The technical support team has reviewed the HAR logs provided by affected users. According to them, the issue appears to be local network-related, showing an error code net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
If you're still having trouble accessing Miro, here’s what you can try:
Test Miro using mobile data (without Wi-Fi) to check if it’s an issue with your local network.
If it works on mobile data, the issue is likely with your home or office internet connection or provider.
Try rebooting your main router, or contacting your ISP for further support.
