Miro looks to be a great tool for our project, but as we are expanding the timeline as we build it out, I haven’t found how to lock date points and associated shapes/text when expanding timeline. When I pull the end of the arrow timeline, it expands and the points on the timeline move along with it, but the associated text shapes are no longer attached to those dates and are askew. I thank the community in advance for sharing the solution.

I’m assuming you are using one of the Miro templates? If so, chances are there are certain elements within it which are grouped and others which aren’t. When you expand the timeline, the grouped elements will move whereas the ungrouped ones wouldn’t.
As that template likely doesn’t have any “smarts” as far as expanding or compressing it, you’d manually need to do so by ungrouping all the elements and then extending just the timeline and adjusting the date points and shapes.
