I’m using an Ed Plan version of Miro, and am a Team Admin.  I don’t see Breakouts as an option in my boards.  Did this feature go away?  Is it only with Zoom?  

 

I’m stumped!

I found this help center article with instructions on how to start Breakout Rooms.  I hope it’s helpful!

@BetsyBlockCSUS - My spouse has the Education Plan, too. I just checked hers and can confirm that the Breakout frames app is missing from her boards. Not only that, I cannot see it in my Business Plan, or an Education Plan I have access to.

I will open a support ticket and update this post as I learn more.

The Breakout frames app has disappeared from for multiple users. The help center article notes that it is still in beta. Is the app’s disappearance expected at this time?

From an Education Plan (but same as my Business Plan):

 

The support team confirmed that the Breakout Teams feature is in beta and user’s who wish to try it will need to create a support ticket by following these instructions:

But I cant create a support ticket with a education plan, or am I missing something?
