My Miro doesn’t work as well, I’m from Yakutsk, Russia. The problem is that I have a paid subscription, have been using Miro for 4 years now and I store all my materials there.
Could you kindly answer if Miro continues work in Russia? If no, we should be told so immediately.
Same. I have 2 board. One board can access but another one endless loading and the side tools not visible. Please let me know the issue. It was fine last week. I manage to access the board using igcognito mode once yesterday. But the remaining try cannot
It’s working since yesterday evening, thank you very much everyone

One user has confirmed that their internet provider was throttling specific protocols that Miro uses, which caused the loading issue. Once they contacted their ISP and explained the problem, the provider lifted the restrictions — and Miro started working again.
This aligns with what the technical support team has seen in HAR logs as well: a net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
error, which suggests a local network or provider-level issue, not a platform-wide outage on Miro's side.
What you can try:
Test Miro using mobile data or a VPN to see if it works outside your usual network.
If it does, consider contacting your internet provider directly and reporting that some protocols used by Miro (such as WebSockets or WebRTC) might be restricted or throttled.
You can also reboot your router and test again to rule out local configuration issues.
Thank you all for your collaboration on this, and we’ll keep monitoring the situation.
