failure in cancelling the subscription

Dear [Miro Support/Team],

I intended to cancel my subscription before the end of the free trial period. However, I was unable to do so successfully, and the renewal was processed at around 12:00 AM on the scheduled billing date.

I kindly request your support in canceling the subscription and ensuring that no charges are applied to my account.
