Miro is hijacking the shortcuts I typically use to toggle between tabs in my browser on Mac. For instance, if I want to check an email in tab 1, I hit command + 1 expecting to see my inbox but instead the miro board just zooms out to the stratosphere.

Hi. I’m new to Miro, but not a complete novice. Others seem to have similar problems. I’m unable to type in stickies because when I try to type into them the short cuts get activated, and then all sorts of crazy things happen (new frames are created; connection lines are created; and other features).  I’m using a Mac with Chrome, but I’ve tried this on Safari as well. Same problem.  Can anyone tell me how to disable shortcuts?  I can build no problem. But using Miro--as a participant--is impossible.  Thanks,John.

How do I disable shortcuts? I have to use my keyboard for other functions.

Too infuriated to write down all the issues with using Miro with a tablet, but wanted to start the conversation to see if anyone else is having any issues? I've recently splashed out on a Microsoft Surface Pro and I am flabbergasted how terrible Miro is on a tablet... My MS pro is actually supposed to be a tablet and laptop rolled into one, so I thought it would be perfect for online tutoring on Miro. Surely a tablet would be one of the main types of devices you would use on a whiteboard app?? I will write a couple of things down as I remember them from this morning's lesson... 1. There is no easy way to paste (that I can see) using Miro.When you long press the menu doesn't offer 'paste' as an option! 🤯 You can get around this if you are able to force a keyboard pop up. Many tablets do not have this function but mine does thankfully. Why in God's name would it not be in the long press pop up menu? Incredible. 2. Currently in the History Timeline only the day and month are shown. This is very unconvenient and a problem, when you have a timeline spanning over several years. So please show the Year of the Dates in the History Timeline and Versions Timeline.

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some advice on how to best manage a workshop on Miro with about 80 participants, all working simultaneously on the same board (mainly adding and moving sticky notes).I’d like to understand: Board performance: With this many users at the same time, should we expect any lag or slowdowns? Are there best practices to avoid performance issues? Admin accounts: What type of account or license should facilitators/admins have to properly manage the board (permissions, moderation, frames, timers, etc.)? Participant access: Is it enough to invite participants as Visitors so they can write, add, and move sticky notes? Are there any limitations we should be aware of for Visitors? Any tips or recommendations for running a workshop of this size would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to import an entire tree of work items from DevOps into Miro? If I want to bring, for example, all the items below into Miro I have to do it individually via the search of the title. This takes forever. Is there a way to search on ID and add multiple IDs separated with commas, or something easier? It would be great if I could search on a Feature in DevOps and then move the entire tree to Miro, or allow drag and drop from DevOps to Miro.I’m hoping someone can help me...I have to search individually for each one of the work items below in order to get it into Miro. MIRO SEARCH... DevOps List I want to add to Miro..Then perform the same search on the titles below, individually. 

I’m experiencing some strange behavior or bug in one of my miro boards this week. Text wrap is breaking when I copy/paste from a Miro text block to any other text (in and out of Miro). So if I copy text to another text box inside of Miro, or even another application it seems to treat the copied text as a continuous string of character and I have to re-do all of the spaces between words.Any help or advice welcome!

I work with several colleagues in a timeline template.We also use the table and Kanban functionalities.The problem is that if I change something in the view, filtering, or settings, it also changes for my colleagues.That makes it difficult to work that way.Is there a way I can make a change to the view without affecting my collaborators?I have already worked with different frames. But there is no synchronization of the content across the different frames.

Hi, we are having two data tables on a Miro board but out of a sudden, the data is not loading anymore, only showing the pulsing loading for about 30mins. Already tried different browsers, the app, etc. 

I used the tables widget to organize my work, but now it won't load and creates terrible problems in my work. It was overloaded and I wanted to split it into parts for optimization, yesterday everything was working, but today it is impossible to load it. The information in it is critically important for me and the company to work tomorrow, but I cannot get it from there in any way. The help center and the articles from there also didn't help, the solutions didn't work. What should I do to get the information? It is impossible to contact support or somehow extract the data. This is a failure, Miro. We wanted to buy a Corporate Plan, but now we are thinking of abandoning the decision altogether. Disgusting! 

Hi! I cannot write or do anything on my board. Nothing is working. Miro Support didn`t answer the question....Help… Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Collaborators are reporting that they see the Miro timer start up but after a while disappears. How do I keep it from disappearing?

The sidebar does not fit into my work flow, there fore I close it every time I use Miro. Every time I log in to a computer and open up Miro the side bar is open.Why does using Miro necessitate closing down an unwanted side tab, how come the work space is not how I left it? I close down the sidebar, sometimes multiple times a day, when jumping between meetings and computers. How do I stop this being a part of my day?

I am trying to create a new Road Map planning blue print. It loads all 13 pages but then comes the spinning circle of doom, it jst spins and spins and spins. I worked out if i refresh the page, that fixes the issue, however, i have also noticed, the objective board that is synced to the company timeline, company road map, is also synced to team b, c, d, and e, meaning anything added to any of those objective frames, is populated on all other teams boards. Is the any way to unsync this as it means we can’t work as teams individually

Hello everyone, I have so many small elements that I want to link to one parent. Is there a way to do it automatically instead of doing by hand?  P.S. I wish I could search by tags on Miro Forum. 

 I changed my mind and don’t want to use the miro app anymore. I want to use it in the browser. I have wasted so much time trying to find out how I can change the default application for the url back to the browser not the app! anyone? I get this alert everytime I open a link.I’ve trieddeleting miro appresetting browser settingsBasically I don’t know how to access a miro url to say “always open in browser” 

I was offered a free trial of the Business plan which I took. Now that it’s finished, my boards are locked as my account is paused until I choose a plan.
