi, my entire history seems corrupted after I copied my work on a diagram. I selected all my blocks and arrows and pasted them onto a new blank diagram page, but not all the content followed. Now I’m left with only about 40% of my work, and even when I open previous versions, all the arrows and text are gone. I also can’t remove the white diagram frame anymore. How can I recover the original version of my diagram?

I have both tasks and story issue types in my team’s Jira.  I’m looking to make use of the Estimation feature, but I am unable to add story points to issues that are type = task.  I can add them manually to tasks in Jira, but this is highly inefficient! Is this a bug ?

I’m trying to create sub-records in a project schedule on a board. I upgraded to the starter plan but it’s still not working and asking me to upgrade when I try this. 

Hello, my yearly Starter plan was renewed automatically for USD 96 without my intention. I am currently a student and I cannot afford this charge. The payment attempt has already failed and I have contacted support, but I’m waiting for a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to get the outstanding invoice cancelled? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, does anyone know how to cancel sharing a board? I got an educational licence and apparently ran out of sharing capacity, so my students cannot complete their homework 🤦🏻‍♀️ Tried to delete a board from a previous course but did not work 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello, I have a free Miro account.I have a team board, where the team admin has been away from the company for some time.I can't transfer it to someone else, and it doesn't make sense for this person to be associated with a company project they no longer belong to.How can I remove or transfer it to someone else?Thank you for your help!   

We have created custom Miro App Cards with custom fields that have 2 functionalities. The first application is provided in the Miro app to insert a card that is populated with content from a AWS database. The second application is a custom card and the user inputs data in defined fields.Both cards when one is inserted, if a user copies the card the link is broken. The user can no longer open the details page for the card and edit any of the fields.Is there a solution to make sure the link does not break. I expect the user to open the details page for the data in the copied card and be able to update the fields if necessary. We are also capturing analytics about the cards that are used. If the card has a broken link we no longer are tracking analytics.Please share any solutions you have been able to solve for this issue.

Hello, the text on the Miro board is jumping. Help me solve the problem. I've tried it on browsers and other devices, but it's the same

I created an account using work email using miro.com/login - it allowed me. But miro.com doesnt show me a way to Login. There is link coming up using Chrome or Edge. is there some restictions using work laptop. With or without VPN - it doesnt work. 

Hi there,Our board “GoldenPath Production TIMELINE” is under the Team “go-game”, which was created by me (Company Admin) some time ago. The Team Admin has just reported that all board members, including himself, are currently unable to use the Nesting feature, and the existing nested structures cannot be edited. The feature was working normally as of yesterday.Could you please let us know if there have been any changes on the Miro side that might have caused this? Alternatively, please advise if there is anything we need to check or configure on our end to resolve the issue.Many thanks.

I’m using the template OKR Tracker and modifying it for my team. I’m able to add new records without any trouble, however I can’t figure out how to add new parent “Objectives” for the key results.There is no add button that I can find. Nor can I promote a record to an objective. Is this a feature that is locked?
