Hola necesito urgentemente entrar a un miro del cual soy propietario pero no me deja entrar, me pide permiso a mi mismo y cuando me lo doy nunca llega al mail. Tampoco puedo entrar al mismo tablero con otra cuenta de mail porque tambien me pide permiso y al darlo tampoco nunca me llega el mail. Como puedo hacer para solucionarlo?

Does anyone know if there is a way to have a mind-map automatically tighten / collapse when you delete a node?

I cannot understand why the topic “can’t resize table column on certain columns” has been closed and marked as answered. To delete a columns and therefore rearrange and check e.g. a Gantt chart CANNOT be THE solution.I am facing the same problem as described in the closed chat and am really upset! PLEASE someone fix the problem / give a useful answer.Thank you.

Is sharing with visitors without an account broken?  My visitors are getting an error message and a prompt to login to Miro from my shared link (“can view - copy board link”.    

I am not sure what I have done but there is a text box on my board that is now un-selectable, unmovable, un-deletable and has changed formatting.It now has a small tab in the bottom right hand corner with my name on - the grey rectangle belowCan anyone tell me what is is and how I can delete it?Here’s hoping!Tim

Hi all,my team has been using Miro and we love it. That being said, there are a few things we haven't fully figured out yet.We do a lot of diagramming as part of our job. We love the diagramming icons that were added to Miro, specially since they already come with their own tooltips (e.g. name of a specific AWS service together with the AWS service icon).However, sometimes, we need to add custom images/icons which are not yet listed on the Diagramming menu. But when we do that, we haven't figured out how to add a tooltip/title to the custom image in the same way that it's added in the diagramming icons. I know I can create a separate text box and group them together, but it's troublesome when you're shrinking/stretching the size of the icon (the text box is also shrunk/stretched and alignment gets all messy) and we do a lot of that.A couple of questions:a) How can I add a tooltip/title to an image in the same way that they are on the digramming icons? Is there a "add tooltip to image"

HI All, our company Admin just enabled Miro in Teams.  Issue is that Team micro TAB is NOT picking up the Miro App, therefore, we cannot embed any Boards.  Can any one provide some admin guidance here (Trying to help our Admin here )

Hi Miro, I want to open up some of my old work from when I was a paid user. I cannot open my files though on my free account. I don’t want to have to pay for one month simply to view a document. I’m trying to show some of my work for job interviews.I plan on re-subscribing when I get a new position. The PDF, PNG, and JPG exports are all horribly cut off. Kind regards,Devon

Hi there,I am trying to get all frames from a specific board via API. For any other item type the Get items by type on board method works fine for me but trying to get the frames constantly get the following error no matter for which board i try it:{  "type": "error",  "code": "internalError",  "message": "Internal server error",  "status": 500}I get the error using the API reference website for trying out. Hello, I am integrating miro API to a third party App and I wanted to use create board and widget API, After using the OAuth to get token for authorization, and having set the required parameters as stated in the documentation, I kept getting “insufficient permission” response code. Below is the sample of response I got:{  "status" : 403,  "code" : "insufficientPermissions",  "message" : "Required scopes: boards:write",  "type" : "error"} 

We’re all new to Miro… it looks like one of our team has locked a frame (maybe inadvertently). Is it possible for me to unlock a frame that someone else has locked? (I created the board but didn’t lock the frames - lesson for the future). Is it simply that any one with access can lock any section that’s not already locked and only they can unlock it, or is it more sophisticated than that? Thanks, Mark

Hi,I’m experiencing a glitchy contextual toolbar when I click on objects, and the side bar as well. See image for an example. They both have lines like this. Let me know if there is anything I should do, I have already restarted when I first saw it. 

I'm now trying to output a shape using the SDK. Therefore, I would like to make the characters in the figure bold. miro.board.widgets.create ({{ type:'shape', x: 0, y: 0, width: 100, height: 100, style: { textColor:'# 000000', backgroundColor:'#FFFFFF', bold: 1, borderWidth: 7, borderColor:'# 000000', fontFamily: 0, fontSize: 32, textColor:'# 000000', shapeType: 3, }, }) Even if you do, it will not be bold. Please let me know if there are any mistakes.

I’m looking for a Helpdesk software that integrates well in Miro. Does anyone have experiencewith any of the helpdesk software platforms that for sure integrate or any other that can integrate? Any thoughts comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Eric

I’ve been testing how Miro board looks like when I send the links to colleagues and for some odd reason, the board opens up to a random, empty part of the board. Is there any way to ensure that each time an outsider clicks the link that the board is center framed? Here’s the link:   

Some collegues and I have currently the problem on every Miro board that we can not collect an assignee for the kanban card or that I can not collect a free user/guest (which was possible before). I can just assign people with a licence for Kanban cards. The people with the licence can collect everyone (also me who does not have a licence). I am a little bit lost because before it was possible and not not anymore. Does any of you does know how to solve the problem? Thanks! 

Can the width of the leftsidebar opened using the "openLeftSidebar" method be changed to something other than 340px? It seems that you can change the width as an option, but when I try it, it doesn't work. https://developers.miro.com/docs/web-plugins-features#render-custom-views

I have created and am using an application that drags and drops icons. I define the permissions my app requires to modify boards when I install it, but after a certain amount of time, the permissions is broken and the following error occurs. I can't drop the icon on the board. Uncaught (in promise) Error while command execution: Method 'board.widgets.create' requires scope 'boards:write'   if anyone have an idea of how to fix it.

I ran a workshop where I had one link and several documents that participants had to access at the same time. But, when one participant clicked on the document or link, it made it impossible for other participants to access the same link.Is there a way to allow multiple participants the ability to access the same document or link at the same time? Thanks,Bruce

Hello, I want to map out dependencies between some of my leaves in my mind map (and I figured out how to do this). What I am now trying to do is to bring focus / bring to front (or something of that nature) all the linked items when selecting the leaf. Is that possible, and if so, how do I do that? I have a big mind map, and there are lots of links (dependencies), so I basically want to know whether the tool has a feature that makes only the linked/dependent leaves visible when selecting a leaf with links/dependencies. Is there such a feature? Thanks.
