My company’s malware software detect and alerts about amplifyapp.com, marks it as suspicious activity, and blocks whatever data is being collected. It would be nice to use this awesome tool without that.

Our first thought was that a 3rd party Miro web-plugin may be using it. I loaded a board, opened the Chrome developer console, and searched the network tab for “amplifyapp.com”. I had a result, and upon further digging, it was related to my anti-virus software’s Chrome extension. I disabled the extension, but this didn’t remove the call to amplifyapp.com. I removed the extension completely and now I don’t see any calls to amplifyapp.com from my Miro boards. I hope this helps.
