Dear Miro Support Team,

I’m a teacher from Russia using Miro for educational purposes, and several of my students have recently encountered difficulties accessing Miro boards. Despite having stable internet connections, appropriately sized boards, and correct browser settings, the platform fails to load - while other websites work normally. Some students report that Miro only becomes accessible when using a VPN.

This poses a significant inconvenience, as students are already paying for Miro subscriptions and now face additional costs for VPN services. Could you clarify:

  1. The reason behind this issue (e.g., regional restrictions, technical disruptions)?

  2. Whether this is a permanent change, or if a resolution is expected soon?

We rely heavily on Miro for interactive lessons, and timely resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter - I look forward to your prompt response.

Hi – thanks for sharing these reports.

At this time there hasn’t been any official announcement confirming whether this is an outage, incident, or bug.

That said, I’ve converted your comments into support tickets so the team can look into it further. Once Support reaches out to you, please be ready to share your HAR logs — these will help with troubleshooting.

Appreciate your patience while this is being investigated. I’ll keep an eye on this as well.
