Good afternoon! Today I got a billing - 20 $ because Miro was used by me and one more user. The second user won’t use Miro anymore, I deleted him. Why the bill is still 20$? If this month only 1 person (me) will use it.

It sounds like the second user was removed from the team, but the paid seat associated with them wasn’t removed in your Billing settings. When a member is removed, the license remains active unless it's manually adjusted.

 

Since the charge already occurred, I’ll convert this post into a support ticket so our billing team can take a closer look and assist you further.
