Basically what it says. I’m using dotted lines, and without any input from me, some are turning solid. Yet when I click on them to change them back, it says they’re still on the dotted line setting. I can change them to dashed lines. If I delete them and try again, the line shows up as solid. It doesn’t affect every dotted line, just some.

Hi All,Every one of my members are showing First_Name and First_Name instead of First_Name and Last_Name. This seems to be an SSO/SAML mapping issue. I can’t get a hold of anyone from Miro to help me with it.Any ideas? Thanks!

Ability to Extract | Export Admin Analytics Data via APIOpen

Submitting feature request on behalf of FINRAFINRA is data driven and would like to establish metrics for measuring Miro users as well as how they are using the platform. They would like to have the Admin Analytics data via API for their own analysis. Ideally, they would like to set up an automated process. Without the API, they will have to manually pull the information and/or depend on the Miro account to provide the information.

Enter into a panning modeOpen

I accidentally select objects on the board when I’m trying to to pan the board. I end up moving the objects. In a large collaboration session, it’s embarrassing because it looks like I don’t know how to use the tool. I know to hold down space and then click and drag. It just doesn’t always respond to my commands fast enough.In Mural, there was a hand icon in the bottom right corner that let me switch into a panning mode. I was unable to select any objects while in this mode. I didn’t have to hold down the right click or the space bar to pan. I really miss that feature now that we’ve converted to Miro. Please help me stop looking like a fat-fingered oaf and let me switch into panning mode.

There should be a tag or option for users to select which boards they want to keep without deleting them. They wouldn't be subject to the disposition/retention rule. Currently, we have boards that are only used for viewing/consulting, so they aren't modified.Notifications should also be sent via email or Slack via the Miro app itself. The fact that it's within the tool makes it difficult because not all users frequently log in and check notifications.

Now you need to switch Arrow Mode to view a comment. But it would be good to be able to view it in Pen or Eraser mode as well (it is annoying to switch every time you want to look at comments).

Presentation Notes visible while in Interactive Presentation Mode.

I had planned to use Miro’s interactive presentation mode for my lectures this term. However, the Presentation Notes I set up in the Presenter Note section are still visible on the projected screen. Is there a way to make these notes only visible on my screen and not the frames being projected in Presentation Mode?

Keyboard not working on Safari (Macbook Pro)

After restarting my computer, trying to use my Miro board on Google Chrome, clearing my Cache, and using a private browser, I still cannot use my keyboard in my Miro board. I see my classmates able to use the board fine. I can click and drag text boxes with my trackpad, but anything involving the keyboard - it will not work. The two menus on the top left and right of the page are not able to be clicked on, however, the sidebar tool menu can be clicked on just fine. What is the best way of proceeding? I feel like I have tried everything.

Multiple boards are showing and unable to delete

Today I logged in MIRO, and there are 20+ additional boards showing on my Home screen. None of them is created by me, I think I might be added by someone. I am unable to leave them. Please help. I myself created just one board and that is important but this thing is restricting usage. Please guide how I can remove these boards. In my team there is no one added. Thanks

Cards deleted when dragged into Timeline

Hello everyone,I’ve read that you can drag cards into the timeline, which would be very cool if it worked for me. However, whenever I drag cards into the the timeline, theybriefly appear as a record in the timelinea message pops up saying that a record has been createdand then everything disappears again. :(I’ve tried clearing my cache, using different browsers(Opera and Edge), refreshing, checking for updates, disabling my extensions and the holy grail, turning my device on and off. None of it worked.Thinking the cards where the problem, I fiddled with them as well to the best of my ability: Filling out each category, adding a blank card, making a copy of the full cards and dragging that. I’m not using Jira cards either.I would be very grateful for any advice to help me.Thanks,V

Turning Miro Table rows into Cards

I have a Miro Table I am using to capture feature ideas. As we decide to proceed with these I want to turn them into Miro Cards (and then eventually into Azure Work Items.)I have tried dragging and dropping these from rows onto the canvas and it appears to create a card but I cannot actually do anything with it. The context bar has no useful items like on other cards. Is there anyway to achieve this? Or do I need to create cards and add those to my table instead?

Is a simple bot to screenshot my board allowed?

Hi!I'm planning to use Miro in my development workflow, and since i have noticed that the API doesn't support a simple and quick way to “screenshot” or export a fast overview over a section of the board, I'm thinking of building a small bot that can browse the board and do this automatically (by acting as a user/browser). I'm not planning to execute any actions or let this bot act in rapid succession, just taking a image like this, no more than once a minute. This wouldn't put any more strain on Miro's servers more than another human user would.But, I want to check if this is something that could get me into trouble, or if this would be okay?If this was something that existed as a feature in the API, i would absolutely use that instead. The enterprise “export” feature is overkill for me. I want something quick and i don't need the high quality.Thanks,/Alfred
