Hi. My boards haven't been working for several days now. I can log into the app, the Internet is working well and there is still a lot of storage on the device, but when I click on the board, I just see a gray screen. This is not the first time, I don't know what to do. I tried restarting the Internet and the app.

I have created several diagrams/flowcharts on Miro for use in my academic research. Part of this is soon to be published in a volume of research by Routledge. My understanding is that these diagrams can be used without having to seek permission, but I would appreciate clarity in that regard. Thanks. 

Hi everyone! 👋I'm working on an integration between Miro and a third-party service for validating user data. I'm using webhooks to send information from a Miro board or app, and while the webhook sends successfully, I'm unsure how to handle the response.From what I’ve found so far, it seems Miro does not have built-in support to process or react to webhook responses — meaning I might need to build a backend service that receives the webhook, performs the validation, and then updates Miro via its REST API.Can anyone confirm if this is the correct approach? Or is there a way within Miro (e.g. using apps or SDK) to handle webhook callbacks and update board content or properties automatically?Thanks in advance for any help! 🙏

I have been using miro for months now. I don’t remember my account login however. I only use 2 email-addresses (my own & my university’s, but most likely used my own for this). I made this new account to ask this question, with the same email somehow, I have a link to one of my boards (I think its this one: Miro) but I don’t have access to it. So I sent a request to the owner (me, my original account) which I expected to go to my own email, but I didn’t receive it, so maybe it send the request to my account? Anyway, I need to access my boards again, so any help is welcome please. Edit: I only use free version, so restricted to 3 boards. If it helps, the names of my boards should be “SUMMARIES”, “MICROBIO” and “BA” or “Thesis” or smth like it.

Hi,I used to be able to paste SVGs in to Miro directly but recently it has stopped working and comes up with the error “! File without extension”. Is this an intentional change, or is this a bug?As an example, I used to copy and paste the SVG icons from https://awsicons.dev/ in to my diagrams 

I am writing to request urgent technical assistance with canceling my subscription to your website. Hello community,I am designing a process and I want to have an “info box” - something that I can click on and that will show one or two sentences of information. comment is not suitable card has too many options, I just need to show text flip component is too big and competes with process stageI have created a button and when clicked, it goes to toolkit explanation, but I would really like to have a simple information popup on click. Help ❤️   

I have since downgraded my account to the Free one for several months now and yet I still get charged $20/ monthly.  The site is impossible to navigate when it comes to understanding why I am still being charged and there is no support, except this community site, without being a paying customer.  This is starting to feel like a scam now.  Can someone please get back to me?  I have logged in and left this comment under my account, so you should have my account details. 

Hello!I hope whoever is reading this is doing well.So a project I created on Miro has been deleted, and I can no longer access or recover it myself. I’ve submitted an urgent support ticket through the Miro Support Page. I’m on Miro’s Business Plan.This project was meant for my university professor, who couldn’t access it. It’s a super urgent issue for me since my academic standing depends on it, so I wanted to ask: how long does it usually take for a ticket like this to receive a response and be resolved?From what I understand, there’s no other way to get in touch with customer support - there’s no phone number, right?Many thanks in advance,

The Mouse and Trackpad auto-detection is not working correctly. Most of the time, my mouse is interpreted as trackpad and vice versa.Tested on Mac M1 pro, macOS 15.4.1 (24E263), miro 0.10.96 arm64 desktop app

I have created a table and since Miro does not allow sub-tasks, I added another column so i can later group by the number assigned.  When I go to change display to group, the items in my table groups nicely however my section 10. xxx is now display before my section 2.xxx, 3., etc..  it appears that Miro board does not understand  double digit values???  I see that I could assign it a alphabetic value however that does not align with my sections.  Please advise if this is not possible with Miro?  I want my sections to display each section chronologically by 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, 11,12, 13, etc.. 

