Hello.

For about a week now, the Miro site with boards has not loaded at all. Although I can go to the community and status. I am in Russia, I asked about extending my account, I worked with all the boards calmly until the end of May this year, there were no problems.

Now the page is loading endlessly, there is only a moving logo on the screen. As I understand from the forums about the crash of sites in Russia, many have this problem.

All options with clearing the cache, switching to another browser, checking the Internet connection do not work, this was checked first.

Please help to identify the problem and solve it, since I see that the Miro status site indicates that there are no problems, but I can’t find it on my side either, however, access to work and materials is lost.

Today, on June 16, 2025, the problem was partially solved. I now have access to the dashboards' menu, but not to the dashboards themselves. The screen appears gray and empty.

We still don't know what caused this or what to do about it.

What should we do next time if the loading issue occurs? Are there any tips perhaps? I haven't done anything since the last message except try to load the site.

Now I can already access the Miro menu, but I still can't do any work.

UPD: Suddenly, right after I sent the last message, the endless loading problem returned. So there's still no access.
