Hi,

 

Been having issues uploading images, whether png or jpeg/jpg. 

They are either appear on the miro board, showing the full image with the uploading icon or they appear as a slow pulsing grey box

If I am lucky enough for them to upload, if I leave and come back all the images have then disappeared. 

 

I’ve uploaded images before and had no issues. Existing boards with images appear to be slow but adding new images either on an existing or new board isn’t working. Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear about your issues.

Sometimes, browsers and browser extensions block uploads. Clear out the cache/cookie files and restart. Consider trying a new browser and/or turning off extensions. Try signing in with a private browser/incognito mode.

Are the files too big? There is a limit of 30 MB; check file details here.

What plan are you on? If you are on a paid plan, you can open a help ticket with the Support Team.

Thanks gone through all the above, bar extensions being turned off (will need IT to do this), but it seemed to be working fine until recently. (last couple of weeks) So could be something our end.

 

On the free plan at the minute. 
I’ll let you know once I hear from our IT.


I can confirm it is an our problem, not a Miro problem. Lovely restrictions from our IT services that seems to be affecting images being uploaded and viewed.