Hello,I invited some guests to my Miro board yesterday, and they posted some ideas in sticky notes. But when I logged in again today and the sticky notes have disappeared - all I can see is a few new sticky notes left by other guests today.I don’t know what happened to the previous notes - perhaps one of the guests deleted them? I’ve looked up how to restore deleted objects in Miro Help, but I can’t find any of the buttons it refers to. It says to “click the Open sidebar icon on the bottom-left corner” but it’s not there.I’m using the business plan.Please help - I need to get the content back and ensure no new content goes missing asap!Thank you!Mark

Good morning Miro Community!I saw that it is possible to export a Miro table into Excel easily. This is great, but I want to know if there is more Miro can support!If there is a way to do this the other way around; Excel table export to Miro table. If there is a way to Live update an Excel table with real time info from the Miro table. Hi,two weeks ago my Miro boards stopped loading. Reason is the browser is not trusting mirostatic.com that serves all the board elements (html, javascript). Mirostatic.com seems to have no valid certificate.Error: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID for mirostatic.com - no valid certificateHow to fix this? 

When you move, it has some like inertia, and if you start using the pen tool whilst it is still moving, then it like moves relative to your pen, not your board.

When I move any connection line, it has a movement delay compared to normal drawn lines.

I have set up dot voting on my Miro board, but it appears commenters aren’t able to do this (and can only do this as editors).  Also, the commenters tool bar down the left-hand side only shows a hand and speech bubble?  Whereas I would like them to be able to add sticky notes etc. Please help!  Thanks :-)

I have a Starter plan. When I try to export a frame as an image or as a large PDF, an error appears and it does not export.

since the radius is fixed, at larger sizes it becomes too pronounced for my taste.in other tools the radius can be modified (e.g. lucid),i haven’t been able to spot a way to modify in Miro, am i missing it, or it doesn’t exist?

Hi community!I’ve got a problem with the JIRA cards integration:currently I am part of two Atlassian organisations. When I connect my personal account in the team settings, I get to the “grant access” screen. I select “Organisation B” there - the organisation where I need to create items in. Unfortunately, both instances are added anyway with “organisation a” set as default. Then, I use the “active instance” picker to change to “organisation b”.When I now try to convert an object in to a jira issue, “organisation a” is still targeted.I don’t know whats going on and how to troubleshoot this issue. Did somebody encounter a similar problem?

We’ve just started using Miro at the company I work for in the last 3 months or so, and cannot find a way for our Project Manager to delete others’ boards / projects in our Miro account / team. Based on the documentation I’ve found on Miro’s site, it seems that Team Admins are not really admins at all, as only board owners are able to delete or backup their boards. This makes sense from an ownership standpoint, however, it leaves our workspace cluttered with rogue / old boards. Our Team Admin shouldn’t have to remove the member from the Team entirely just to Administrate their boards, and manually reaching out to these team members occupies time in our work day because many team members are remote. Questions for the Miro Team: Can we get a more granular permission system so those with the Team Admin role can actually, you know, administrate the team / account? Or is this only possible if we have Company Admins through an Enterprise level account? Or will deleting & backing up board

What kind of Microsoft Excel URL do I embed? Where do i get it? does it need to be shared? I’ve tested to copy this options and it dosent work.  The brower URL A Shared link (In Ms Excel Browser; Share > Copy link) Copy Path (In Ms App; file > info > Copy path)    

I am not receiving any emails sent by Miro to my account.I would like to change the email address I am connected to via google (as I changed the mail address and the old one is only available for redirection).

Hy everyone,I am using the “intelligent” roadmap planning template and was wondering if it is possible to rename and/or delete Group names.I created some more groups with better fitting names for my project. The problem now is I still have the default groups “Group 1” to “Group 3” appear in the timeline-view although they don’t have any tasks allocated. Is there a possibility to rename or remove those groups?Also is there a possibility to change the color of the whole group (and all allocated tasks)?Thanks for your help! KR
