My company’s malware software detect and alerts about amplifyapp.com, marks it as suspicious activity, and blocks whatever data is being collected. It would be nice to use this awesome tool without that.

+13Our first thought was that a 3rd party Miro web-plugin may be using it. I loaded a board, opened the Chrome developer console, and searched the network tab for “amplifyapp.com”. I had a result, and upon further digging, it was related to my anti-virus software’s Chrome extension. I disabled the extension, but this didn’t remove the call to amplifyapp.com. I removed the extension completely and now I don’t see any calls to amplifyapp.com from my Miro boards. I hope this helps.
