Is there anyway to add multiple pages with the upgraded version of Miro? I don’t want to upgrade unless it has this feature. 

Hi guys,  I just done my first SSO integration on miro and noticed after SSO enable. The option of “Login with Google” still available in user profile. What would happen if I enable it? Will I be able to login with google as well as SSO? If so, it sounds like a security hole.

Hi, I am a free plan user and I just changed one of my boards (within the board) to view only. Now I don’t find to change from view to edit :( Is this a bug? Can anyone help me to recover the editable version of the board? Thanks a lot

I’ve noticed that I can’t go full screen on some Miro boards that I have embedded into Notion. I don’t know what the problem is. As far as I can tell, there is no difference in the settings between the boards.

HI,I’m looking for a way to store files in a more conventional folder style, but which I can link to the visual style.SO I can house a bunch of say photos and select them by title rather than lay them all out on a frame and go looking. which is cool but not always suitable. I know I can connect googleDrive or something, but I wondered if it might be something that Miro could handle ?thanks:)

In the Users - menu, when I click Edit user info for someone who is a full member I do not see an option to change them from full to free member. How do I change them back to free?

Hey,We’re planning to make a Miro video tutorial for the workhshop participants with common technical problems. What issues did you encounter with your participants?Mine are- Zooming in a browser (+/-%) instead of inside Miro- Not being able to double click and edit pre-made empty post-its- Using touchscreen navigation settings, while using a mouse (ends up in “flying” elements. I try to lock things as much as I can, but still.. it happens).- Mixing up post-its and square elements    

Is anyone aware of any short (2-5 minute) videos for workshop attendees not familiar with Miro to get familiar with it? Ideally we’d ask the attendees to watch this video before the workshop and give them an opportunity to play with a board a bit to minimize time spent during the workshop on this. It really just needs to include the basics of navigating the board and creating/editing stickies.Thanks!

Hi,I followed all of the instructions I can find about deleting an account (I simply want to try again from scratch). I registered with AppleID where it creates a unique email address for this account that is ‘supposed’ to be routed by Apple to my ‘real’ email.Every time I delete the account, it tells me will receive a confirmation email. I never get that email. I double checked the settings in my AppleID account and it clearly shows that the anonymous Miro email is registered and should be routed to me.Any ideas?Thanks,David

As a “Company Admin” (on the “Consulting Plan”) and as a “full member” of a “team”, it’s super annoying that I can see the sharing settings of a “board” in a “team” that I don’t own and that the board owner hasn’t given me write access to.As a “Company Admin” in the team’s “team” settings I can remove access to all boards in the team from outside of the team on a blanket basis but that’s a “sledgehammer” solution.  I’d like to be able to manage access to team boards from external users on a more fine grained basis.Is there a way to do this?

Something has changed in the settings, and now the step with which the scale of my board changes is just huge. What is interfering with the work

Does anyone know if it is possible to edit tags after they’ve been created? Or does one have to delete the old tag, create a new tag, and apply the new tag as needed?

Hi all,I was invited to Miro, and put into two different teams. My profile doesn’t have premium.For some reason I now cannot create a board of my own, as I can’t “escape” the teams I’m on - each time I try to make my own board, it assumes I’m doing it as part of the other teams, rather than a personal board?

Hi,I would liked to curve my text so that it would follow the outline of a circle. What I can do now is this: Uncurved textAlternateively, be able to make a png picture of a curved text in Word and then import it as a picture file. Then I could possibly make it wok even though it’s a work around.

Hi, I’ve been creating a user story map using ‘User Story Map Framework’ template.After revealing and expanding the user stories for multiple releases, the user story map becomes quite large in Miro. Is there a way to hide a release in the user story map? or, is the only way to clean up is to delete the whole release once it is done? Andie

Hi - I see the notice to resize my screen from the browser - but I have done this repeatedly and the icons (sticky notes) stay the same size. I can’t find a control in Miro to adjust this, and I can barely see the text in the sticky notes - on my 24” screen.It’s probably a simple thing - can you help? Randy

Hi,The frames for shapes  don’t scale proportionally when I resize. Resizing to small makes them wide and resizing to big makes them small. This makes iit annoying to resize and scale as I need to adjust things or require everyone to work at 88 % zoomed in.Here is a video of scaling frames for different shapes: 

I am experiencing an easily reproducible crash when using the Windows app and it appears to be related to word-wrap happening on a Note and then typing at the end of the line after backspacing. This happens to me many times every day (I presume because I am a terribly inaccurate typist) and is incredibly frustrating.To reproduce:Create a new note on a board. Type “Uses Duo Heir” (this should wrap to three lines). Realize you’ve once again mistyped ‘hierarchy’. Hit backspace three times. The line will now unwrap back to the second line. Type ‘i’ in an effort to actually spell a word correctly. The app will freeze up and then crash.Please let me know if there’s a better way to report this. It’s slowly driving me mad.

After creating the board and collaborating on it, it was no longer possible to name cards. Occasionally it  worked, but 99% of the time I tried to add one no text could be filled in.Cards could be added but text input was impossible. Cards could be opened in the detail view, it was possible to edit the title and description, but those could not be saved. 

Where is the “Hey! Introduce yourself on a board" gone???? See picture attached?We need people to give their names without being forced to sign up (of which many are hesitant to do given the privacy issues) 

Don’t know what happend but Miro works extremely slow starting from last weekend. My friends have the same issue. Please help to understand and fix it. Thank you

Just wanted to flag this, but I have a new M1 Mac and when I try to log into Miro via the plugin (so I can sync stuff), it immediately crashes. I can probably run Sketch in Rosetta to avoid this, but then I lose the performance gains. Right now I’ve just been exporting and uploading to Miro separately, but hoping you can update the plugin in the near future!

HII want to remove some Active users from the Team. Will their Boards be deleted if I delete a User?What happens if I make them a “Non Team User”
