What happened? I lost one entire team with boards. Free ccount, what can I do? I can’t see trash

I am attempting to test a simple Web SDK 2.0 app that listens for changes to rectangles and makes calls to a REST API.  I cannot get the app to appear on the Tools, Media and Integrations menu.ATTEMPT #1:I figured that, since I did not create any UI elements, I did not need anything as heavyweight as Vite.  So I just wrote index.js with my code, wrote a simple index.html (that loaded miro.js in <head> and index.js in <body>) and served up index.html as a static from an Express server.  After a couple days of struggling, I reverted to …ATTEMPT #2:Fine, I’ll carry the overhead of Vite.  I used create_miro_app to create a template Vanilla JS app, and I overwrote the sample index.js with my own.  The only other change that I made was switching the port in vite.config.js from 3000 and 3001.  My app still does not appear under Tools, Media and Integrations.  What could be missing?

I am a Ukrainian user currently using Miro and I wanted to ask about a possible free or special subscription for Ukrainians.I have seen some information online and from other users that Miro previously offered free or extended plans for Ukrainian users. I would like to kindly ask whether such a program still exists or if there are any special conditions or discounts currently available for Ukrainian users.I would really appreciate any clarification or guidance on this matter.

It not only provides an opportunity to engage interactive tools, use versatile visuals for better explanation, but also enables effective teaching and learning under any circumstances. I've learned that Ukrainian citizens may be eligible for free access to Miro's subscription plans. I've been using a free plan for a while now and would appreciate any guidance on how to change to an upgraded version, so it will be possible to involve more students into working on the same board simultaneously.Thank you in advance for any further assistance you can provide and for this extremely beneficial initiative for Ukrainian educators. Hi, on my board we use a table to house a backlog which makes up the roadmap for our product dev team. it is made up of Epic’s and features. Usually we can set the feature as a sub record of the Epic and it nests under this until you use the drop down to show it. That feature seems to has disappeared so we now just have a long list of items. Can you help tell me why? 

ERDs don’t have the 3 dots to drag and drop rows and columns. How can I move rows/columns in ERDs?

I am a teacher and I am trying to use my free Miro account with my students but when I share the whiteboard with them, it asks them for their email address. Is there a way to have them see and use my whiteboard without asking for their email address? 

Hello,I would like to cancel my subscription. I am not using Miro — I only created one file to test it with my team, but due to the participant limitations we couldn’t proceed, so I stopped using the tool. Unfortunately, I’m now trying to cancel after the trial period has ended, and the system won’t let me do it.I haven’t used the application at all after that initial attempt and switched back to my usual tools like Google Docs, which work fine for me. Could you please help me cancel the subscription and ensure I’m not charged further?Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, I have always added templates to a board through the option on the left toolbar in the boards, however this option is not shown to me anymore for a few weeks already. I use the free license (so I join boards with a password).I could see that this option is now only available to users who have a license.I can see the templates from the dashboard, for example, but this is available for adding a template directly when creating a board. On existing boards, this option isn't there anymore.Was this feature removed from the free license users?

I am trying to solve the issue of not being able to Upgrade my account and I tried to remove people from my team, however I am not even able to do that. Clicking on Delete does nothing. Can anyone help please? 

In presentation mode, if a object is selected using Select (V) option. And then if we hover the mouse on the object there is a blue box. What is this box and how to get rid of it? It doesnt appear in edit mode. I think this is happening ever since i updated the app yesterday Dec 3 2025

Hi everyone, Is it possible for a user to be authenticated/signed-in within a Miro live embed without being signed in on miro.com itself?In other words, can the live embed handle its own authentication flow independently from the main Miro web app? 1. Im using the live-embed with a direct link from the docs example `https://miro.com/app/live-embed/${boardId}?autoplay=true` in an iframe. However if there is any other way of embedding that achieves what i want i can use that as well. Don’t care about the “how”2. I would like it so that when the frame is loaded, it is authenticated and miro account is automatically logged in. It’s for internal use case, it’s going to be one account and we have the credentials, so that’s not a problem. 3. Yes4. Both cases. There are some type of boards that can be accessed anonymously(read-only) and by authenticated member(point no: 2 above).

I am facing this issue  after updating the app yesterday Dec 3 2025.  When i try to write fast in presentation mode and try to create shapes ( like writing a number and a small circle around it)  the shapes comes out to be distorted. There seems to be some lag in pen response. Its happening both on browser and in the app.  It works fine in editing mode but presentation mode is acting wierd. Update: I deleted all the existing content in the board and now it seems fine. Will try again with a board that has some content already written. 

Hi everyone,I’m a teacher using a Huion H640P pen tablet, and for the past two weeks I’ve been facing a consistent problem: the pen stops drawing in proper way only in Present Mode.Here are the key details: The pen works normally in Editing mode and Full Screen mode. The issue happens only in Present Mode. It appears on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). It happens on multiple OS (Ubuntu and Windows). After about minutes in Present Mode, the pen stops drawing or the strokes disappear. Switching back to Editing mode immediately restores normal pen behavior. This started approximatly 2 weeks ago. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue — or if the Miro team can confirm this is a known bug — please let me know.

I have a starter plan. Last month I was charged 12 euros (taxes included), and this month it says I will be charged 13,48 euros plus taxes. I don’t understand why. I made sure that there’s only one full member (myself), so why is the price sudddenly getting higer?

hiI can't access Miro files from Google Drive. It takes me to the dashboard

Miro is hijacking the shortcuts I typically use to toggle between tabs in my browser on Mac. For instance, if I want to check an email in tab 1, I hit command + 1 expecting to see my inbox but instead the miro board just zooms out to the stratosphere.

Hi. I’m new to Miro, but not a complete novice. Others seem to have similar problems. I’m unable to type in stickies because when I try to type into them the short cuts get activated, and then all sorts of crazy things happen (new frames are created; connection lines are created; and other features).  I’m using a Mac with Chrome, but I’ve tried this on Safari as well. Same problem.  Can anyone tell me how to disable shortcuts?  I can build no problem. But using Miro--as a participant--is impossible.  Thanks,John.
