Hi, I would like to lock the location of some components on my board (roadmap template) but still allow people to edit the text inside the component (of which the position should be locked). Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!    

I have never set up password for this account, now I don’t have an option to set one, and I need password to change email.

I have been working in Miro for a long time and have built a simple game using layered graphics and text that are revealed as the user progresses. Recently, when zooming far out, Miro displays small gray squares/dots representing objects that are hidden beneath other elements. This behavior did not occur previously. Is there a way to disable this visual indicator?Here is an image that shows the issue - see all the small grey dots on the green building. 

Hi everyone,I’m looking for a way to secure my board content while maintaining interactivity. I have two specific scenarios I need help with:1. Visitor Access (via link): I want to grant Visitors editing access (so they can move elements and write). However, I need to prevent them from: Duplicating the entire board to their account. Downloading/Exporting the board (as PDF, image, etc.). Copying individual elements to other boards. 2. External Facilitators: If I invite an external Facilitator to the board who is not part of my team/workspace, can I also restrict them from downloading or copying the board and its elements, even if they need full editing rights to run the session?My questions: Is it possible to separate "edit rights" from "copy/download rights" for these roles? Which Miro plan do I need to access these granular permission settings?  If this is not officially foreseen, can you think of any workarounds? Thanks in advance for your insights!

Also need your side to collaborate with Browzwear team.we selected all the fields we need to export for the styles, but can’t be exported. we selected all the styles and successfully generated all the style images to the white board but when we tried to export to csv, only style ID show on the excel file without any images and style details we selected. How can I extend my education plan?I’ve received an email saying my education subscription is expiring and that“If you're still a part of an educational institute, apply here to extend your Educational Plan...”But that link is broken and gives error "1c6fbbfc-2fe6-448d-8f7b-8611ee21d82e"Since I can’t reach the site through that email can someone tell me what the process is to extend the education plan? I have looked this up on Miro FAQ and can’t find any information regarding this (except applying for a new plan).Kind regards, A

Hello Miro Support Team,I am working on a shared customer Miro board and am unable to tag certain members from their team. When I use the @mention function, their names do not appear in the list.Could you please help investigate the possible cause and advise how this can be resolved?For context: I am able to receive tags from those members, but I am unable to tag them Other team members can be tagged normally Only specific members are not appearing in the @mention list Please let me know if you need the board link or screenshots. Pls see screenshot for easy ref.

I previously used Miro without any issue. I decided to fire it up again under a free account but don’t see any boards listed. I may have removed them, I honestly don’t remember. I tried to create a new board but the option +Create New is not available. The entire dashboard is empty of any data or function (image attached). I’m not part of any teams that I am aware of; free plan. Probably need someone at Miro to check my account to confirm I am not on any teams and I am not blocked (maybe I had too many boards before and it locks?). 

I would like to cancel my subscription but it seems to not be anywhere on your website on how to do it which is really quite poor on your part. How do I go about this please?

I can't pay for a monthly subscription for starter plan, i’ve tried to use 2 different cards (Visa, Poland and Lithuania) and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me.

Hi,I’m using the Mind Map tool in Miro In the past, when I worked on my mind maps, I remember being able to control the text more fully (including alignment and a larger text toolbar, similar to the regular Text object). Now, when I select a mind-map node, I only see the shortened toolbar (color, bold, link, highlight etc.), and there is no option to change text alignment (right/left/center) for the nodeswhat happned?

I have a table that I use to monitor the activity of the team. We create cards for each subject, drag them down to the table, or sometimes drag a line from a table to creat a card and then move it to a Miro Kanban. Recently, we wanted to add some visibility to other people in the company and have made synced copies of the table. We also agregated cards coming from various miro boards and dragging the to our now ‘main’ table to aggregate all activities. We also moved the table to a specific layer. This is where things started to go wrong and I can’t find how to sole it : I no longer have the dots appearing at the left of a line to drag it and convert it to a card. This is a big issue for us. Copy and paste of the table in a fresh board with no syncing does not solve this. Any idea about how to go back to a normal behaviour ? also less annoying but still an issue the table is saying we have like 10 synced views now while in fact there is only 1 remaining. Hey support, I need some help canceling my subscription, and I’m running into two issues: random users: there are people in my business team I didn't invite. I think they were added by mistake. unpaid fees, because of those extra seats, the system says I have unpaid fees and won't let me cancel. Since the cancellation is failing, your system keeps retrying my card almost daily.Could you please clear those users and cancel the subscription for me? Thank you for your assistance!

My employee started a Miro Board (as a Team Admin). She left the company last year, no longer works for us and I don’t have access to her email. We would like to transfer the Team Admin role to my email and also purchase a paid subscription going forward. What are my next steps or What options do I have to do this? Hi,I got an email for my education Miro account to renew the account for the next year. However when I click on the given link, I get an error message. Then the website redirects me to the homepage of the miro website. I had the same problem in december. Its annoying that it keeps occuring and I can't fix it myself.My account needs to be renewed before 11-1. Can someonebody please help me? I don't want to lose all my boards…

Hey,till a few weeks ago Miro’s text scaling when resizing existing shapes was the following:- when resizing a single shape, the text size would not change. When scaling uniformly (SHIFT + dragging a corner), the text would become larger or smaller relative to the size of the shape.- when resizing multiple shapes (multiple shapes selected, then resize) the text would scale proportionally. When scaling uniformly, the whole "Look" of the transformed shapes would be the same before and after scaling, because the text scaled accordingly.I loved that feature, because when giving people their fixed size (to keep the board tidy and comprehensible in complex projects) frames to design flowcharts etc, they could easily resize their diagrams to fit the given space without having to deal with text overflow messes (and it lead to all kinds of weird font sizes across my boards, even ones beyond 999), but recently something changed which seems to break this (at least for me).
