HiOur worker left a job, so we deleted account, but his work on corp account was lost - tells that board is deletedCan we somehow recover the board as it has a lot of work we need ? 

The board I am sharing publicly and give visitor editing access include a timeline widget in timeline and data table view. The visitors without a team account cannot see the timeline and data table. The widget says they do not have the permission to access it. ( See screenshot). How can I publish the content?   

Are there any efforts on the part of miro to offer this necessary basic security necessity? - and if no, why not? 2FA is not a feature, 2FA is necessity and basic security requirement

I am trying to insert a bulletpoint list but it will not go to the next bulletpoint.Trying dash then space bar doesn’t work (I just have a dash and space)Pressing shift + Enter just creates a new line without a bulletpointPressing enter creates a new text box next to the one I am trying to type in.I have existing boards where this worked perfectly fine! This is what I am trying to recreate in a mindmap for my exam revision notes:Topic titleAuthor A (2025) found that trying to insert bulletpoints in Miro no longer works but is this user error or the wrong template? it worked a few weeks ago perfectly fine  why does it not work now etc etc​​​​​​​Please can anyone help? I don’t understand how something that worked so easily a few weeks ago (and still works when I edit old boards) no longer functions.

How do I copy a Talktrack board recording- from a board I have as a template to other boards that are duplicates for people, so they can view the same steps/setup explanation? Thanks.

We previously were paying for different Company/Organization accounts before upgrading to a Business plan with multiple Teams.We’ve migrated all of the content to the new Team in our Primary and preferred Organizational account and want to delete the old company/organization account and teams.What I’m left with right now is a free account with only one Team on it and no remaining boards, projects or users other than myself.I get an error message when trying to Delete the Team that says "You can't delete the last team in your organization."I want to delete the entire account/organization — How can I do that?

I have many boards that have JIRA ticket ids in them JTR-1234 as test and as a linked JIRA widget.  In both cases, when I search nothing is returned.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi,Do you know why, when I copy and paste a link from a Miro template or an existing board into a new board, no preview is shown and the link appears only as plain text?It works for webpages though. Only links to Miro boards or templates aren’t displayed as objects. Thanks for your help,Michael

This has just started happening - created a swimlane diagram and added a bunch of objects all interconnected just fine. Returned to it later and suddenly any time I tried to drag in a connecting line between two objects it immediately disappears. Only happens over the swimlanes. Swimlane diagram isn’t locked, cell resize auto or manual doesn’t make a difference. It still works to create a separate connecting line from scratch or duplication and drag it into place but obviously this is very slow. Any suggestions?Edit: Tested in both Chrome and Edge, and with a cloned swimlane diagram, a new one created from a template or as an object from the Diagramming menu, it happens in all cases.

hi, I use frames to quickly and easily navigate between certain pieces of my board. But when I switch from frame to frame via the frames presentation, each time it zooms out, until I no longer see anything of my board and eventually the zoom percentage goes to -1%.  Is this normal behaviour of Miro? Or am I doing things wrong? Or is there another way I can quickly navigate between frames?  Thanks 

Hello,I am MIRO Company Admin and want pull out all the boards owned by someone in my company. I dont see filters in the boars page. There is no filter to filter by owner name which is needed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hey everyone,so far I was convinced that by specifying the “Redirect URI for OAuth2.0” for my app I could define the page users would be forwarded to after installing my app to give a few more instructions and context how to find and use it. I am pretty sure that it worked like that in the past, but running two tests today, both times the Miro startpage was shown instead the defined one after install. Does anyone have a clue how I can properly define it.Thanks in advance.Henrik

I have a paid account and, everytime I log in to Miro, there is a pop-up asking “what’s my role”, “frequency I use Miro”, “my profile as a Miro user”, etc… I have to answer or close the pop-up to move ahead, 2 or 3 times a day… does anyone know how can I make this pop-ups stop?

Is there an easy way to view boards shared with me? I had boards shared with me recently and the only easy way to find them is to view my notifications and star them to my favorites.

Hi guys,Does anyone know how I can do an edit so that I edit the size of shape in a collective action in stead of individually changing all the shapes in my diagram.   

I have free plan and unfortunately my board was deleted within 3 last weeks (i dont know by myself or my visitors - i didnt find any history status because no available board in my account now :( .How can I be sure that when I will buy Starter plan i will find my deleted board? I do not have access to my trash been or history now so it seems like there's never been a board. It is strange for me to find no any trace so i afraid i will upgrade my plan and will not find my board either,Only one i have now - the link and note the board was deleted. 

Hi, I’m just getting to grips with the Python SDK for Miro and managed to write a few objects to a board directly from the code.However my project is about constructing complex customer journey maps programaticially and outputting to Miro (and other surfaces). So far it seems like attempting to implement a design this way is extremely cumbersome and prone to a lot of trial and error.Is there a better way (such as some kind of middleware) to do this? If it were possible, one way forward could be to store an empty templated version somewhere and just use python to populate it with content.any advice or github links appreciated!

Every month I get charged for Miro and I haven’t used it in 5 months. Every month I still can’t find where to cancel. Please cancel my account and refund me for the last 5 months that I have not used Miro at all. 

I use frames inside my board, and lately Miro keeps deleting frames, cloning frames, and sometimes reordering frames (which could, perhaps, be a combination of cloning and deleting).  I don’t do anything fancy (eg. manually reordering frames); this just happens.  It also seems to be happening at an increased rate lately.  Unfortunately it makes Miro essentially unusable for me, since I often want to refer to previously-created frames…Any suggestions?

I have been trying to solve this issue with Miro frames.  Miro support wanted me to add them as a team member, so I did.  Somewhere, somehow, in that process something happened that renders Miro _utterly_ unusable for me…Previously, when I open up the frames side panel and double-clicked a frame, it would center/zoom that frame so it filled the screen.  Now, it shrinks it to an absurdly small size:Believe it or not there are two frames near the center of the workspace…I can manually zoom and see the frames, but this not usable at all.How do I get back to the previous behavior?!?
