Using Import CSV to populate the org chart

I have the option in the Content Menu to Import CSV when I select to create an org chart, but when I select it, nothing happens, no dialogue box opens - do I have the wrong settings, is this a known error?

I was able to reproduce the same issue on my end. I’ve reached out to the team to confirm if this is a bug or something that can be fixed with a few steps. I’ll update the thread once I hear back from them.
