"Miro" doesn't work.Endless loading.The problem has been going on since yesterday (10.06.2025)

I saw that many people have this problem. Will it be fixed? Or can I forget about this service?

At the moment, I don’t see any incidents reported on the Miro status page. You mentioned that others are experiencing the same issue — could you please share a link to the thread or post where it was reported?

Also, have you had a chance to try any basic troubleshooting steps yet? For example:

  • Clearing your browser cache

  • Trying a different browser or using incognito/private mode

  • Restarting your device

  • Testing on a different network or disabling VPN temporarily

Let us know what you’ve tried so far — happy to help you dig into it!


I can give you a link to the site, https://downdetector.su/miro. It's really all in Russian, I hope that's not a problem.Yes, I cleared the browser cache, but it didn't help.Tried from different browsers on different devices, still doesn't work. I didn't use VPNhelp, please :)

My MIRO also doesn`t work. I tried using mobile date, different browsers and vpn siervice, nothing helped

Good afternoon. The app has been down for 2 days now. The browser managed to log in only under VPN, but to my surprise, the browser then works without VPN until the PC restarts. My students can't get on their board. Russia, Kazan, 12.06.2025

The app has been down since yesterday, I’ve already cleared the cash and restarted all the devices ;(


The program hasn't been working for the last two days either.


Same problem. Students can’t open their boards, but for me (in Portugal now) every thing works fine.

Krasnodar, Russia here, Miro hasn’t been loading for around 2 days, both the site and the app. Any updates? 


Same here! It’s been 4 days already. The board works with vpn on, as I remember, it was said on behalf of Miro Board that the app would be available in Russia. I’m from Krasnoyarsk, the boards won’t load and the same thing is happening with my students. 
 


I’ve been unable to access my Miro account for the past two days, and all my important work is stored there. I’ve tried troubleshooting (e.g., refreshing, clearing cache, checking login details), but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible?


Same problem, can’t reach the board on 13th June 2025 and yesterday 12th June. VPN doesn’t help at all. Krasnodarskyi region. Any ideas, colleagues?


Interestingly, for my students in Moscow and Warsaw  everything works fine. 
Is this the issue on our end or Miro’s? Will we be able to at least get our docs from the boards? 


not 100% sure if it is the same problem but in the app the Boards turn grey after a while and reloading is not possible. I need to close and re-open the app multiple times a day because of that. really annoying. its going on for around 2 weeks now. maybe closing the tab in the app and reopen the board would be working but wouldn’t be less annoying….-.- And I’m not in Russia I’m in Germany

The board doesn’t work again. What is going on? Can sombody fix it?


It worked in the morning but now it fails to work again


I can see the board and all the objects on it but I can't see the taskbar, I can change the contents of the board but only with the right mouse button and keyboard shortcuts


It worked with some problems last week but has fully stopped. I can only see the loading page
