[POSSIBLE ISSUE] My board is locked automatically without any change
My team consists of three people and we keep working on the board for nearly one month. We use an education plan and it is effective until 2025. But today when I opened the board, after loading, it shows “The board is locked” without any further description. Can you have a look at it?

Thanks for your reply. I read this page before and google the problem. But as I said, I didn’t downgrade my plan (Still Education Plan until 2025) and never move the the board (so don’t move a private board to a free team). Everything happened so suddenly and weirdly. Do you have other solutions?
When you go to the Team profile settings page, what do you see? For example, a Team Admin of an Education Plan should see:
And, from your dashboard, what do you see if you open the Board details modal for the Locked Board (or can you even)?

Yeah, you can see from my screenshots: subscription is still within the Expiration Date and the board is used in the same team.

I found even the miro example “Education Plan Apps & Integration” board is locked.

thank you very much for your support. I havn’t still written to the support team and, as you will write for us, I will not overload them with further requests. If it can be useful, here are my Subscription Details: Plan Education Licenses purchased 100 Licenses allocated 4 Expiration date March 10, 2123 Members: 4 All my boards are located in the Education Plan Team and I also have disconnected my account from any other team.
