Does anyone know of a capability in Miro similar to that of Smart Containers in Lucidchart?I use LucidChart Smart Containers to: - quickly visualise & organise larger data sets - quickly grouping/re-grouping the data in different ‘containers’ via different fields - quick filtering across the whole data set   

Hello!We have the following case, we have a group created in Google mails which also as a mail (which we will call group), the problem is that when we make the invitation to that mail I do not get the invitation, we tried with another group (mail) and the invitation arrives perfectly, but the difference is that when we add the mail group appears in the list as if it had already registered, then, I do not know how to do to get the invitation to me.Any idea?Thank you very much in advance.

Hi there! Is it possible to use my own app starter and use it as a Miro app, ideally create-react-app? My problem with the create-miro-app is that it’s using vite, which causes some (apparently) hard to fix issues when trying to use it in combination with Netlify and Netlify functions… If possible with create-react-app, are there any extra settings/ packages to load in order to make it work as a Miro app? 

Hello Miro community,I have a question regarding sharing settings for the Board access.I have created a Board in a Miro space with 200+ users in the Team (under a free plan).  I invited 8 members (including external guests) to access the Board and we are able to collaborate.  However, does this also mean that any of the 200+ users in the Team can access the board if access permission was not explicitly provided?Many thanks for your help

I was recently laid off by my old company because of a budget cut and more than 100 employees were fired.My whole portfolio in Miro is owned by my previous company and I cannot have access to my own creations because Miro won't allow me to make a copy.I have download the backup but my free account does not support it. So I tried paying for the starter version to use the backup but something is wrong with the payment and there’s no message stating what is wrong.My GPM tried all she could for me to have access to it so I can make a copy, but all was in vain.My last option was to send an email for Miro to explain it all, but I cannot without a company email.I feel helpless and my own work is lostPS: There’s no sensitive data in there, just thought processes and my designs. All I have is a pdf of it. I can’t use it in Miro to expand my portfolio furthermore and I can’t send my Miro link for new interviews.

I got a miro board URL, I have edit permission, but I can’t figure it out who is the owner.If I open the Board Detail panel there is not any owner section:  There is not any Histroy / Activity function next to the Frames and Comment buttons:  How can I figure it out? 

Is it possible to create an interactive wireframe such as in Figma (for example) where we create the landing page mockup but we can add an action driving to another page creating a customer journey?

I have the free option, and one of the boards from one day to the next stopped working, when I open it, it shows me the board for 2 seconds and then it stays stuck, it does not allow me to zoom, and when I try it, the entire board it looks white.I tried everything recommended by Miro, but I still have the same problem.

While I am not a fan of Miro, I am forced to use it and continue to find much of the product annoying and not well suited to its stated purpose as a collaborative easy to use tool.  Lately the most frustrating feature is the default setting of having story cards that are on a grid snapped/attached to grid parameters.  There is no apparent way to disable this feature.  Any time I have to adjust the size, or location, of a card on my grid based roadmap - I have to remember to hold down the CTRL button or the grid stretches to accomodate the card.  I can’t imagine a document that requires card sizing and/or location changes more than a roadmap.   P.S.  The strange sizing of the “whiteboard” at 1% is beyond comprehension!  Whoever did this needs to be fired immediately.  I have to create giant objects to read the font and build out the cards, then reduce my view to -1% to see a complete view of the document/object I am creating.  Sharing screens and presenting is a nightmare of zooming in

Hey,i was wondering if it is possible to close a modal without klicking the close button “x”. I want to open an external side with “miro.board.ui.openModal({url: ‘https://external.local’})” method. Is there any way to close the modal from the external webside external.local. Thank you

A board started loading and it never ends. Other boards works well. Android, I have cleaned cache several times.

Hello! I see there’s a miro affiliate program aimed at larger companies/teams, but is there a similar affiliate program for Youtube channels? I use miro to outline videos and novels and often get asked about my process by viewers; I’d love to promote a product I can actually vouch for.  Does anyone know if this is a thing?

Hi there. I created my account a few weeks ago in order to access some Miro diagrams a consultant created for my employer. I used the “Sign on with Google” feature. Then I got married and changed my name, so my employer changed my email address.I tried to use the “change email” function, but it wants my current password and I don’t have one.How do I get Miro to acknowledge my new email address?Thanks!

Hi,is there a possibility to automatically copy some data from one part of the Miro board to another?I have a framework where users fill the data in. At the end of the exercise I make a "summary" document inside Miro. Any chance that you can auto populate this with the data from the notes the users are filling in so I don't have to copy-paste everything?So the idea would be to connect certain fields with the summary fields. Whenever something would be written on the original fields, the summary fields would get populated.Is it possible to do this?Thank you!

When export a board divided into frames (presentation), the first few pages are loaded, the rest are loaded as empty sheets 

I’m new to this and have searched for an answer. Please help if you know the answer. We are mid-project, with all documents thus far created in PPT. Someone decided to switch to Miro. Is there a way to upload PPT slides and retain the ability to edit/move the elements on each slide? If not, I will have to recreate all the documentation in Miro format so that past and future elements are consistent, and flexible as results evolve. If not possible, for the love of god why not? I can’t be the only person in this bind. 

Hey, first of all it is very annoying not to be able to easily contact direct support from Miro,Now, why my guess users cannot copy board content? even if all settings are correct on the board and team level? is this a license restriction? my guess are using free accounts, and I got the “working with clients” type of license,any tips,Thank you!
