Description: When adding text to lines, the text wrapping does not function properly. It goes over the edge and extends past where the "text box" should be. For reference, when I first created this board and for many weeks / months after, it worked perfectly. Randomly, it stopped working. Here's an image of it not working:When I update anything on it (for example, let's say I remove that period or add a word), it'll fix it self, shown here:  However, once I refresh the miro board (in browser) it will go back to the broken version. Some more context:Tested in incognito mode, still broken Tested in both Chrome and Firefox, still broken I work in browser, not desktop app Duplicated the board, still brokenFor specifics, I am using a Windows PC on Windows 10, and am using Google Chrome (Version 107.0.5304.107 (Official Build) (64-bit))Here is the miro board btw: 

Hello,I’m new to Miro and am curious if there is a tool or app that will allow me to quickly generate or edit mind maps as an indented list? In other software, a list would compile all the nodes and then I can indent or reorder them as desired to generate new nodes.  

I honestly can’t remember the functionality, but I am getting super frustrated with the face the objects always attach to the “base” frame and not the relevant frame I am working on. ( I attached a screenshot)I am wondering if this a new bug, or feature?if it’s a bug, i’d love for a fix ASAP. If it’s a feature, would to hear any suggestions on how to better utilize the system.  Thanks in advance 

I got the notification “Upcoming scheduled maintenance: Saturday, March 11, 2023, 9:30 (your time), Miro will be unavailable for 2 hours.” That makes the beginning time to be 6:30 AM UTC which differs from the one mentioned in the corresponding article https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731393-Maintenance-statuses Can someone confirm what the actual maintenance time is?

Hi!The new presentation mode lacks the ability to expand the frames into full screen (previously, I would click “present” and then again on the “play” button to reach the full screen mode). Is this true? Such a shame! We’ve been presenting with Miro, and without this feature we will have to go back to using keynote. It’s really much less nice and clean to see the edges of the frame and the toolbar on the left.  Any chance this will be fixed?Thanks!

Hey 👋🏻 As of today, every time I move an object on a Miro board, the frame background greys out, making it difficult to see where I’m moving objects to.Does anyone know why this has happened and how to stop it?Thanks!  

there shoudl be a template or function that brings in a list/tiles/table of team members with other options (bio, info, role, etc) so that you can add it to a board for allocate roles/note attendance etc

Has anyone else had a situation where a board is showing as updated when you maximize (or magnify) the view, but then reverts back to the old version when it goes back to normal size? Also, some of my boards dont even give me the option of updating. I have to delete and then upload again. 

I used a board in a class last semester with the free account, where I sent the public link to the students, and, if I remember correctly, they were able to edit via the public link without registering for Miro accounts. Is this a feature that existed in the past as I am remembering it, and am i right that it looks like this is not something that is possible today? Thansk

So we are going through the process of templatizing a lot of our common items in Miro boards - site plans, tech call outs, and things of that nature - to better share information between departments. We’ve saved out all our primary assets and templates as we needed, but now we want to clear up the Board we created them on to use as a clean, simple sample that can be used as a referenced gold standard for what all boards of this intended use case will look like. This leads us to the million dollar question: “If we delete the frames used as templates, will the templates remain?”And if the answer to that question is  “no”, this follow up:“If we copied our frames and template generations into a different board, would they still be referenced by Miro, or would we need to RE-export the frames as templates?”I’ll be doing some tests myself, but if anyone had any insight that’d be helpful.Our frames have a number of SVG items, shapes, lines, and in some cases images, though we have prevented fr

Is there a way to have an element on a board that would open up a frame in a pop-out (not a different windows)? I don’t want to keep all the visual elements on the board/frame and rather have some of those in a pop-out. Alternatively, a frame that has tabs would work.I know I can link from one element on the board to another but I don’t want that.Appreciate any help.

Hello.I want to upgrade my plan but when I enter information about my credit card, button ‘Purchase’ is disabled.What should I do?

I’m attempting to pay for a starter account and can’t complete the transaction.  I check the Upgrade button, fill in the appropriate required fields (cc, etc.) and when all fields are completed, the blue “Purchase” button remains greyed out and not allowing me to purchase the monthly Starter Plan.  I’d like to pay monthly for 1 member subscription, but it will not allow.  I’ve read other suggestions in the community, but have not been able to get to a paid subscription upgrade.Please advise.Mike

I want to have non-registered Miro users come to my website and use an embedded Miro board but I don't want Miro ads popping up asking them to either sign up or create an account so they could display their real name.  I also want control of the board so I can programmatically set permissions on the board, create the board from a copy of another board, or use the API however else I chose too.  I don't understand what the boardPicker does exactly, I see there's a client ID, so that leads me to think there's some type of authentication that could possibly run a board as a service account.  If what I'm thinking is true, would multiple non registered users be able to interact with the board or are there limitations? Thanks,John

I’m trying to create a Miro board which will be used for several different groups, in which each group has their own section of the board. Is it possible to create a link specific to each group/section so that when guest users receive a link to the Miro board, it brings them to their specific section? Thanks in advance!

I run trainings internally at my company and have heard a few people complaining about the prompt on the bottom of the screen: "Continue collaborating using your real name. Sign up for free". They report there is no way to make it disappear. We run trainings for people who may not have licenses, and while small, I do not like that this banner appears to be persistent. How can my users make this disappear?  Thank you! 

I am a private tutor with my materials on Miro. How do I share my boards with my clients (and previous clients) but make sure they don’t share their accounts with the Internet? I came up with an idea to make them sign in with their gmail accounts (because it’s unlikely they’ll share their gmail accounts with the public). But how to do this? If this idea doesn’t work, is there any chance I could share my boards in a controlable way? I am at the “Starter” package now - no problem I can switch to “Business” or whatever, but I need to make sure this functionality exists there Thank you

Hello everyone, I’d like to know if there’s any way to create a circle packing graphic in miro. I don’t know, maybe a template or some way different than adding circles one by one. A circular packing is a graphic similar to a treemap. Hi all- I’m facilitating a group building a “people’s history” of a major company.We’re looking a tool that enables people to add items along a timeline. For sense-making purposes, we’d need people to be able to tag items in a way that enables searching, sorting, etc. I’m not sure if Miro can support that.Any ideas come to mind? Either Miro templates/features, or other platforms entirely?

Hi, I really hope someone can help me with this:So I am currently have a student membership granted by university, which means that we all share the same "Team". Today I wanted to edit access to my private board in the group, since it showed that everyone from the team can access it. Basically what happened - I got locked out from my own board since I am part of the Team myself. When I try to ask for request to get access to the board - I only get an email on my own email with a link, that forwards me to the same situations and a tab, which says that I need to request access from the owner, which is me... So it is just a never ending loop that I can't seem to fix and that board is incredibly important to me at the moment. Really hope someone can help me with this. 

Please, help! After I click "Present" button the app freezes and there is no way to unfreeze it, only restart the app. What shall I do?

Is it possible to remove an image mask?I want to get back to the original image, but the mask seems permanent. I can change the shape of the mask, but only by removing more of the image. Any help appreciated!
