Color Picker not working

Can you provide more details of your system configuration at home - is it the same as at your office? Can you try accessing Miro from home using a different method (e.g. different browser or desktop app) and see what happens?

If yes, I have never heard of this until recently and it may be part of something new (or a failed past experiment). 

Hi Kiron, sure I can do that. My home PC desktop has dual screens and here are the summary of my specs: 
Processor:    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz   2.90 GHz
RAM:    20.0 GB
System type:    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch:    Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1070. My PC at work is just a normal PC running with a CPU/GPU. I tried it on my laptop which has a higher spec than my home PC and it worked fine. I’ve been using chrome on all 3 PC but I tried Microsoft age on my home PC and still wouldn’t work. I also that maybe it’s because I have more than one monitor hooked up so I disconnected one of the screen and also still didn’t work. I’m completely stumped. 
 

Hi Johnson, yes it has a “Personal” tag on it. I know I can delete my other one but for some reason I can’t delete the personal one.

Yes, it seems that anyone who does have one of these “Personal Teams” with a PERSONAL board cannot delete it.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I think it’s a little crazy that you can’t in my opinion but not a big deal overall.  

Having the same issue. Unable to move the color pick circle, on all browsers.

Mystery solved by the support team. Their response about the “Personal Team” and “PERSONAL” board:

This is an old type of Free team from back around 2016 when all accounts were "personal", meaning you didn’t have a team, instead you could create boards and share them with guests, rather then add someone to your team and give them the ability to create boards of their own there.

Im trying to do color picker on the red square so i can match the background of the anime character on the left. Theres some artifacts in the picture so i wanted to block it out with that semi/white beige background. 

This is in chrome browser fully updated, windows 11 x64, and the color picker was not changing color to any color despite clicking on any area with the color picker. I will try refreshing the page and report back.
