I could export backups for my board before but for some reason it is no longer possible. I have tried both the regular backup board button and to export a pdf but they just load and then nothing happens. I have tried 3 different browsers, including one with zero extensions etc that could interfere. I am under a paid plan.

 

Also is there no way to actually contact Miro support?

Thanks for sharing the details — and I appreciate that you’ve already tried different browsers and setups.

Since you’re on a paid plan and the export options (both backup and PDF) aren't working at all, this might be a technical issue that needs closer investigation.

 

I'll go ahead and escalate this to the Miro Support team so they can look into your account and board setup directly. You should receive an email from them shortly — feel free to reply there if you have any extra details to share (like the board name or if it’s happening with multiple boards).
