I reached out to Miro Sales, but have not heard back so asking the community-

We are looking to collaborate with an outsource team that uses Miro for their production management. Both our team and the outsource team will be purchasing licenses independently through our respective firms. Specifically, the outsource team uses Business licenses, and we are considering either the Business or Enterprise licenses.

Could you please clarify if it is possible for our teams to collaborate seamlessly on Miro given the different license types and if they are purchased separately (with different different invoices)?

@xr_corgan - Both the Business and Enterprise Plans support the Guests feature, which would work.

As for working "seamlessly", you would not just add each other to a team space or project and then see all of the boards you need to collaborate on. Instead, you need to explicitly share boards with each other (or generate a Guest access link and share those between each other). You would still need to have and maintain your own plans, invoices, licences, etc. - they are completey independent plans/subscriptions.

It's also worth noting that both organizations need to ensure their respective plans are configured to allow for collaborating with guests - just some configurations.

Here's more on on different role types in Miro, including Guests:
