I am interested in using Miro with the Fabula storytelling template but cannot figure out how to import it.  I currently have a free account.  Do I need to upgrade my account?  If so, what do I need to upgrade it to?I was not able to find any information about importing external templates

Hello, I have issues with one of my teams board. I am the only user in my team and the owner of my boards. The problem is that one of my own boards that i used to be able to edit a few months ago, I can no longer edit. If i try move anything it snaps back, if i try adding anything like a text it just cancels the action.Board is not locked according to any information provided by MiroBoard is owned by meIm the only member of my teamMy other board works fine. I tried to find support outside of the community posts but not sure if its possible to get support from the Miro Team without a Subscription? I would love to get the possibility to edit and add to my board again, it act as if its a bug since its neither restricted access or locked in any way. Kind RegardsBanto

Hello! I am a brand new Miro user and I am trying to get my lessons from Jamboard into Miro. I have followed all the instructions and I am able to give permissions and get the window that says it’s converting my file, but then I get a red “x” and no imported file. I have tried two different gmail accounts, the desktop and the web based app, on a mac and windows, all to the same end. I don’t know if it is relevant, but when I get to the screen that allows me to choose which Jamboard I want to import, the titles of the Jamboards show up but no image of the first page of the Jam is there. All my Jamboards are multiple slides. Can anyone suggest a setting or other that might help me successfully import from Jamboard to Miro? I have a Business license for Miro. Thank you!!

Hi MiroI like the new intelligent roadmap canvas feature, however, I wonder if anyone can let me know if there’s any way to zoom out the view to “Monthly”? At the moment all I can seem to configure is by “Days” or “Weeks”, which is a bit too granular for anything 1yr+ (IMO).Thanks,N

hello. i am wondering if any one could tell me how sometimes when i make a text box it has a border line around it and sometimes it doesn't.  i can't see what i am doing differently.  Can anyone help?  Also - sometimes the text boxes are greyed and sometimes not.  i just can’t see where to edit the design of the box.  

Hello! Has anyone had the HECVAT Lite completed by the Miro team? We are putting Miro through a tech/security review at our university to be approved for further use and our IT department is requesting a completed HECVAT Lite. If you have a completed HECVAT or HECVAT Lite, please share! Then we can also add it to the REN-ISAC knowledge base to make the adoption of the use of Miro easier for others. I have put in a request to Miro to have it completed, but figured I would ask in the meantime. Thank you.

Elements on my Miro board are being automatically locked and it drives me crazy.I created a collaboration space and lock everything on the board accept for text boxes I've asked people to fill in. I check and double check: the frame is locked, some elements are locked, text boxes are not. And then, when I come back to the board after a while (a day or so), all element are locked, including the text boxes I'm absolutely sure I didn't lock. I'm afraid people can't fill in the text boxes when they're locked so I keep returning to the board to unlock the text boxes. I've repeated this 5 times now and it drives me crazy.How is this possible, and what can I do about it? 

Hello,How can a non-logged-in user with whom I shared a link to my board can download it to disk without logging in?

After the lines are connected to a box (i.e., an activation box), if I resize that box, all the lines will move with it. This isn’t an intended consequence because now all the lines move and overlap each other. Is there a way to resize the box or element, so the lines don’t move? I tried to select multiple lines and move them away (or disconnect) from the box, but it doesn’t work. Thanks!

Hello ladsI have been experiencing for last days my boards not loading. I can see all my boards, but whenever I click to load any of them, the page got stuck and does not load it. It worked fie last week for couple of times.Now I am using Edge browser and also, tried with incognito without any success.I am using web browser version and, when I checked console under developer options I got the following error message:Any help is much appreciated. ThanksKleber

Is it just me…?I add a topic to a mind map (iPad) and then add a sub topic using the Plus symbol. So far, so good - the first letter of the text is auto-capitalized.  I then hit return to create a peer sub-topic…Lo and behold, no auto-capitalization.  I can capitalize the first letter using the shift key but it’s just a little bit inconvenient.Is there some hidden setting or feature that I don’t know about?

If I upgrade my Miro account on desktop, do I get more than the 3 Miro Boards on Miro for iPad? 

Hi!Currently I have a few paid-plan accounts in Miro and I am using them from Russia.I have a question about the “30 days view-only access” after the September 12.Will I still be able to copy objects from my board to paste them in another boards/teams? Or the “view-only” mode will restrict me from doing anything with them, besides viewing (and exporting via download)?Thanks for the answers.

Some (but not all) Vimeo videos embedded in the Miro Desktop App (on Windows) can no longer be played. The error message "We couldn't verify the security of your connection." appears. However, everything works fine in the browser version. What could be the cause of this? Re-embedding the videos doesn't change anything, by the way.

We have formed a new project team with people from a client and people from my company. Next week will be our first retrospective and I would like to do a Mission Workshop. Hello everyone,I am experiencing an issue with Miro in my Chrome browser. Every time I switch to another tab and then return to Miro, there’s a high chance that the canvas starts moving uncontrollably by itself. The only way to stop this movement is by refreshing the page, which is quite disruptive to my workflow.I have already tried clearing the browser cache but the problem persists.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.Thank you for your support.

Hello everyone, have you ever dealth with the same issue using Video Clipper on Miro? Every time I’m trying to use the function for making subtitles I have the same problem: “the transcription wil appear in a few minutes” but afterwards there are no transcrptions whatsoever.  

How can i connect the code generated by chatgpt to miro to create a nice chart?
