If the viewport isn't displaying correctly and you're only seeing scribbles, let’s try to get to the bottom of it together.

To help us understand better, could you please share the following:

• Which viewport are you referring to? Is it the minimap, a specific frame, or your overall board view?

• Is this happening in all boards or just one?

• Are you using Miro in a browser or the desktop app? Which browser or app version are you using?

• Could you upload a screenshot or short video showing the issue?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

1. Clear your browser cache or restart the Miro app if you're using it.

2. Try opening the board in incognito/private mode or a different browser/device.

3. If internet connection is slow or unstable, that might also cause display glitches.

If the issue persists, you can also contact the Miro Support team directly — they can take a closer look with technical logs.
