Hello! Miro doesn’t work 3-4 days already. I’m from Krasnodar region, Russia. My work process suffers a lot.

Can you help me with this problem?

The technical support team has reviewed the HAR logs provided by affected users. According to them, the issue appears to be local network-related, showing an error code net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

If you're still having trouble accessing Miro, here’s what you can try:

  • Test Miro using mobile data (without Wi-Fi) to check if it’s an issue with your local network.

  • If it works on mobile data, the issue is likely with your home or office internet connection or provider.

  • Try rebooting your main router, or contacting your ISP for further support.

We’ll continue monitoring this and will share any updates we receive.
