I’m trying to upgrade my plan but after putting in my credit card the ‘review order’ part is still greyed out and I can’t click it. I’ve tried multiple working credit cards.

@Chance Glasco A common issue is when someone is trying to upgrade a plan to less paid seats than there are members. For example, this person had four team members but was trying to upgrade to only two licenses:

In this scenario, they needed to either 

  1. Remove two team members
  2. Just set up a new paid team for themselves and the other member and then
    1. Add that other member to the new team
    2. Move any boards to the new team space
