I am using the Miro Mind Map template to capture branching/form logic. I’m new to Miro so not super familiar with the right terms to use to illustrate my issue, but I’m trying to add a question between other questions in my mind map/tree and I can’t do it. I watched a 13 minute tutorial that said that you should be able to click into the node under wich you want to add a new node and with the cursor blinking tap “tab” and a new child node would be added, but this is not working, regardless of whether I’m using Safari, Chrome or desktop app. Instead, what’s happening is it’s creating a sibling node to one of the child nodes already there. Again, not using the right terminology I’m sure, but this seems like a pretty fundamental/basic capabilitiy, and I’m not sure what I’m missing. Does Miro offer experts to troubleshoot things like this? We have an enterprise license and I’m concerned that I can’t find help beyond posting a question in the community. Can anyone assist?

Hello, I foolishly inserted a large excel table into a board. Now the board is completely frozen. I’d love to delete the table so I can move on, but the board is not responding.I’d love to save my board, it has a lot of information on it.Any suggestions appreciated!

Hi everyone,I have a problem with one of my boards — only a small part of it loads (some tables and notes), but most of the content, including images and frames, doesn’t appear at all. It looks like the board is loading partially, and the rest just never shows up.I’m listed as an editor and haven’t deleted anything. The same issue happens both in the browser and in the mobile app. I also tried duplicating the board, using incognito mode, and waiting several minutes, but nothing changes.Could someone from the Miro team please check if this could be a sync or data issue on your side? Hello Someone created a diagram from a group of items in a Miro board. Now I can see that menu instead of my usual frame title, leading to several usage/support problems:Problem: I cannot find the way to delete this diagram frame.When trying to do it by simply selecting the diagram frame (around the group of items)>clicking on the three dots>"Delete, I get the error "You can't delete parent node, when child nodes are in editing mode”. There is no “node” configured per se. Just someone that misclicked on the “create a diagram” button on the grouped items.People are using the Miro board at the time I am trying, but others parts of it, not the grouped items concerned here by the diagram.How can I delete this diagram thing now?I cannot ask the diagram creator to just CTRL+Z as it has been some time and many changes/actions have been done since then then. Thank you in advance for your help

Hi, My Miro Education Plan is expiring, and the renewal link provided to me is unfortunately not working. I am still an eligible student and need to renew my plan.

I asked for a cancellation and now my card has been tried about 10 to 15 times for payment after I asked for it and spoke with Jazz from support who will now not answer me at all. Is it normal to have people cancel and then try to bill them repreadedly?

I need to be able to export my MIRO board for my client as it is used for training. I need it in a frame by frame format, which used to be the export as PDF function. I don’t want it as a single hi-res image PDF. Now whenever I select the “save as PDF” option, it spins as if it’s thinking and then it stops and asks again in a perpetual loop. I tried both the app and the browser version. I also tried different browsers. This feature is broken. Please fix.

IN my miro board when I zoom out I can see all the colors or the cards that I have created, when I zoom in all the cards background colors goes away.  If I change the card to a shape I can see the colors but the the text does not shrink and wrap to be visible the entire time.  This bug occurs in all my boards not just one.  This started to happen to me within the last 2 weeks.

I have an education plan, I have been using it since September 2024, for the last few weeks, I have an annoying bug where some of my boards sometimes ask me to pay to use the connecting lines?Some days it lets me use arrows/connecting lines, other days it does not - I cannot see anywhere in the Miro support pages or pricing plans that the education plan does not include arrows or connecting lines. All of my coursemates do not have this issue, and are also on Education Plans?See photos - The blue circle with the lighting bolt is where you usually draw a connecting line to it, but when clicking it asks me to pay $20   Here is what it looks like on other boards, where I can make connecting lines: 

I want to re-ignite the issue of alternative payment methods. I would like to pay via PayPal, but on my Consultant Plan I'm only able to pay via credit card. I'm switching banks and don't want to have a credit card at my new account anymore.Credit cards are complicated, old-fashioned, very expensive and can be physically stolen or lost. Specifically, this post is to request PayPal as a standard payment method for all plans. 

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with the YouTube video embedding feature in Miro. Normally, when I copy and paste a YouTube link into the Miro board, the video player appears automatically. However, as of today, this function has stopped working.Now, when I paste a YouTube link, it only shows up as a regular link with a thumbnail image, not as an embedded video player. Strangely, the YouTube videos I previously inserted are still displayed correctly and work as expected.I’ve tried refreshing the page and using different YouTube links, browsers, and devices, but the issue persistsCould you please help me resolve this?   

I’ve built a Miro app and have a “Development” version that’s connected locally to the localhost 2000 port. I’ve installed this app in my Miro account but when I try looking for it in a board, the “Development” one doesn’t show up, just the live published one. I’m pretty sure this used to work - not sure what I’m missing. Anyone has any ideas?  

I got an email for my education Miro account to renew the account for the next year. However when I click on the given link, I get an error message. Then the website redirects me to the homepage of the miro website.  My account needs to be renewed before 31-10. Can someonebody please help me? I don't want to lose all my boards… Norah
