Fiz uma assinatura mensal, e inclui uma pessoa no meu time, no caso paguei por duas assinaturas numa só.

Agora preciso cancelar essa assinatura, para a pessoa do meu time, fazer uma assinatura isolada da minha, ou seja , individualmente.

Ao tentar cancelar, também dá um aviso que minha conta será excluida apos o cancelamento. E nao posso perder os trabalhos ja feitos e salvos.

Alguem consegue me ajudar com esse cancelamento ?

To clarify, if you're looking to remove a teammate and allow them to subscribe individually without losing your own boards, here's what you can do:

  1. Do not cancel your subscription yet, especially if you're the Team Admin and your content is stored in that account.

  2. Instead, go to Team settings > Active users, and remove the other user. This will stop billing for their seat in the next cycle. Then, remove the additional paid license in the Billing settings 

  3. The teammate you removed can then create their own Miro team and subscribe independently.

  4. If you still wish to cancel your own plan afterward, make sure to back up your boards or transfer ownership if needed — but Miro won’t immediately delete your boards; you’ll just lose access once the plan ends unless it’s a full deletion request (which you can avoid).

If you're seeing a warning about your account being deleted during cancellation, it might refer to the team deletion, not your Miro profile. You can contact Miro Support directly for account-specific guidance.
