The timer is too loud, is there any way to control the volume without lowering system volume?

Hello, We use Miro for our retros and make use of the timer function but we’re finding ourselves stopping the timer manually before it runs out because the sound it makes is just too loud.Is there any way to adjust it or if not, could this be implemented? Thank you

Move Boards from Account A to Account B after SSO activation

Hello everybody, after SSO was activated, my team cannot login anymore with the team mail adress (for shure because the team email adress is not an outlook account you could do SSO with). So I have the problem, that I cannot reach my boards anymore. Is it possible that one of the Mironeers can move all my boards to another account I can login to? Thank you in advance,Simon

Anyone experienced a critical issue with a freeze then random bulk non-user made edits?

Hi,I’m hoping that somebody could please shed some light on a very concerning issue that I experienced today with Miro on the web app.As i was working, the app suddenly froze for a few minutes then crashed. When I reloaded the page there were dozens of changes made to the board, included dozens of new line connections, screen movements and deleted objects.I reviewed the Activity List log and it shows hundreds of changes all within a minute, (screengrabs below).This was my only copy of the board and I’m not able to revert back so as you can imagine that this pretty stressful and concerning that I’ve lost weeks worth of work.If anybody at Miro or anyone else could help, this would be much appreciated.Many thanks,Harmesh

Removing YouTube Suggestions

Hello,Every time a youtube video ends, the suggestion page shows up with some videos. This is really annoying, especially during presentations. Is there a way to turn that off?

Blind voting

As I understand all participants can see the votes during a voting session as they are being cast...which can potentially bias their votes.  Does anyone know if there is a way to do ‘blind’ voting where the owner of the board can see the results but the participants cannot see how others are voting (so as not to be biased in their votes).

lose left mouse button 'pointer' functionality

I’ve encountered this a few times now - after a board has been open for a while I lose the ability to hold down the left mouse button and use the pointer tool. I can no longer hold down shift and in conjunction with the pointer tool to draw a shape. If I close the board and reopen it works fine… for a about 5 minutes...

Jira cards plugin usage and guest users

Hello, I have recently configured the Jira Cards plugin on our account.  I have a guest, and I have given them editor sharing access to the board.  However they are not able to use the Jira plugin.   My question is do you need to be a full member to be able to use the Jira plugin or should guests be able to use them as well. This guest has access to our Jira board as well.

Getting 404 error when clicking embedded shared link of Miro board

I have made a Miro board with iFrame embedded links of shared Miro boards.  When I first made such board, I can access to the shared Miro boards by clicking iFrame embedded links.  But after rebooting the board and click on the link, I got 404 error.  Are there any advice on solving this problem? I appreciate your help.

Jira card and tempo account field

Hello,I have set up integration with Jira and all works fine except one issue. Jira instance has requirement for Tempo Account fiels - it is required. During create Jira issue from Miro I got an info: “Can’t create Jira issue. Required field (Account) is not supported”. Also I cannot select this field during “configure card fields”, field there is no “Account” position on field (and custom field) list.Why is Account unsupported and how can I find a workaround for this issue?

Cards associated to multiple boards?

Is is possible currently to assign a single card to multiple boards? For my context I have a Story Mapping board with all the project cards. To track a cards progress I would like to also associate it to a Kanban board, is this possible without duplicating the card?

Interactive Mind Map?

Hi everyone!Am very new to Miro and have a quick question to ask of you all!I have just created a mind map to map out a project strategy and was wondering if there was a way when the cursor moved over each item/point, I could add some additional text, a sort of pop-up window of information? The mind map is made of simple 1 or 2 word terms (over 200 such points) and was wondering if there were a way if when one clicked on each object, a small dialogue box or such may pop up or if they simply dragged their mouse over the item? It would be ideal if a window with text and image were possible, but I don’t hold my breath for that...I am afraid there isn’t such a solution, but I thought I might ask the experts out there first if there was something I was missing!Many thanks for any advice!!

Move a Personal Free board to a Work Team Plan

I have a Miro account linked to my personal Gmail account which is on the free plan. My work place has recently signed up to a Team plan and I would like to be able to move the “work” boards I have created in my personal Miro account to my Work Miro account (I have different log ins for my personal and work Miro accounts) so that I can invite and share these with my work colleagues outside of my personal Miro account.I am the owner of the boards I want to move in my personal Miro account but do not have the “move to account” option presented when I click the 3 ellipse dots.Is there any way to enable me to move the boards in my person account to my work account? I’ve tried copying and pasting the content but this doesn’t work either as they need to be in the same browser and you cannot be logged into two different miro accounts in the same browser.

Importing PDF - Errors in font and formatting

When I upload a PDF document to Miro, I noticed that the fonts are different in Miro than in the original document and that formatting is off (e.g. some text that’s on page 1 of the original PDF is showing up on page 2 of the PDF in the Miro board) Thank you! Correction: I just realized the file I uploaded was a .docx file. But I’ll still ask this question about retaining fonts and format for the .docx file type :)

Problem when logged in under multiple accounts

Hi - has anyone come across this problem? I use Miro under two accounts. One is a client’s account. The other is my own account. When I’m logged into my own account and try to upgrade accounts, it seems to think I’m logged in under the client’s account. My client has over 50 users and I have 3 users, but want to upgrade to 15 users. So when I try to upgrade to 15 users, it tells me I need to remove 35 users. I assume it thinks I’m in my client’s account. If anyone has had this experience and knows how to fix it, advice would be greatly appreciated.

Deleting all contents of a board

I am inquiring on how to delete contents from a current board.  I usually use my board to collaborate with students and don’t want to “create a new board” every time I want to use a clean slate.  I cannot find any feature that would allow a simple “wipe the slide clean” option.

Embed a UXPIN simulation preview into a MIRO Board?

Has anyone successfully found a way to embed a UXPIN simulation preview into a MIRO Board?I’ve tried the instructions to use an iframe embed here:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017730993-Embedding-Media-to-Boards?backUrl=%2Fmarketplace%2F%3Futm_source%3Dapp-profile-menuBut all that results in is a frame on the MIRO Board that literally just says “UXPIN PREVIEW” but doesn’t show the preview in the board.We want to be able to actually see the embedded UXPin Simulation in the context of the MIRO board.

Pupil sign in problems

I have a class of 12 year olds, who have tried to follow the link I sent them to join my board.  Unfortunately, they have got confused and have forgotten their passwords, and we can not get them back in as it says that their emails are already in use….How can I get them back?!Many thanks
