Extracting PDFs had been smooth and fast, despite having more than 50 pages to extract, sometimes more than a hundred, until today. I tried extracting PDFs today, but the extractions had been very slow and some pages are missing. Sometimes it shows an error, forgot the exact text, but it has something to do with the type (document), if I remember it right.

I never encountered this error in the past. What could be the cause of the error and the slow extraction, and how can it be solved? I need to do this thing multiple times in a day on a daily basis for my work.

@Phylla Magallanes I have not run into this myself lately, and I do extract a lot of PDFs (hence why I created the MultiFrame app for framing all of the pages I extract.

If your set up has not changed, i.e., you are suing the same OS and client (e.g., browser), and the PDFs are the same (or similar) that you always use, but are now receiving errors, then it should be invested by support to determine what may be causing the issue.
