Hi Miro Team,

I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with a persistent issue in your slide feature. When I'm creating slides and add a new row of frames beneath an existing one, Miro automatically shifts that new row to the top of the presentation. This completely breaks the logical flow of the slide deck and severely affects usability.

Please review this behavior while in presentation mode, and fix this logic so that frames are kept in the order they are laid out on the canvas — top-to-bottom, left-to-right, unless intentionally rearranged by the user.

This issue is not just a small inconvenience — it's a significant blocker when working on client-facing materials or internal pitches.

Looking forward to a resolution soon.

Best regards,

@manhlife I have tried to reproduce the issue from your description but either (a) I am not understanding you or (b) it is not an issue using my configuration (i.e., Windows 11 with Chrome).

What OS and client are you using (e.g., a browser? Which one?).

Can you share a screen recording of the issue? Loom is free and quite easy to create and share recording.

Reporting the Issue to Miro via a Support Ticket

If you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020185799-How-to-contact-Miro-Support#h_01F010RXA0E1S9C0WFQYX75R6C

If you do open a ticket, if would be helpful for the rest of the Community if you could update this post with the outcome.
