When I edit a chart, there is a blank space added to the top of the editable chart. how to get rid of this blank space  

Hi,For Step 3: Exchange authorization code with access token of the Miro OAuth 2.0 authorization flow, does the https://api.miro.com/v1/oauth/token API endpoint support passing the client_id and client_secret values via Basic Auth? We’re currently passing them through via the request body as x-www-form-urlencoded parameters, but would prefer to update it to use the “Authorization: Basic xyzxyzxyz” header instead! I’ve tried to do so using my Insomnia client to generate a POST request to the https://api.miro.com/v1/oauth/token endpoint with grant_type, code, and redirect_uri passed in the body and client_id and client_secret base64 encoded and passed via the Basic Auth header, but am receiving this 500 error in response:  Is this possible? Thanks,Josh

We have a set-up whereby we use the ‘Send to Interactive Display’ feature with our Viewsonic Board. When the host starts the meeting, the facilitator controls are displayed at the bottom of screen, which gets in the way of the material on the Miro board. Is there a way to hide it?

Hello, I deep link alot in Miro using other Miro board links or frames within other boards. Whenever I paste them, they have the same default design of a Miro cover photo, title that says “Sign Up | Miro | Online Whiteboard for Visual Collaboration” and “Scalable, secure, cross-device...” etc. I’d love the ability for this pasted miro link to take the name/title and image of their respective boards as seen in the screenshot. This allows for quicker detectability as you try to scan for the appropriate miro link (Please see attached).  Being able to configure and update the image/title/description for an external link would be great too, especially if the link is a simple URL that doens’t come with an image/title etc. Thanks! 

Hey all. There are several projects that are created by our former HR rep but since she left there isn’t anyone that can see the project anymore. How do I reduce the arrow head? Why is there no such function? In my chart, the arrow head looks huge and takes all the attention. The head does not shrink proportionally with the other elements.I would be glad to have your support.

I can’t seem to be able to connect Slack and Miro. Do you need a paid account to do that? I’m new here but love it so far!

I'm having some problems when using Miro with my students, first of all, I used to be able to create videochats, but now, when they enter my videochats, their board becomes all white and they can't hear me.... I have been using miro for 2 months and this started 3 weeks ago and the temporary solution is for me to enter the sessions that they create, this seems to be fixing it, but it would be great to be able to make videochats again. The second problem is with a specific student: our sessions are always breaking down because her miro shows a sign saying "Our webpage had a problem and it's going to refresh the page" This happens every 5 minutes. Do you have any advice/solution? 

Hey Guys Due to my ADHD I need a solution to bring information into Miro quite fast. The thing is I need to catch very small thoughts or I forget them almost immediately. Therefore I tried integrating newly added Tasks from Google Tasks as cards into a specified frame with Zapier, but that didn't work out. I don't want to pay for another online tool, and the free version of Zapier just gives me one zap every 15 minutes. And even this doesn't work reliable, can't tell why. If it would work, this would be a huge win for me, adding to the already live-changing possibilities Miro gave to me.None of the integrations I looked into so far seem to do what I want from them, just quickly catch my thoughts in every situation, at best within seconds, and putting it on my board, so that I can include it into my workflow later.  

This is the indentation I want. It shows up this way when the box is selected.When the box isn’t selected, the indentation gets flattened.I’m having an issue with text boxes and indentation. I’m trying to represent some pseudo-code, so indentation is really important for readability. One issue is that when I copy/paste indented text from a code IDE, my indentation gets lost in Miro. I have to manually re-indent everything with the space bar. The second and more important issue is that the indentation only seems to show up when the text box is selected. If I deselect the text box, the indentation goes away. 

I have multi page PDFs that I’d like to use within Miro. Upon importing I see the document for a split second as it should be viewed, before it is truncated and becomes unusable.  In my case please imagine a multi page balance sheet with multiple line items spanning the page, and signatures. After importing I get some of the numerical values and the signatures, but the descriptions and notes are gone. I have tried exporting as a PNG  as recommended from another post, but this does not give me visibility beyond page one for any document in the miro board. What’s frustrating here is that Miro gives visibility of my document for about two seconds as it should be viewed, before converting to the truncated version of that document. The document is saved in Miro as both the PDF and PNG retain their content when downloaded from Miro. Please allow multi page high detail PDF documents to be able to be imported properly into Miro. This calendar view shown below is my favorite for long term planning. I would love to have it in a Miro board. Before I embark on creating 365+ little boxes and aligning them, do any Miro wizards out there have any suggestions for how to make something like this?  

I need an ediatble calendar inserted in the board so my team can pick and choose working days with hours selection.I tried to insert Google calendar via link and embed but you see the calendar but not the selection of dates and hours made by the team. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you  

Before integrating google drive with miro, I was able to login into my miro account. Once I integrated google drive with miro, I can no longer see my boards. I sign in and then it prompts with a blank screen with the web address to my boards. Same thing happened in a different browser, I tried microsoft edge and same thing happened. 

Hi, I’m a product management planning to embed Miro board in our website via Boards Picker.I have read your App security guidelines and I’m confused about the requirement：Use OAuth 2.0 authorization.if we use Boards Picker，it seems that we don’t Use OAuth 2.0 authorization，can we publish our app to the Miro Marketplace？I’m looking forward to hear your answer.

Good afternoon, dear Miro team!Today I tried to log into my Miro account through Google. The process went like I was creating a new account. After logging in, all my boards and all my work disappeared.I didn't receive any email notification.How do I recover my account with my boards?

I bought a business plan almost one month ago. It was cost $20 dollars. But now I see that I need to pay $34.82. Why? 

Miro app on mac isn’t working today. If I sign in my account on the website, it works. Is it a bug? How can I fix it? I’ve tried re-installation and clearing cache, but nothing works.

Starting on 11/7 I am no longer able to use the Ctrl+X shortcut to Cut text from Text Boxes. Using Ctrl+X will copy the content allowing me to paste it into another text box or program but it does not remove the content from the original text box. I also cannot right click inside the text box while content is highlighted to cut/copy/paste that way.Has anyone experienced this or know a fix? I’ve tried incognito browser, a different browser, different boards, resetting desktop app cache, logging out and back into desktop app, and restarting desktop app. Are there other things I should try?Thanks for any help or advice!

Dear Miro Community,I found an article in the Miro Help Centre about pasting links on boards:Internal and External Linking – Miro Support & Help CenterI managed only once though.. It worked with a link to another Miro board, and then I had very nice icon. Well done ;)But with some other URL, no way ..
