Hello everyone,

I’ve lost access to a Miro board and need help recovering it. Here are the details:

  • Original link: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVIzm9ghs=/

  • When I open it, I get “Board does not exist” (it may have been deleted or never existed).

  • I’m on the Free Plan, so I don’t have version history or paid features.

  • Steps I’ve already tried:

    1. Logged in with the correct account (Google)

    2. Switched between all my Workspaces/Teams—no sign of the board

    3. Checked the Trash (https://miro.com/app/boards/trash/)—it’s not there

    4. Cleared all filters in my board list—still nothing

    5. Pasted only the BOARD_ID into a “clean” URL (https://miro.com/app/board/BOARD_ID/)—no change

  • I didn’t export a PDF/PNG beforehand, so I have no local backup.

Does anyone know how I might restore this board? Could a moderator or Miro staff check the internal backups and help me recover it?
