Hello everyone! I have embedded a Miro board into my web app and have a button that modifies the iframe’s dimensions in order to show/hide the board. IF the Miro board is visible on page load, then resizing does not impact the board and it works perfectly. However, if the Miro board is off screen on page load, it shows up on resize with all text elements vertically shifted down one line as seen in the screen shot below. I tried to investigate the way that text elements are rendered on the Miro canvas but it’s quite a complex code and I got lost in the inspector. Any idea what may cause this issue? Sorry for asking this to the community, but I don’t know where to ask…I’m have some charges from Miro during the month of April and May:20/04/2021 / Doc 771 / 25,12 20/05/2021 / Doc 826 / 24,61However, I don’t see the invoices yet. Where can I find those invoices?And Miro says: “Next payment will be automatically collected from this card. Next billing is due on 17/6/2021 for $364.24.” Many thanks in advance.

Hello Community,Does a single Miro board have limitations in terms of:-how many images can be pasted on it? videos? other objects?-how much content (overall wight/size) can be placed on one board?-does load/refresh time of the board depend on how much content is on it?Thanks,Gene 

Hello,Form what I gathered with the free plan anyone in a team can see all boards. Currently, it’s only me in my team (and I’m planning to keep it that way because I don’t own a company, I’m just a student), but the scary thing is that when I try to add teams, I see there are some public ones with boards which all of a sudden I, a complete stranger, can modify.What I’m basically scared of is that my boards, too, can somehow be accessed by a random stranger just because mine is a free account.How do I prevent strangers from becoming members of my team is basically what I’m trying to get at?Thanks to anyone who will respond

Hi, I have been editing the board on my desktop. When I switch it over to my laptop, the whole board is pixellated. Not sure if I’m being blonde or whether it might be a rendering issue. Is it impossible to use Miro in Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome? If yes, is there any function that we cannot use or all of it is the same as Chrome?

Anyone know where I can find the Gantt chart in this Miro article as a template?The embedded chart is here (view only) It look significantly better than the current “Gantt Chart template” Miro provides in its standard templating but I can’t track it down anywhere and I have struggled to recreate it properly (grids doesn’t want to cooperate)

Hi, all,I’ve been using horizontal lists of sticky notes when ordering items.However, when I step away from Miro and then return, the sticky notes have been reordered (ex: the bottom sticky note is now at the top). I did nothing to request this. When I put the sticky notes back into their correct order, Miro will move them around again when I exit the screen and return. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it from happening?I’m on a MacBook Pro running Big Sur. Thanks. 

I am using an iPad Pro 12.9, the Magic Keyboard with built-in touchpad. I would expect the same experience with a Macbook Touchpad. This is not the case. Two finger gesture does not move the canvas.  Two finger pinch does zoom in/out only erratically. I’ve tried the different navigation settings mouse, trackpad, touchscreen but there is no difference.  Tried in:miro native app Safari browser Chrome browser Firefox browseron iPadOS 14.4.2, latest version of miro app.  

While I was studying I created a Miro board, worked on it for over a year. The project I had been working on, my graduation project.  I had my account linked to my academy account. Unfortunately I graduated and my university disabled my account without a notification so I couldn’t change the email on the account.  Who can I contact to try SAVE my project? I’m so desperate, if anyone knows.

I’m seeking help:- the videos in google drive are embedded on the miro board by iframe code. but the videos did not play on mobile device browsers after sharing.

I want to help my 8 year old granddaughter in Brazil with her maths, so anything I set up needs to be fairly simple for her to interact. She is house bound because of the severe COVID-19 restrictions in Sao Paulo. Her dad can help her out to get started, but ideally she should be able to run with the maths lessons by herself.So has anyone had a similar experience and can suggest any of the Miro resources where I should start?I should note that I am a new user of Miro, although have plenty of experience with various Mind Map software packages. 

Hi,We’re using Jira intensively on a large scale, and there’s a lot of interest in using the jira-cards integration from basically everyone. One worry is that we might be generating a lot of issue updates that will fire the webhook and update the cards in Miro. We’re not seeing problems now with the few teams integrated, but when all our Jira instances have an integration to Miro, we’ll be looking at tens of thousands of updates per hour to Miro’s Jira cards. So my question is: How much can Miro take? Is there a rate limit with incoming webhooks, similar to the REST API limits mentioned here ? We have the possibility of limiting the issues that trigger updates, because we’re not using the basic Jira webhooks (we’re using Automation), so we’d like to know if there are limits, and if so, how many webhook calls are allowed per time period? Are the limits per team,

While in Chrome (the app works), nothing on the board is interactable. As you will see in the video, the buttons on the interface works but i can’t interact with the actual board and this includes navigation. I have opened new links, refreshed the website, toggled navigation modes, close chrome down completely and opened it again, but nothing works.See Example:Chrome and Miro Issue

Hallo,ich habe bisher mit einer anderen Tafel gearbeitet, die leider nun in miro aufgeht.Hier vermisse (oder übersehe?) ich die Möglichkeit auf der Tafel eine zweite (dritte, ….) Seite zu erstellen. Das finde ich übersichtlicher als alles auf eine große Seite zu schreiben. Und jedes Mal einen neuen Link mit einer frischen Tafel zu erzeugen ist auch etwas umständlich.Lässt sich das auch bei miro umsetzen?GrußOle

Hello, We have a few question on GDPR and DPA (Data processing agreement). The US-EU privacy shield has been invalidated recently by the EU court of justice. Unfortunately, in your DPA you are still referring to this shield… but even more than this, in its decision, the European court of justice imposes the Data processors to indicate which supplementary measures are taken to ensure a good level of data protection next to the SCC. We tried to contact your DPO at privacy@miro.com to discuss this as it’s not mentioned in your online documentations but we still have no reply so far. Could someone support us here as it’s important to be GDPR compliant. Many thanks for your support!

My-ro or Mee-ro? Everyone at my office says it differently.

I’m trying to structure a quite complex project, which would get too messy using a simple flowchart. I would like to link each main card/shape to a frame that contains the subcontent/children of them.What I mean by that, is that I would start with a high-level overview of the process, when clicking on a card/shape, it would go to the different frame that contains the sublevels of the parent (that was clicked). For example:I have “Awareness” and “Discovery” and the high-level cards, and I would like to have a separate frame that contains the flowmap of just “Awareness”, and link the “Awareness” card to it so it’s easy to find. I hope that makes sense! How would you go about structuring this? Thanks in advance!
