Web clipper Entire page capture exampleI am trying to capture an entire page of a website but the bottom page banner appears at the end of each automatic scroll. I found another chrome extension (GoFullPage) that works much better and maybe Miro can look up to using their insights.

I’m either completely missing something but I don’t see any way to delete a column in the gantt chart template?When I click on the three dots I only have the option to copy and paste  

How do I delete a slide in a Miro template, when Unlock All doesn't work to individually select the slides you want to remove?

Hey all - question:  how do you export miro images for best quality?  I've tried the miro resources, cut and paste, SnagIt, you name it.  they look ok in PowerPoint, but when you zoom in, you lose all of the resolution.  has anyone found the magic recipe?  thank you!

I want to add a Word document to my Miro Board. When I go to the left toolbar it is not an option. I clicked the more tools button as outlined in the Help pages. It is not available in the newly opened App’s box. This happens on all of my boards. Is this feature not available with the Free account? It does not state it anywhere in the Pricing comparisons or the help pages. 

Is there a way to make lines clickable so they take you to their connecting site? Trying to track the through line while zooming in and out is difficult.

I installed Miro Web Clipper, used it to capture a full screenshot of a retail/eComm website homepage. But Chrome shows error. No screenshot has been saved to my Miro team library. Chrome showing error. Does anyone know what’s going on? Tried many times, not working. Very frustrating.  

Hey all,Wanted to know if Miro has the hyperlinking capabilities of a wiki database?Was thinking of switching from wiki to Miro for easier data organization but with much more function for images and videos.One thing I liked about the wiki format was the ability to have a main page and then hyperlinks to other pages when needed, to keep the main page simple and clean while having info at disposal.

Hello, I have a guest user who can log onto Miro but she cannot see the board that I shared with her. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Miro is very laggy and slow. For example it take a few second when moving sticky notes. Dear Miro Community, is there a way to switch the orientation of a mindmap from left to right? I want to organize multiple mindmaps around a note and don’t want to change the orientation of the already existing right-oriented mindmap to the left manuelly to for each text block. 

I am drawing some geometric figures with non-standard rotation. I would like to place some text aligned with 47-50% degrees rotated. When I try to rotate text, it stick to 45% degrees and unfreeze next rotation angle at ~55%. So I can’t rotate text to degree I want becase of this useless aligment.Tryed to turn off settings align to objects, snap to grid etc, nothing helps. is there possible to rotate text 48 degrees? 

I have a swim lane diagram and cannot adjust the vertical height of just the top lane to remove the empty space. The icon to do so appears when i hover over the swim lane bottom line, but it won’t adjust.  

I am creating a flywheel visual with 16 equal size segments in a circle. Apart from importing a Google image and tracing over what is the best way of doing this accurately?

Saludos, desde hace un tiempo tengo una cuenta educativa e hice muchos tableros y puedo acceder a ellos  pero no puedo editarlos. Puedo verlo, pero no puedo editarlo y tampoco puedo verlo cuando ingreso a mi usuario, y así con todos los demás tableros que tenia, agradezco si alguien me puede ayudar.

None of my guest users can edit in the Notes section. I logged in through my free account to test and got a notification that the Notes section is now “View Only Mode: Notes have been disabled in your organization.” I can’t figure out how to turn that feature back on (even though I didn’t turn it off in the first place).Anyone else having this issue? How did you fix it? Thank you! 

I am no longer able to login to the Miro Sketch plugin. One machine of mine showed that I was logged out. After attempting to login, it showed that my username and password were entered incorrectly. Assuming I forgot my password, I chose to reset my password. Now, I cannot login to the Miro Sketch plugin on any of my machines. I can login to the Miro website and Miro app just fine. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin and restarting my machines. Sketch app, Miro plugin, and OS are all up-to-date.

Hi all. In my team we always find that even though we start new boards at 100% zoom (the default) - that by the time we’ve been working on them for a while, we always end up making everything bigger and bigger until we are at 1% zoom.  We consciously try not to do this - but it just happens. Every time.  We find it a real pain.   Has anyone else struggled with this? Or does anyone else have any techniques for ensuring that this doesn’t happen? 

I work on a Miro board as a ‘co-owner’. The owner of this Miro board is about to leave the company. Questions -Once they leave, do I automatically get the Owner access? Do I lose the board? Do they need to make me the Owner before leaving?Thanks!

Hi everyone. Before posting this, I searched far and wide across the issues people posted here but no posts quite covered my problem, so here it is…I am currently using 2 accounts: a paid one under my company and a free account, which is my own. I’ve been working on the free account and copying and pasting stuff over to the paid one for the last couple of weeks with no issues. Today I discovered a huge issue which is stopping me from working further. Every time I try to copy and paste from the free account board to the paid one, the items paste into the paid board and I get a pop up saying “Connection restored” but I can’t seem to move the pasted items whatsoever. When I reload the paid board, the pasted items aren’t there. I am able to open the same board in 2 windows, copy and paste between the same board (in 2 windows) with no problems. I only encounter this when transferring files between the paid and free account boards. Does anybody have any solutions for this? I was able to do t
