I facilitated a workshop last week and the responses to my alignment scales have disappeared! Any recommendation on how to restore responses?

Board access – Are you still able to access the board where the alignment scales were located?

Collaboration details – Were participants using Guest/Visitor access or were they logged into Miro accounts?

Board version – Have you tried checking the board’s version history to see if the data might have been accidentally removed?

Any edits post-workshop – Has anyone else made changes to the board since the workshop ended?

Device and platform – Were you and participants using the web app, desktop app, or mobile devices?

In response to your questions:
- The work shop was 13 days ago.
- Participants were using Guest/Visitor access and entered their names upon being prompted.
- Board version history does not indicate any of the responses were removed.
- Yes a few participants have entered the board since the workshop to add additional thinking.
- Most participants were joining from their web app.
We also used the voting feature and those results have been preserved - so had expected that the alignment scale would operate in a similar way.
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated!
