Hello,
I’ve been trying to access my board for almost 24 hours now, but unfortunately, it won’t load. All I see is an endless loading screen.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your assistance and a prompt response.

Well, I can’t answer your question - that’s the bad news. But . . . if you are new to Miro, you should know that from time to time strange things can happen, because a lot of the action is cached in your browser. So if you haven’t tried it: trying from a different browser - trying from “private” mode or “incognito” mode - or, doing a forced browser reload (e.g. cmd-R on Mac Chrome) can sometimes - many times - help.

But if THAT doesn’t solve it, and if you have a paid license, I am sure Miro support could help out!

Since your post was a couple of days ago, I just wanted to check — is the issue still persisting on your end?
