Hi! I'm having a lot of trouble loading my project board. I'm located in Russia and have tried accessing it both with and without a VPN. I've also tested it in the Miro app and across different browsers. Sometimes the board opens, but other times it won’t load at all.

 

I’ve cleared my cache and followed all the troubleshooting steps listed in your help articles. The board itself is not heavy, and there are only two users.

 

Would it help if I created a new account? Is there anything else I can try?

I have the same problem. It worked in the morning but now it doesn’t

I am also from Russia and I have the same problems. They are also seen in some of my students (but not all). The problem was discovered last Wednesday (11.06.25). Sometimes the board works, sometimes it doesn't. Since we're all from Russia, I think we understand why this is happening.

But here's what's weird. When I log in via VPN, the buttons don't work for me. None at all! If you press "p", the pen will not turn on. Moreover, it cannot even be placed on the toolbar as an icon. If you click on the "plus" button, there is also no pen icon in the drop-down menu (see the picture). Thus, it is absolutely impossible to write on the blackboard.
