Hallo,ich nutze den Consultant Plan udn arbeite mit Klienten in Schulungen und workshops auf den jew. Boards. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, eine bestimmte Sicht (frame) in bestimmter Größe bei Zutritt aufzurufen?Z.B. mit ersten Infos zu diesem Board und wie damit gearbeitet werden soll. Danke für Hilfe und Grüße,Ralf

Hi Miro Team,I was looking to create an app that will allow to create cards automatically from a CSV file. And looking at the API docs I saw that card got only these fields: title, desc, date, assignee. Can Tag field be added to a cardusing the API?

Any leads how to contact the Miro sales for a refund? I made a wrong license purchase and only noticed it when it charged to my card. I don’t need 5 team members in my team plan. Please help. :(

Hi, how can I lock a structure but not the content? For example I have a frame with Tables and other documents and sticky notes in it. I would now like to lock this stucture but not the content on the Table, so that guests can´t move around what I built up, but that they are still able to write in the cells of the Table? I know how to lock things, but then guests are also not able to fill out the cells even though they have the right to edit the board.

Hi thereI have 2 member license for work and my colleague who used the other account has left. I have been able to copy a few boards to my account but left several boards which a view only.I want to copy all the boards into my account and then give the account to my new staff member when she/he starts. I am the Admin.I have searched for this use case but cannot find a response. Thanks in advance for any tips.  

When people leave the company and we deactivate them, will the team admin of their boards who inherit ownership be notified that they have just become new board owners?  TIA

Is there a way to restrict the widgets that getWidgetContextMenu applies to? I’m adding a new button, and I’d only like this button to show up for kanban.

Does it matter what size, scale, dimension zoom %, font size you start with/use?I need to ensure the boards I create (which have several frames for a very interactive workshop) can be easily seen and used by participants with different screens/devices. We use a lot of stickies which need to be big enough to be read from, as they are laid down but often different participant’s stickies appear at very different sizes - can I control the sizes of the stickies so they are the right size to fit the frame and can be easily read?

Hi Miro community,we have following problem at our companie:We have a paid team with 3 licences and now want to give addional members to the team access to all our boards, without paying additional fees.We know it’s possible, since we already added one additional team member with a free licence, but now everytime we want to add more we get asked to upgrade the persons licence.Can somebody explain me how we can do that?Thanks in advanced!

Is it possible to change the Miro board’s URL for sharing?

Right now Miro seems mostly about people starting things. I’m sure Miro has a frequency distribution showing how many boards people make. Over time, how many times they come back, factors driving repeat usage, tipping point between trying a few boards and being hooked on Miro, factors driving sharing and collaboration. IFTTM. I want to know about scale and how miro will help with scale. With APIs, other tools can generate boards. Like the manager who had more than a thousand pdfs for his team to annotate. People who meet could connect miro to calendaring and conferencing apps to trigger templated boards and automatically invite the right folks to contribute. Software developers might have a project’s issues not just added to a an existing kanban but start a scorecard board for each issue for a team to weigh in. There might be thousands of boards per worker, most generated automatically to lay the ground for further work.  Overwhelm ahead. But nothing in the user experience suggests any

Same issue. It was always working fine, but since today it has weird jumps.(5% →21% → 91% → 400%)It’s the same board too.

I’m on a Macbook pro, am running Miro via Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.96.Post it notes are in a frame, I’m exporting a pdf at best quality, some post it notes are blank in export file?  Not sure if any one else has had this issue?

I would like to use the collaboration feature with 3rd party group that does not have a Miro login. I have a paid subscription to Miro and would like to create a board, invite my customers for collaboration and feedback but will they require a login?  If so, can i create a generic login for them and have them use the same account for easy of use?

My MIRO boardPDF export is just a blank page? Any idea why?

Does anyone find the UX of the Stickies snapping location annoying?I prefer that they snap directly to the physical corner of the Sticky and not offset.Also, the Sticky shadow does nothing for me… if this takes up Board Memory I prefer performance (speed of loading) than seeing this. 

How / where do I find out the file size of my miro boards?  Do I have to create the backup file and look at the size of the backup or is there a way in the browser or app interface to easilysee how big the file is?

I noticed on my Mobile Phone App that Miro is not Timing Out and I stay Logged In occasionally (not all the time).I also see on my Desktop Dashboard some Users in a Board longer than the 90 minute timeout setting however they have left work for the day (over night).

Hi, one of my guests has been editing our board after we closed our session. But here changes are good. But now I see signs of her editing everywhere on the board. And I cannot delete them (see the red signs for what I mean). Does everyone knows how I can delete the “Guest, 19 hours ago” notifications?  

When I click to share my Miro board and I choose to set a Password, the Password field is pre-filled with my own Miro login password - which I would never share with anyone.Why is this field pre-filled with anything other than a randomly-generated password?Thank you!P.
