I'm reaching out to let you know that we recently canceled our annual subscription, which was automatically renewed in May. We made this decision because the platform has not been meeting our needs as expected over the past few months.
Since the cancellation happened shortly after the renewal, we would like to ask if it’s possible to receive a partial refund for the amount paid.
